First time here. One of the few hotels in the area. Newly remodeled and well done. Ample parking with good sized spaces for full size pick ups. Convenient and safe location and great staff.

Loved our Ocean front room. The Hotel is kept very well, with plenty of parking. a great restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch. It's in a great location on the boardwalk with great view of the fishing pier at night and a short walk to businesses on the boardwalk so its not noisy. The staff were also very friendly and helpful

I was there in the off-season the pool and restaurant were closed yet they still insisted on charging a $40/night resort fee, which was not disclosed anywhere until check out. It was not disclosed by Expedia and was not disclosed at check in. Went to check out and they said, would you like to put the balance on your credit card? what balance!!! they insisted on charging resort fee, despite the fact that I never even saw a single staff person in the hotel, not in the gift shop, not even a person at the front desk until I checked out. The two days I stayed the pool was closed, the restaurant was closed yet they expect to get $40 for a “resort fee”.

More than we usually spend on a hotel, but the proximity to the beach, excellent staff/service, and free parking with beach and pool tags was worth it. We could sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while our kids napped. Great place to stay!

The only issue i had was being told there was a $30 resort fee. Getting the information when i am checking out was wrong. Also, i could not get an explanation what the fee covered. At the time of year i was there was no access to the pool or any other amenities.

Received daily coupons for chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Pool looked cloudy for the few days that we were there, so we didn’t use, but it looked clear on the day we departed. Wish the in-room mini fridge had a freezer compartment to use for ice pack in our cooler, but we ended up using ziplock bags and ice from the ice machine instead. Great location, would definitely recommend!

This is the second visit my husband and I have had at the Port-O-Call. It is my favorite place to go! It is clean, quite, beautiful interior, fabulous views of ocean and Ocean City. All the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food is delicious. You can't beat the location right on the Boardwalk and beach and close to bike rental as well. This place has it all!!

The rooms were very clean and updated. The staff was kind and professional. There is a nice pool on site. I had an ocean view room that was absolutely beautiful. I could sit on my patio in privacy and enjoy the view. There is also a restaurant and fitness center. Hotel is on the boardwalk so it's just a few steps to the beach. It is a little farther down from the attractions of the boardwalk but it is much more private but you do have to walk if you want to visit the boardwalk shops. The bed was comfortable the comforter was a weighted comforter which was nice. My only complaint was the shower pressure was terrible. There was no microwave and the TV was very slow to change channels. Those are just minor things. The room also had a refrigerator and a coffee maker. I would stay there again.

The room was great. I like a brightly lighted room and being on the beach front provided all the light I wanted. Having a view of the beach was very soothing, too. I came for peace, and left feeling peaceful! If I visit the area again I’d definitely stay here.

This my go to place when I stay in Ocean City NJ. It’s more expensive than others but it’s clean, and on the boardwalk in OC and in a central location. It’s nice to walk outside and go for a walk on the boardwalk. I like staying here.

We went down for a short one night stay to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather for November. We were able to access the boardwalk directly from the hotel. We were very pleased with the size of the room and the amazing coastline view from our balcony. The staff was very helpful. It would have been nice to have a microwave in our room, but we did make use of the coffee maker. This was the first time that we stayed at the Port-O-Call, but we will consider coming back next year.

We stayed for an April weekend getaway. Our oceanfront room had a great view and we had a great breakfast both mornings in the Adelene restaurant. The wait staff was very friendly. Any time we come to Ocean City we will stay here. Also like that there is adequate parking.
