Great stay! Beds are a little tuff and firm. But overall room is was clean and plenty of space. Quiet rooms too, pool area was great and indoors. The breakfast was spot on and plenty of seats. They do have chargers for EV but the parking lot is not big and other cars will park in the EV spots and not move. So moving forward if there is a way to check plates when they are busy to make sure the spots are used last cause we were on a trip and do depend on the chargers for leaving. The bar staff is ran by the front desk staff and when they are busy we felt like we were bothering them. Other than that we loved the stay and everyone there was super nice to us.

The room was lovely and the staff was great. The pool was always out of towels but it was wonderful to go for a swim. Also the bar was advertised but closed. Other than that it was an awesome place to stay. I loved the location and the staff and the breakfast.

Only one working elevator so the waiting to get upstairs to our rooms was 10 minutes at times. This created not only frustration but impeded on the relaxing, stress-free weekend we were hoping to have. The staff, however, were great!

The furniture in the bar area was stained and we couldn’t reach the front desk via text or phone to get a shuttle back from The Battery on Sunday evening but our room was great, the staff was otherwise incredible, and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My family enjoyed the indoor pool and billiards table. The breakfast was very good and well maintained. Our only problem was being so close to the interstate so it was loud, and our doors slammed shut and were hard to lock.

We have been staying here the last few years and love it. Great location to Truist Park. They have a shuttle that you can pay to use which is very convenient. However, unless your family decides to go to a Friday night Braves game that has fireworks afterwards. The shuttle stops at 10pm. Pick up time needs to be extended to at least 11:30. This may affect my future stay here honestly.

There was construction on a nearby building which limited access to the hotel and made the walk to Truist Park longer. However, hotel provides a shuttle to Truist Park. Hotel and employees were of high standard and breakfast provided is of high quality. We did use the shuttle on one day which costs $5 per person, one way and shuttle was more effective than when we used a cab on the other game day.

In town for a Braves game- did not even know there was a shuttle to the game! That was a HUGE perk! And for those with EV-s there were plenty of Tesla destination chargers available! Great stay and we will definitely book again when in ATL. Thanks!

The property itself was clean but when I arrived to my room the duvet cover over the bed was very dirty I pulled it off and everything else seemed clean the next morning I explained it to the front desk and they were a little argumentative but did resolve the problem

So no one has gotten back to me about the complaint of my arms being bitten up because of bedbugs. I took pictures of arms and flipped the mattress over which was disgusting and there were definitely bugs.I even went to manager once I realized that what it was. With pictures and showed my arms. The first night I thought it was a mosquito but my second night when my other arm had bit marks that is what made me flip the bed. No one has gotten back with me or tried to contact me but they took my money.

Room was okay. Some parts of the bathroom sink had mold. No dishwasher pods but we had a dishwasher, no detergent to wash dishes so not sure why we had a suite. We asked for a pack and play which they’re advertised to have but they said to wait until morning for house keeping to arrive and then said the house keeping doesn’t know where it is so our baby had to sleep on the bed with us. We also asked house keeping to make the sofa bed 3 times to which they said they would and they never did. Not the best experience but thankfully we were not at our hotel for most of the day.

Booked this trip without doing my usual homework. But I did look at reviews. Hotel is dated and my room was not clean. The counter tops were sticky and light switch in bathroom had what looked like blood on it. After driving for 12 hrs. I made the decision to clean myself since it was close to midnight. There was hair in shower and large ball of hair in closet area in bathroom. As I said at the top booked this room in a rush when original room down the street was canceled for late checkin that was communicated well in advance. It served its purpose for my three day stay.

I am requesting a full refund and restoration of my OneKey points for a completely unacceptable stay where my room was infested with ladybugs, making it uninhabitable for my daughter and me. Detailed Account of Issues: Friday, December 27, 2025: Upon entering Room 209, we discovered approximately 5-6 ladybugs throughout the room - multiple on the ceiling and one on the bed. My 11-year-old daughter was absolutely disgusted and distressed by the bugs, making the room completely unusable for our family stay. I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with an employee named Siri (spelling approximate). I reported the ladybug infestation and requested a different room. Hotel's Inadequate Response: Siri stated the hotel was "at capacity" and no other rooms were available When I asked what solution they could provide, he responded "I don't know" No apology was offered for the unacceptable room condition The only compensation offered was allowing us to take complimentary items from the hotel store (I took a bag of popcorn, my daughter took a Twix bar) This "compensation" is completely inadequate for being unable to use the room we paid for Impact on My Stay: I was unable to use Room 209 at all - we did not sleep there, did not store belongings there, did not use any amenities I was forced to make alternative sleeping arrangements with my twin brother's family who were also staying at the hotel My daughter and I essentially paid for a hotel room we could not use!

Really comfortable, spacious, 2 bedroom suite. Perfect for families so the kids had their own room! Would be great for extended stays/vacations as well since it has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and pots/pans and utensils and a full fridge and dishwasher!

The air conditioner didn’t work and they never came to fix it . It’s hot in Alabama and basic air conditioning shouldn’t be an issue . Their internet does not work well and don’t even try hooking up streaming or gaming . They have it blocked . It was a mid experience to say the least .

Hotel was adequate. Our room did have a little musty smell and there were some crazy leaks in the shower that soaked our shower floor we had to clean up. We did like the size of the room and the location was close to quite a few food choices. Breakfast was what you expect at a hotel. It served it's purpose. Overall I would stay here again.

Looks run down. Carpet stained. Fixtures outdated. I saw several guests walking around in their pajamas, slippers and even barefoot. Not the standard of guests I expected. Check in employee was very nice and welcoming. Location very good. I understand hotel has been recently purchased, hope the new owners do a full renovation to bro g it back to what it should be.

We had a terrible experience. We booked the property two weeks before arriving when we got there late at night after a wedding they told us the hotel was full and we had to go to another hotel, which was not as nice and stay at. The room that we stayed in was smoked in and it was very uncomfortable.

I unfortunately missed the deadline for the Hyatt House survey, so I’m leaving my thoughts here. Hayden, Ayannah, Alex, Carter and Cameron were ALL incredible. They made everything seamless, communicated clearly and efficiently, and overall so sweet, patient, and understanding. Always look forward to staying here bc I know the staff is lovely!

What I love best was how we were welcomed by the two hotel receptionist. I hope i could have asked their names to highlight them. They went above and beyond what the typical receptionists do. They are extra ordinary. They were very courteous, very welcoming. I asked if the hotel offers 24 hour coffee and they said they don’t. But they can make us some. One of them got up without hesitation and went on to make the coffee. Thank you so much for the dedication you put into your work. You took care of us the moment we walked in and that’s all it takes!

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt House Atlanta Cobb Galleria and enjoyed every minute of our time at this hotel. The front desk staff was always there to help with any questions we had and greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious both mornings we stayed as well. The shuttle back and forth to Truist Park was such a blessing to us as we were there for 2 Braves games. Easy to get on and off and not deal with parking or game day traffic. Thanks to the whole staff for making our stay a great experience!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted every time I walked through the lobby, and they even went the extra mile to help me print a document off of a thumb drive. I enjoyed their gym, and overall accommodations. This hotel is by everything you could possibly need at Cobb Galleria. Would stay again.

I didn't have any pets, nor did I make it to breakfast. The entire staff was so polite and helpful during my stay. I had a few hiccups, but management was swift with taking care of my needs. Mr. Fitz apologized for my inconveniences and immediately addressed my issues. The maintenance guy was quick and thorough with all my issues. Donovan, the maintenance guy, knows his stuff. He explained everything he was doing as to not have me wondering why. I appreciate that. The kind lady who works at the front desk during the day is "the face" for Hyatt. She always treated me like I mattered. I do wish that the televisions were more updated so guests can stream movies. The beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. I'd recommend this property.

Very convenient stay for visit to Truist Park. Room was spacious and clean. Only challenge was finding a parking space coming home from the game. There was also some construction going on around the hotel but since it was the weekend, they weren’t actively working so there weren’t any construction noise issues.

Booked it because the breakfast and parking were included. The breakfast was impressive. 2 waffle irons, bread selection, scrambled eggs and omlets, smoked sausage and reg sausage, mini biscuits and gravy, fruit, juices, coffee... tons of options!! The staff at check in and check out were friendly. The room was very spacious. I'll be back next year!

We love staying at this location when we visit Atlanta. The parking is convenient, the only complaint I have are the small parking spaces and the road right outside of the lot since they’re doing construction. But it’s a short drive to great places such as the Atlantic station and midtown. The free breakfast here is way better than any other hotel we’ve stayed at.

Wow! Were my husband and I impressed with this stay. Tesla charging station, comfortable beds, a kitchen, full sz. refrigerator/freezer, separate sitting area, a television that turns 360 degrees for optimum viewing in the sitting area or the bedroom. Nice shower, a bar and free breakfast. Normally, I turn my nose up at buffet breakfasts. This hotel had Irish oatmeal, yogurt, fresh melon, nuts, pumpkin seeds, all sorts of egg options and dark roast coffee…. everything one needs for a healthy meal. I would suggest that the interior common areas need a refresh. The staff was great!

Bathroom walk in shower drained into the middle of the bathroom. Made BR floor wet and slippery. No hair drier in room and took walking to the front desk to ask management to find one. No restaurant or bar in hotel, only microwave food.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in EVER. I’m not sure if it was because we stayed in a handicapped room or if it just how it was but it was the worst hotel bed I’ve slept in and therefore not a restful night. I will not staying there again. Breakfast was ok but the meats were dry and the omelets super rubbery. Not a great experience overall. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
