Great staff; so friendly. The amenities were very convenient and had a great gym, GREAT bacon in the morning and comfy bed. I might be somewhat bias because I’m fortunate to live in a very rural area of the country but the traffic and surrounding area was so noisy but that has nothing to do with how great the hotel is! Will stay again if in the area!!

We had such a nice stay. We slept well in the comfortable bed. The breakfast was great compared to your usual hotel breakfast. The gentleman prepping and caring for the breakfast was very cordial and accommodating. The swimming pool was wonderful as well as the hot tub.

The staff was fantastic-breakfast was great-lots of amenities-laundry was open 24 hours, cheap, and they even provided laundry detergent. The pool and hot tub were nice. The property is dated though-starting to see west and tear-my shower door was broken-I made it work, and there was dog food, and junk around edge of bed and behind and under couch-more thorough cleaning needed at checkout between guests. I liked the kitchen and overall liked it, and will stay there (both at home2suites) and at the golden Colorado location in particular-maybe do some updating-and improved cleaning-but I enjoyed my stay-will be back-staff was great-Robyn and another dark haired girl with glasses (didn’t get her name) we’re very helpful and professional Mike Sergent

Beautiful hotel room. It was so clean and I loved having a full kitchen to have good fridge storage and enjoy regular dishes for breakfast. Such a nice place to have an included breakfast. Love that it had a gym and pool. Future go-to hotel for when I bring my family with me on the next visit.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The ice machine on the 4th floor did not work but was available on the third floor. My only complaint was I booked a queen suite and was given a studio. I specifically booked the suite for a bedroom door. When asking, the staff stated that since I booked through Expedia I was not guaranteed the room I requested. I also was told that I paid less then what they charged and they were sold out of suites. I do not feel that should be my issue since they allow Expedia to buy rooms. I also booked this room a couple of months ago and paid when I booked the room for the suite. I was disappointed but the studio was nice too but without a door separating the bedroom. I have not had this issue before with a hotel or Expedia.

With the only exception being the bed, our experience was fantastic and was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The service great, breakfast plentiful and diverse, comfortable room and great pool/hot tub. The location is convenient to head into the mountains and the area offered plenty of food, grocery and other shopping options.

I e machine wax not working on the 2nd floor; not even a note about it. No ice bucket in the room. Typical Hilton property where they cut off the AC at night left us uncomfortable at 2 AM. Front desk staff and others oblivious to clients staying there. Not worth the cost of admission.

The staff was extremely helpful and very supportive. The room had no blankets and the outside temperature was below freezing and the staff immediately brought us two blankets. Breakfast was served well and the area was very clean and quiet. They kept the parking area plowed nicely.

Lights don’t work properly in bathroom, none of the TVs in the hotel are working, exercise room closed, pool closed🙁🙁🙁🙁. Check in staff great as were other Staff members❤️

Room was dirty. Stains on pillow cases and sheets. Blood on bathroom wall. Also, I wonder how often, if ever they actually wash the bedspread, which was very thin by the way. No fan in the bathroom. Why would the bathroom not have a fan? Anybody in the room can hear everything in the bathroom, without a fan. I have photos I'm trying to upload but it won't let me. Imagine that.

I spent the extra money to be sure I would have a nice stay since I have never been disappointed at other locations. First, they put me in a room next to the elevator and ice machine. The parking lot was empty at that point. So their reservation system must put Expedia customers in the less desirable rooms. Then, as I spent time in the room I realized it was not clean. I had to clean the toilet seat. There were cleanliness issues everywhere. When I pulled open the bed sheets I found it had been slept in. I went to the front desk and they put me in a different room which was a nicer room overall and it had been cleaned. However the refrigerator did not work and it smelled like smoke. The bathroom light switch was filthy dirty. I did mention to the front desk that the refrigerator wasn't working and the room smelled like smoke. So disappointed.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was an obvious layer of dust and grime on counters, sinks, and table tops. The floor was also dirty. It is clear they are not vaccuming and wiping down surfaces between guests. My friends who also stayed here had a used bar of soap in their shower. We attempted to use the pool but the smell of chlorine was so strong it burned my nose and if you look in the bottom of the pool, it too was disgusting. My husband slept on the couch because the bed was lopsided and indented on one side. We will not stay here again.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place cost alot. It felt like staying in an RV. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pull out couch was slumped in one side. The rooms are in need of updating. The water in the shower wasnt hot even though it was turned all the way up. Half the tv remote buttons didnt work. The sign parking lot says park at your own risk which doesn't really send you to bed feeling safe. Lets just say we were ready to got out of there, not somewhere you want to hang around and relax. We were there for one night after a concert so it got the job done but I would not recommend it for long stays. I would say its priced too high.

Beautiful hotel room. It was so clean and I loved having a full kitchen to have good fridge storage and enjoy regular dishes for breakfast. Such a nice place to have an included breakfast. Love that it had a gym and pool. Future go-to hotel for when I bring my family with me on the next visit.

Room was big and had a nice seating area where we could relax. Nice kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and dishes. Mattress needs to be replaced, desperately! Shower head also needs to be upgraded. Breakfast options were good.

The BEST feature was the Front Desk Manager, "Heather"! She was SO professional, but even more unusual was how genuinely friendly she was! I've traveled a lot.... and met hundreds of hotel "staff", and I would rank her #1 on my list of truly unexpected pleasant experiences! You've got a definite keeper there!

I called ahead and was guaranteed. We could check in at 1 o’clock. We were not able to check in until two which greatly delayed our plans. The girl at the front said there was nothing she could do about it and kind of shrugged her shoulders. The room is decent. You could tell they definitely rush to clean it. in the morning we had put out the do not disturb sign and the cleaning lady came in while we were still sleeping and one of my kids was in the shower.

The location was great, we walked to a restaurant/bar that was lovely, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, the hot tub and pool were refreshing and the breakfast was made with a great variety of options. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing stay. The staff was great- front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen/breakfast staff. Room was clean, comfortable, and had the perfect amount of amenities. Huge plus there was a microwave, sink and fridge/freezer. Stayed here for a show at the red rocks and the drive was super easy there and back. Please don’t change the breakfast- you don’t get that many other hotels anymore. We will definitely recommend and consider staying here when we come back.
