Great hotel. Helpful staff

Comfortable and clean rooms, clean and good pool area

Our family, a four really enjoyed our stay at Berkeley wave. The hotel was conveniently located on Collins a block from the beach and beach towels and chairs and umbrellas were included in our stay which was great. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The pool was beautiful as it was on the roof. The kids loved it. The view from the balcony we had was really enjoyable as we had coffee out there every morning.The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. The only issue would be the shower leaks through the door a little bit, but it certainly not a reason to not come back. also, there’s a Miami Beach public parking garage right next-door, which is a great option for parking and one of the more affordable options as well.

Looks like we had to ask a favor for what we paid. Many of the staff personnel are not friendly or comprehensive at all. Waiters and front desk personnel, except the girl “Burnet”, if I may say so. Plus, the terrible delay it took them until we got back to the room after 3 pm to raise their attention after we asked 3 times for a clean bath towel. Which never came in a lapse of 30 minutes. Had to use dirty towels to dry my kids and my self. There is still much room to improve Prepaid breakfast opt needs to be flexible. My wife didne eat yellow egg and when she asked for it without only whites they refuse and said there's is some yogurth for you. All this among many other jnpmraseant experiences me and my family had. We were 13 people in 5 rooms. Not even then they offered politeness. Personnel is mostley rude

Its a great place to stay if you want to be right in the action of south beach. Property was clean and rooms nice. Not for you if you are looking for piece and quite.
