The Pool and lounging area was clean, BBQs in great condition, laundry and vending machine on site. The room was clean and well stocked.

The suites are a nice layout. Pool, bbq, laundry etc all on site. Will come back!

Clean, warm and inviting. We just stayed for a night as we were driving through town but this will definitely be a place we stay for future trips. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the property as clean and well taken care of. They had pool floaties and toys for the kids, kids tables to play at, a fire pit in the evening and the restaurant on the property is good too.

Swimming pool and hot tub a nice treat. Sunrise restaurant is steps away. And a few more steps from there is the Osoyoos tourist information building.

Great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was clean, and the outdoors even offered a spot to BBQ with BBQ and utensils on hand.

The only issue was with a loud guys golf group that kept us up Friday night. Once we notified management they promptly took care of it and we had no issues the 2nd night.

Excellent check in and this motel is immaculate with great attention to cleanliness. Our room was lovely and well equipped with what we needed in the kitchenette. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

Very convenient location for all our day trips and dining. Only complaint is our room was not serviced at all during our 3 day stay. We had to request clean towels daily. No cleaning at all. Very disappointing .

Staff was very griendly and check-in was a breeze. Room was clean and had everything i needed. Only negative was the strong smell of bleach on the bedding.

Third time staying here on a bike trip, and third time impressed. Modest on the outside but very well maintained, with spotless, updated rooms; v comfortable beds; and pleasant, 'how-can-we-help-you' service.

Room was updated, but very dirty - various hair all over the bathroom floor, hair stuck to the toilet, sticky floors, stained shower curtain and bedspread.

Had issues with the bathroom cleanliness, whiskers in the sink, toilet not cleaned, mirrors had not been cleaned and bathtub looked dirty. In fairness did not report this to the staff as we were only staying over for a night to continue on with our travels. The room looked like it had recently been renovated and was nice. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh.

The room we received - king bed - was very small. No side table on the right side of the bed which was a bit frustrating and not much by way of storage to put luggage. The bed was decent as was the ac and the shower was great! We’d consider staying there again.

This is a well-maintained building. Unfortunately the air conditioner is loud so sleeping was difficult. Ear plugs would be useful. Easy access to downtown and to the wineries along the Golden Mile and Black Sage benches.

Nice clean updated room. Room is a bit to small for a King size bed. I understand that this is the season for hotels to make their money but this room was a little bit over priced at $250.

This was possibly the cleanest motel room I've stayed in. Friendly staff and cute 70s motel vibe. One thing not so great was the noise from the highway but the AC white noise managed to drown most of it out. Would recommend.

The room was very impressive and not what I expected from the outside. The room was renovated with everything new and very clean. It was refreshing to stay in a motel where they have invested in their rooms and kept them modern. The price was very comparable to other motels that are worn out and run down and not very clean. I would recommend this place to others and will stay again.

You can hear people walking in the rooms above you and crying from rooms next door but the room was fine. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is small but fine. They have an outdoor pool and BBQ grills for guests the pool was small but the area was clean.

We have previously had pleasant stays at Westridge motor inn. The rooms are clean and have been updated. In the last couple of years I believe the management has changed as certain amazing services have become just so so. No housekeeping during your stay, no daily check in for refreshed room items (towels, coffee, toilet paper). On check in we were not made aware of this so when we went to the lobby to ask for these items we were treated rudely by the female owner and made to feel as though we were a huge inconvenience. This lady should never speak to customers. We were told we should have asked the housekeepers that were “everywhere” and when we politely explained we had been out for most of the day and didn’t know the procedure she continued to look very put out that we were in need of room basics (coffee and toilet paper). This was at 630pm. There is a bad smell in the front office like rancid garbage with incense to try to cover it up and while the rooms are clean the smell of the cleaning products is sickeningly sweet. The pool is much colder. It used to be the perfect temp regardless of weather, in fact their slogan was “come in, the water is fine”. Now it’s cold and the patio around the pool is not being kept as nicely. This used to be a diamond in the rough…I’d say it’s just rough now. These experiences really left a bad taste for us and we unfortunately will be looking for better places to stay in the future where our patronage is appreciated.

My family books a few rooms every year for my brothers birthday. It is under new ownership and the new owners and workers were very friendly and accommodating. I work at The Shangri-La and know what it takes to provide exceptional service and they definitely on point.

The staff at the hotel are so nice and very welcoming. They do a great job at making sure your stay is amazing.

Nobody in office for check-in. Had to phone to get key but were very apologetic and friendly. Room was clean ,bed comfortable. We would like a table.

Great stay and the owners are super friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel not relizing that it is where I worked back in 1997 so it was fun to roll up and have the memories come back. I told the owners that I worked there back in the day for the original owners who built is and they welcomed me back warmly. It was fun. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Check in was a little delayed as we couldn't reach them on the phone but the staff was very apologetic and the stay was great after that! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area fashionable and the staff even came out and lit the gas fireplace for us so we were able to stay out and enjoy the evening.

Clean, great location

The owners were so friendly as were all the staff! The pool and hot tub were great and the area on the grass had tables, a BBQ and was perfect for meeting new friends! The only issue was that it wasn’t really close enough to the lake but would definitely stay there again!

At the crossroads of HWY 97 and 3, a 10 minute walk to downtown Osoyoos. Food is right next door or a quick walk. Relatively quiet during the night even being so close to the highway

We were pleasantly surprised by the Westridge Motor Inn. The staff were very kind and eager to help. The rooms were spotless, updated, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s a great place for families, with a well-kept pool and hot tub, and a good restaurant/pub onsite. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the grocery store and Starbucks, and about 15 minutes to the town and lake. Right across the street is a wonderful fruit and veggie stand, as well as Night Bird Winery, where we had the best wine tasting of our trip in the Okanagan! Highly recommend

I like that it is close to town, but far enough away to be quiet.

Upon arrival the owner/manager welcomed me to Osoyoos and to the Inn. The management are very courteous and nice people. The rooms were very good, beds are comfortable. There is also a restaurant next door that serves excellent breakfast.

This place is a gem once you get inside your newly renovated room. From the outside it looks like a typical roadside motel but the rooms have been very nicely renovated: vinyl plank flooring, new bathroom fixtures and crisp white bright bedding. I stayed here twice breaking my journey from the coast to the Kootensys and would stay again. The pool srea looked very inviting but did not fit my plans this trip. The onsite restaurant serves a great breakfast but beware, it closes at 7pm.

Front desk man, Raj, was super friendly. Room was clean and well equipped little kitchen. Restaurant/Bar was great. Excellent wings.Nice big pool and outdoor seating area. Would definitely stay there again.

There’s a pub on the property and it’s open for breakfast. The manager was kind and gracious. Grounds and rooms were incredibly clean. Rooms in the two story wing, facing the pool, can be noisy, depending on guests’ outdoor activity there on the lawn. But I would still highly recommend this place!!
