We loved the SUPER nice staff at this hotel and appreciate that it felt clean and had a great breakfast. That said, we'll never stay at this hotel chain again. When we checked in, the front desk offered to give us a late checkout, so we took a noon checkout. The next morning at 7 AM, when we were sound asleep, someone tried to get into our room; only the chain stopped them. Happened again at 8 AM. We looked in the hallway, but there wasn't anyone there; they clearly took the stairs right by our room. We called the front desk to let them know what happened and they said, "No worries! It's only the maid." Why on earth housekeeping is trying to get into rooms that haven't checked out yet--and have late checkouts--is beyond me. They didn't even knock! It completely disrupted our sleep and made us feel unsafe. No one should have been entering our room until we checked out. We won't stay at this chain again for anything.

Hotel is in a decent location off of the highway. Desk staff did not seem overly interested in providing great service. Upon check-in, attendant mentioned issues with key making machine.Coffee quality was nothing to write home about. Location seemed pretty safe though and there was a microwave in the room which was a plus. The bed was comfortable and black out shades did the trick for a good night’s rest. Room rate was fair and I appreciated the lemon water in the lobby.
