I am going back. The amenities for this hotel in the middle of Nevada were a welcome relief. The small gym is more than adequate, and the laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. They have everything needed for an overnight stay or a week if you needed to. The Staff were friendly and helpful... the carpets could use a little attention; I think the number of road workers may have tracked tar or something in.

Expensive but very few choices in such a small town. Was charged twice for room. Not even sure I received refund. Staff at desk seemed disoriented. Check in took forever. Snacks only in room near office. Side door didn’t lock which was not safe for travelers. Run down and hopefully won’t have to be in this area anytime soon.

Clean and comfortable plus the staff accommodated a large truck I was driving. Lots of workers stay in this hotel so it can fill up quickly. I was happy to be able to park in the lot and not on the street. I will repeat.

Facility seems a bit run down. No ice machine. Some card key locks were broken/not working properly. Shower in our room didn’t fully switch from tub fill to shower and basin didn’t drain properly. Soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles had been refilled with the wrong product (soap or shampoo added to conditioner bottle). Some glassware and utensils were put away dirty. One bed was pushed up against air conditioning output so someone had to freeze whenever it came on during the night. Mattress was pretty uncomfortable. Service and staff were friendly and efficient.

Only wish there was an ice maker other than what they told me I could make in the room freezer and that the gym was cooler. Gym is attached to laundry room which is super hot and muggy. Otherwise all good.

Room was as expected. Traveled with my dog. Was not able to get back in through side access due to card readers not working. Then found one door on other side of hotel that was no locked and anyone could come in. Small patch of grass for dog to do there business.

This property is clean the staff is friendly and it’s conveniently located at the end of town and not right at the middle so it’s a lot quieter. I really enjoyed thier little gym that’s available it’s got just enough equipment and it’s clean.

We are excited to come here every year between our trips to see family. This has been unpleasant surprise.. our room has a single fork.. went to call to ask for more and the phone in the room isn’t working. (Tried to plug it somewhere else too) called the front desk on our cell and the girl brings us flimsy plastic tiny forks.. start feeling a certain way and decide to take a look at everything. The microwave had a dog hair in it and food explosion from a previous guest.. stunk too.. no sponge to wash a dish. Bathtub and shower had hair and pink mold… the bathroom door was extremely filthy and gross with hair on it too. Very disappointed and will be asking for a partial refund as this was a major disappointment this year

Did not well represent our room. Lots of disrepair was present. We were in a room that can house four people, but there was only one kitchen chair and one office chair for eating. Kitchen - cabinets wouldn’t shut. Dishes left in dishwasher. Popcorn kernels left on counter. Bathroom - cupboard face not clean. Shelves looked ancient. Turned on shower and it made lots of noise that awakens others. Shower mat towel damp - hopefully damp from bathtub being cleaned the day before and not from previous guest use. Staff was very helpful, friendly, nd professional. One bed appeared not to have been changed, as there were hairs on it. We wete given clean sheets to put on ourself as only one staff member was on-site. Also, not thoroughly vacuumed, as i stepped on some sort of weed/sticker. Had shoes on, thankfully. We were given an adjustment. TV could be centered, ibstead of on corner. Very convenient to town.

The Employee at the Front desk was amazing...When we entered the room, I couldn't believe what I saw. A large eoom with built in long desk, full size fridge, 2 burner stovetop, sink, all utensils, eating & cooking supplied. Pots n pans.... Shower was big, bathroom door was wider than expected.. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Best room I have ever stayed in. They even have a lending closet with crockpot & larger kitchen things.

The hotel and service was great but our stay was absolutely terrible. The guest staying directly above our room paced and stomped and pounded on the floor which was our ceiling from 12:30am to 4:30am NONSTOP. We asked the front desk employee for assistance and they called the room and knocked on the door but the person did not answer. The employee said there was nothing he could do. We had a 12 hour drive the next day and only got 2 hours of sleep before this happened. Not the hotels fault but nonetheless extremely frustrating. We ended up getting dressed and leaving at 4:30am. The walls and floors are thin, so if your neighbors are loud it will not be a pleasant stay.

LOVED the room and bathroom. Favorite hotel in that regard. My room key wasn't working correctly (door still seemed locked even though it showed green) and asked the front desk for a replacement key and the night front desk guy gave me one without even checking my ID or asking my name. The hotel and service was great but our stay was absolutely terrible. The guest staying directly above our room paced and stomped and pounded on the floor which was our ceiling from 12:30am to 4:30am NONSTOP. We asked the front desk employee for assistance and they called the room and knocked on the door but the person did not answer. The employee said there was nothing he could do. We had a 12 hour drive the next day and only got 2 hours of sleep before this happened. Not the hotels fault but nonetheless extremely frustrating. We ended up getting dressed and leaving at 4:30am. The walls and floors are thin, so if your neighbors are loud it will not be a pleasant stay.

The property is newer, and not attached to a casino which I appreciate. I also appreciated the non-smoking rooms and having the ability to have a little kitchenette type area to make tea and a cuppa coffee and warm up food. Parking seems limited only because there’s lots of large Pickup trucks and Pickup trucks pulling trailers that take up a lot of the parking lot if you’re getting there after the dinner hour. Wish that there was some type of restaurant or food service available to deliver to the hotel since there is nothing except a snack bar at the hotel says breakfast is included, but it’s not really.

We stopped over here for the night while traveling home from our vacation. It was quiet and very comfortable. For some reason, we especially noticed the wonderfully, soft sheets on the beds! We also had a very complete kitchen in our room, though we didn't have any reason to use it. It seems like most hotels provide some sort of breakfast, so I forgot to check on that before I made the reservation. I was disappointed to find they did not offer any food in the morning. Even a small continental breakfast makes a place feel welcoming and friendly. This was the only drawback of the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. I had stayed in Winnemucca at a cheaper hotel just the week before and I decided to spend a little more to have a better experience. I was a bit disappointed in the amenities considering the price I paid. I did assume there would be some sort of breakfast based on the price and was disappointed to find out there was not. From the minute my family and I walked into the lobby, we were very impressed. The check-in process was quick and efficient; the employee was friendly.
