Parking lot is small and spaces are very tiny. The room was fine. Unfortunately, the bed was terrible…

The parking lot is difficult to get into with a larger vehicle.

The motel jas been and I assume atill being updated. The pool was closed. Once door thresholds are complete it will be a great place

Customer service was good. The hotel was run-of-the-mill. Outside saftey lights are VERY bright and curtains didn't keep the light out. We had to use a few clips ans jimmy-rig the curtain to decreawe the amount of light. Otherwise, the stay was just fine.

Check in was ok - staff wasn’t real friendly and the pool was out of service. That was one of the reasons we booked for our kids to swim

Great location and easy check-in/out. Staff was very responsive by phone when not at the front desk. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was empty in the shower, which was disappointing. Ice maker was not working, so had to go to the convenience store close by. Outdoor lighting was on all night, so would recommend a face mask. Overall, decent and comfortable stay for one night.

The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel was remodeled recently. The shower was especially nice with a good shower head and very hot water. The linens looked new and all the appliances worked correctly. The pool was not in service, but this may be due to the season. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, pretty good value. (We paid $90 for a king room.) Pluses.: - The rooms are bright and we enjoyed the small design touches, including the colorful wall behind the bed. - The bed was comfortable. - Manager was friendly and helpful. - Location is good, within a few blocks of a yummy breakfast @ The Griddle, the museum/visitor center and historic buildings. A bit further (half mile) is the Martin Hotel. We enjoyed wandering the area. Minuses: - The pool was closed, “waiting for an inspection” according to the front desk staff. We chose the hotel in part for the pool, so this was disappointing. - No one was at the front desk when we arrived and the phone number given rang back to the desk. After about five minutes, the manager saw us from the Econolodge, where she also managed the front desk, and came over. - The floor in the room needed a good mopping and the a/c was very loud.

Road trip from Wa state to Las Vegas needed a place to get some rest before hitting the road again. Older property with what looks like newer paint, flooring, furnishings renovations. Queen bed 6/10 rating. Room was very clean. Outside area was very very well lit! So much as though all the lighting lit up the room! Window coverings were minimal as far as blocking light out. Lots of light coming through room and bathroom windows. Lithium mining is booming in nearby areas so was happy to get a room. Lots miners taking up occupancy in the area, therefore driving room rates way up. Appreciate that this property was somewhat reasonable rate for weary tired traveler. Was too tired to get room pics. Did take a couple outside pics when we left.

Pros: well lit parking area close to the rooms, bathrooms did have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Cons: bathroom sink only had hot water, rooms were very loud from both neighboring guests and street noise, sheets were stained, bathroom window did not lock (at street level).

Blood , dirt and hair on the sheets. Floor dirty. The room flooded with light all night. Do not stay in Winnemucca at all if possible it isn’t a safe place.

This property is pet friendly, clean, newly renovated. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. There is traffic noise all night and a train came through so sleep can be a bit challenging without earplugs. Staff very responsive.

Pros: very cost effective. Check in pleasant. Pet friendly. Updated decor. Fridge was spacious. Table sitting area was convenient. Walls thick, couldn’t hear guests. Gas stations on either side were convenient. Location convenient. Cons: We were in a non-smoking room and it was malodorous with the stench of cigarettes. The bathroom/shower area had no soap in the dispensers. The sheets had stains. The dust and past guest’s hair slicked the floors brown in the shower room. Sink was clogged. Cleanliness was not good overall. Light flooding in through sheers. No area to walk dog, all narrow patches of sparse gravel. Pool very dirty/unkept(we realize it was off season but it did not add to the welcome/kept factor).

First of all the picture of the hotel room posted on website was not up to expectations. When we walked in the room it had an odor, bedding was dirty and stained, TV and internet didn’t work. Honestly after driving for hours and hoping for a good clean room to sleep in … your property failed to deliver. The dirty bedding was the failure …. Nothing! My daughter slept on top of the bed on her own blanket because the bed was dirty. The sheets were not clean. The pillowcases it had black marks on them. The bathroom was filthy dirty and there was trash still left in the trash can from the previous guest. I would like a refund!

The floor had so much dirt, it made a hand towel black. The shower wall had hair stuck to it. TV controller did not work. Would not recommend.

recently remodeled so the rooms were nice. exterior is still 1950/60 motel but acceptable.

Overall it was excellent. Th neighbors, fridge and HVAC were all too loud to relax properly.

Overall room below average… TV not working, shower leaking on floor, noisy AC, and remodeled room not very well done. Can not recommend this property.

Exterior is of a dated motor court look. Don’t be fooled the interior is clean and I am assuming very recently updated. Great bed! Very reasonable price. Location is convenient.

Drove past it several times. Sign had a different hotel name...I asked if they had any coffee for breakfast. The person nicely said, yeah there's a coffee pot in your room. Air conditioner was loud. Shower is floor, no tub, and had no shelf so if you bring toiletries you have to put them on the floor. Overnighter OK but wouldn't suggest this place for more than that. The room was clean and comfortable.

The lady at the service desk charged me more for the room than Expedia said. I prepaid only to be told she needed a refundable deposit. Which never got refunded. Then I told her I couldn't go upstairs so naturally she put me upstairs. Then I climb the breaking cement stairs that are leaning and got to my room to find stained bedding. Nasty smelling room with mold. I went down the street and rented a room and returned my key immediately. She said Ok when I told her I needed to rent another room. She never asked why.. beware stay away from this dump.

Hotel was nice - freshly remodeled - clean and comfortable - definitely a value for the money! Front Desk Attendant - Adam was tremendous!

First of all, the place isn’t even called Signature Inn on the sign, making it difficult to find. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone and wait for them to show up to check in. Then, they gave me a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. So, I had to call them again and wait again. Here’s the real problem: When I arrived late and after a long day of travel, they couldn’t find my reservation. That’s because I changed it (due to snow) on the Expedia application, and well within my time frame to do so. Expedia, however, didn’t relay the updated information to the hotel and they marked me as a “no-show”. The hotel then charged me again and told me to contact Expedia about the mix-up and to get a refund from their end. Expedia’s fault. The problem I have with Signature Inn is that, when I filled a claim with Expedia, they told me they’d have to verify by calling the hotel. Since Signature Inn never answered Expedia’s repeated contact attempts, my claim was denied. Now, I’m left paying double for a hotel that was worth half of what I should have paid.

There was no one there to check me in when I arrived. I left three voicemails on phone number listed at check in desk. No one ever called me back. I had to get a room at another hotel in town. Had to call and get a refund.

Check-in was very easy. Front desk lady was so nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean. I like that it has a good size fridge with a freezer. There are a couple things I think should be done. The shower floor needs fixing. And they need to put bulbs on the lamps. And it would be nice to have somewhere to hang your clothes. But overall If you need a room just for a night or two this is a good place.

Great staff, moved my reservation without a problem, easy check in. Descent place for a night traveling through. Only complaint it the outside hall light, it's so bright you feel like the sun has never set. Even with curtain closed it still got through.

I arrived at 940pm. There was no front desk person. I waited over 20 min! Called the front desk as the sign stated...over and over for 20 minutes. I did not stay...after a 10 hour drive, i dont have time to stand and wait! I expect a full refund!!

I had to call a number at the front desk to check-in. The man that worked there also worked at the hotel a block down the street. There was no staff at the hotel at all times. There was one other occupant which was placed in the room exactly next to me. The heater was very loud. There was a crack in the seal of the door. The shower tower was soaking wet on my arrival. I did not feel safe and therefore decided to changr hotels. When I went to thw front desk and called the number to notify the staff, the man did not care about my issues and told me to simply leave the room key on the desk.

Room was clean. The area around the motel was a bit noisy but if your tired it didn't matter. Will stay again

Driving from Salmon ID to CA we decoded to stop in Winnemucca. Thankfully my son found this hotel for a great price. The young man at registration was waiting for us it seemed as we got in a bit late. He was very friendly. Our rooms were surprisingly nice and updated as well as comfy beds for a nights stay. We will definitely return for a stay on our future trips to ID. Centrally located near restaurant and in walking distance to casinos.
