The staff and service at this property was phenomenal. The breakfast was excellent and well stocked. The pool area was lovely and, when we reported that the towels were low, they were immediately restocked. The only negative is the design of the room. While this was an updated Springhill that included the west elm furniture, the privacy glass barn door is noisy and causes light to pour into the room if someone if in the bathroom. Also, after recently staying at another property that had a standing glass shower, the traditional tub/ shower combo felt outdated (but the water pressure was great none-the-less!). Overall, the property was great and we’ll stay there again if we’re in the area.

I travel a lot for work and this SpringHill Suites was fantastic. The room was very, very clean, the check-in process was extremely fast, the fitness center was very clean, the breakfast was nice, and there is plenty of stuff nearby. Recommend!

Really impressed with this hotel! Hotel was clean, quiet and had a nice breakfast available for guests. The area itself is pretty and convenient, close to restaurants, shops and the highway. There is a cute little pond with a walking trail right behind the hotel.

The property is in great condition. Our rooms in the past were perfect. In our last stay, the room was very clean but needed some attention to minor repairs, tub shower knob missing, some veneer on the bathroom sink cabinet was peeled back, and the toilet had a minor leak.

Staff was wonderful! Breakfast both mornings was served on time and fresh. Quiet! I loved that. The only negative would be the cleanliness of room. The bathroom baseboards are dusty/dirty. There was garbage behind nightstand. Aside from those two things everything else was fine. I would stay again.

The front desk clerk was not very friendly when we arrived. He was wearing a mask, spoke very softly and it was difficult to understand him. Surely not the friendly face we were looking for at the end of a long hard day. The room (412) was not in very good condition either. Toilet seat was cracked and needed replacing, shower door would not close properly, towel hanger on the shower door was loose, and the electrical outlet where I plugged in the iron was loose in the wall. Moreover, the room was not very clean. The microwave had not been wiped down in quite a while as it had fingerprints all over it. The one bright spot was that the breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very nice.

The breakfast at this location is amazing. Everything was delicious and hot. My only complaint was in our room which is the reason for only 4 stars on cleanliness. The bathtub had mold in some of the grout which grossed me out. Not a lot but enough to be noticed.

There was a large stain in the carpet and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The rooms are pretty dark. The employees of the hotel are nice and it felt safe and they had plenty of parking.

This suite was uncomfortably Small The side by the Closet had little room. There was No Nightstand on that side of the Bed. Had problem with the toilet & Standing water in the shower. Plus the sink drain stopper would not bounce open. So we had to use a knife to get it opened. Door to hallway lef Too Much light in because it did not fit well. Sorry that we chose this hotel.

Staff was superb and the location was very ideal!! The room was goodish. Sticky stuff on the carpet, beds were much more firm and the pillows were flat. Boogers on the wall by the toilet and shower needed a scrub on the base. Being a housekeeper in the past, it was easy to spot but it was still a nice hotel.

Easily located off the interstate in an area with a good mix of restaurants and retail shopping centers. Very clean and spacious rooms loaded with amenities. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but all in all a great property that I would definitely stay at again.

3 night stay…..staff was friendly,close to shopping area and restaurants.The only problem we had was the WiFi connection ,we couldn’t connect to any apps on the tv or rent movies,so we was stuck with watching live tv.

We booked this for a one night stay over on drive home to Houston. The check in was smooth and staff very polite and accommodating. We weren’t going to eat the morning breakfast but after seeing it, we had to try it. The cook, Faye, sat by us and we told her we may steal her! The breakfast was amazing! Fluffy eggs, perfectly grilled sausage and potatoes. The waffles were amazing as well. If ever we need fo stop in Jackson again, we would definitely stay again!

Check was easy and John was very helpful. Got us signed up for Marriot Von Boy and recommended restsurtsbin the area. Their complementary breakfast is by far the best I’ve ever had. Great mini spinach quiche and the waffles were awesome! Nice quiet area. Highly recommend .

We used hotel.com to book our reservation. It stated that the hotel was 12.7 miles from our daughter's university. Unfortunately, it was 27 miles and was not an easy drive. We met our daughter for a late lunch & then went to check in & freshen up before the time we arrived at our destination pop
