Staff is the star of the stay at this resort - Brianda, Chew, Adrian, Jamie, Vanessa, Alfonso - outstanding! Equinox bar and pool - well worth the extra, if not for this area and the staff I don't know if we would return. Definitely need at least one other food option for evening meals - fine if your only staying a week, anything over that we were looking for other options!

broke My foot slipping on their floor. They offered no assistance with a wheel chair or extending my stay to help me heal a bit before going home.

The room didn't work because on the 3rd and 4th floors no Wfi. I reported a leak in my bathroom Thur still leaking when I check out. When i check in i was not giving any itinerary so i couldn't organize myself, and the bracelet i was given i was told went anywhere untill i tried to go to the roof. I never had a massage.
