Staff had trouble checking us in because we used a third party to book room. Thankfully, manager was there and figured it out. Got to room and TV didn’t work. Desk attendant quickly assigned us a different room. Very clean and comfortable room.

Clean and well maintained room and bath, friendly staff that listen when you bring concerns to their attention and then address immediately, well lit parking lot, great breakfast food and beverage choices, fitness center equipment in great shape

The staff were great. They were stretched thin and overworked but great to the guest. The hotel could use some updates to the WiFi and satellite. The beds are low and uncomfortable.
