Clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good and served by helpful staff. The room was comfortable and quiet. I appreciated having an exercise facility and pool. I am also grateful that the facility welcomes pets. We will be back.

The place is nice and located perfectly, the only thing is the pool is not supervised at all, and when we tried to take our kids, there were some people peeing in the pool, spitting in it, one was extremely sick and threw up a bit, another was bleeding all over(all siblings btw) it was a disaster and the water looked disgusting

The room was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were a little cloudy and there was a very heavy chlorine smell in the room. The hot tub seemed like the bottom and seats were crumbling and there was gritty stuff on the bottom of the hot tub. The rest of the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly!

Fantastic hotel and property! The hotel had this amazing courtyard area that had a gas fireplace, yard games, gas grills, and several tables where we all sat and chatted about our daily adventures. The staff was truly some of the best when it came to friendliness and customer service! The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was located right near all of the shops that you needed and several restaurants. I will definitely book it again!

Would stay here again but biggest annoyance was no towels at pool both times we went, pool and hit tub needs a good scrub, out dated sheeted comforter, we stayed in a one bedroom. Tons of room for us happy overall

Enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean, cozy, and quiet. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I door pool was a little cold, but otherwise everything was exceptional. Breakfast had a nice variety of items available including some yummy oatmeal and chicken carnitas.

The hallway is messy, right almost in front of our room-there’s crumbs of chips everywhere. Checking in was a bit hard, Susan was not very helpful-she just said you need to check online, and we struggle to check in online as we used 3rd party to booked it. Had to come back another time, good thing Amanda was very helpful, taught us how to check in online. Now for a family of 6- loveseat wasn’t enough to sit and relax at the hotel. We were surprise there were dishes to use so we didn’t have to use the paper plates we packed, so it is eco-friendly but then we had a hard time with the dishwasher as it is on error-called the front desk, and it was Susan again, said she will send the Maintenance guy-waited but no one came. We waited even if we have planned activity outside of the hotel, and we waited for no one. Not so happy we just left and came home again to non-working dishwasher. There’s no bathrobes in-room at all. There’s not much stuff to play with for the kids. The pool smell so strong with the bleach, that if you are inside the pool complex, you will suffocate with the strong smell. If it smell like that so strong it means theres so much PEE on it already. So, we didn’t let our kids go on it. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was awesome.

Overall this hotel was pretty good! The staff was super sweet and personable and they offered a great breakfast. We stayed in a full kitchen suite, which worked great for our group. My only complaint was that the dishwasher seemed to have mold or something inside. We ended up just using paper plates with our take-out food.

Key card did not work a few times and had to be replaced. Water leak in the closet that dripped. Some trash left under sink. No curtains, only sheers, so glad we had eye masks or the street lights would have kept us awake shining into the room. Staff very nice, helpful and attentive. Good location

The staff at this hotel is probably the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Just genuine friendly and engaged people. It shows dramatically in the condition of the hotel, it is immaculate. It looks like a new build, but it isn't, it is just incredibly well taken care of.

This was our second stay at this property. This time around it was a VERY noisy stay. This made it difficult to get a decent sleep. Room was clean enough, inside of shower door was dirty. But overall it was fine. The pillows are the biggest negative of our stay. They squish down and are essentially nonexistent. Next time will try another property to hopefully find a more comfortable bed, decent pillows, and a quiet stay.

We had a great stay! The continental breakfast was awesome the staff were friendly and the room was awesome! The only downfall was that we were staying with my toddler so we had to spend a lot of time in the living room space after she went to sleep and the couch was horrible. It was loud and squeaky, the sides fell into the middle and it was incredibly uncomfortable. Please get some new pull out couches because we would love to stay here again when we come next year! :)

Priced a bit high considering other options in town. Bonus kitchenette in the room was actually convenient but keep in mind there are only 2 burners and there are small. Room decor is not very modern, in case you care.

Really a great place to stay. Staff and facilities are all amazing. The only issue was connecting to the internet, process is way to long and it will occasionally kick you out and you will have to restart the process.

I love homewood suites. The staff are always very kind and helpful. The rooms are big and roomy but still affordable! I love that they have a full size fridge in them especially for extended stays. Whenever I go to Kalispell this is the only place I stay! That being said the Homewood Suites in Missoula looks hekka nice now with the remodel but the prices are insane! For 1 weekend (check in Friday check out sunday) it was going to be like $1000!!!!!

The breakfast was horrible. They didn’t turn the room the next day as we came back and the garbages were still full and towels were not switched. I had to call down to the front desk at 5pm the lady told me they only do it every two days but that’s not what the sign in the room said, it said everyday. Then my daughter lost her Air Pods and checked with the front desk and they said no one turned anything in the most and found. Well when we looked on the app on her phone to locate the Air pods it kept showing a location other than our room. So we followed the map on the phone inside the hotel and heard the AirPods ringing as we got closer and it was in the maids room in their lost and found. At the bottom with a sticky note on it saying “if these aren’t claimed Josephine wants them” so we went to the front desk and let the lady know she clearly didn’t check or she wanted her co worker to have these air pods. Told the lady at the front desk that was dishonest and I’m glad we didn’t give up finding these air pods because Josephine would have gotten a free pair if we did… The Breakfast was horrible, the staff has sticky fingers, and the maid service was horrible. Will never be back!

We were in town for sports tournament.. We travel a lot for tournaments.. I would like to say i have never been to a hotel with staff as nice as this .. the front desk was amazing and just friendly nice people.. I would recommend this hotel very highly..

I had asked for an extended checkout because I was running a half marathon and needed to shower. First I was told checkout was 9. When I showed them a screenshot of the 11 time. They said oh he made a mistake. The manager was very rude and condescending to me. I have stayed at so many hotels when running races and never been treated so bad. They would not give more time! I had to pack my room in a rush because they told me if I asked in the morning they wld work with me.. but then they wouldn’t. I would not stay here when there are so many other great places to spend your money on in Kalispell. -note my friend stayed in a different hotel and they accommodated her and even said take your time and let us know when the room can be cleaned. Lesson learned.

Beautiful hotel! A huge rock fireplace with a glowing fire greets the guests when they arrive. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout the lobby and dining areas. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of food for everyone. Plenty of seating area, and plenty of conference rooms also. Definitely a great experience!

The room was large, clean, and otherwise nice. The real crown jewel was the included breakfast, which was delicious and had gluten-free options (a boon for a gluten-intolerant person such as myself). I would definitely stay at this location again!
