This hotel was disappointing. Besides the room feeling dirty due to a stained rug and window coverings and creepy wall papers and no bathroom doors, the service was terrible. We purposely booked a hotel with breakfast and bar because, traveling on a holiday, we would need a place that offered services when things are closed. They informed us checking in that breakfast would not be offered and the bar would be closed for all the nights, not just the holiday. We tried to cancel so we could move hotels and they refused. They said we could use the grab and go (which costs more) so they still offered what we needed. Hotels.com gave us $ for our inconveniences, but we couldn't move hotels. There were no amenities for this hotel. The pool closes in winter, and they didn't offer what they say they do online. It was quiet and that is the only positive.

Check in was a breeze….bar was open but we did not check it out. Lobby had a pool table a family was playing on. I peeked in in the pool area….was very hip and would be a fun summer spot.

I didn't stay at the hotel and had to change locations because the purpose of the stay was for the pool and it wasn't open or functional. Very disappointed to have lost money on this stay having no way to know this was the case until we arrived. I also tried 3 times to speak to a representative at your company and was unable to get through

Some cons: The trash at the entrance was always overflowing. The lady that worked in the morning was not very helpful I asked to be called or a text sent when my to would be ready and she just said “well no matter what it won’t be ready till after 3pm”. The lady that worked in the evening kept yawning while helping me she had to stop checking me in a yawn about 3 times (it was about 7pm). Neither lady greeted anyone while coming in and when we asked questions both seemed it was inconvenient to help us or anyone that asked questions. The gym was not very clean it needed a vacuuming and a wipe down. There were no disinfectant wipes so when we were done we couldn’t even wipe anything off. Pros: The lady that worked at the bar was nice and always greeted us she was way more friendly than the other two. The gym was nice and the equipment was in working order and there were many options. The room was clean and had shampoo, conditioner and body soap from Dry Bar so that was nice.

I had a great stay at the Aloft. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, a shopping center, and a mall, all within walking distance. The pool area was clean and inviting, and I especially enjoyed the fire pit by the pool—it added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I checked in around 10pm. I was very tired, long drive. I opened the room they give me, and it was dirty, the bed not even was made. Blankets on the couch, trash and the bathroom. Front desk lady very rud. They didn’t have a hair dryer. Shower was dirty a lot of random hair.

Yes the bar was well stocked, the bedding had old stains and strands of hair was noted in the shower. Check in was great, but the attendant at check out wasn’t pleasant. She didn’t make eye contact nor did she said thank you. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

Our stay was 3 nights, the room was never made up, and used towels from night one were never replaced! The hallway wall to our room looked like someone picked their noses and wiped the boogers on the wall! Carpets were dirty and spotted!

Room was comfortable but the rest of the hotel was not particularly well kept. One morning, I came out of the room to go down for coffee at 6:30am and there was vomit in the hallway. I mentioned it to the front desk person when I went to the lobby. The vomit was still there at noon and had begun to stink up the entire hallway from the elevator to our room. I found this specific experience to be unsettling and tainted our entire stay.

The room design is odd and not conducive for non couples. Open/see through shower out in the open. No iron, no microwaves.. Room design is just weird, not to mention our window was at a 45 degree angle and sat directly next to another room we could see directly in!

The room was pleasant. It was uncomfortable having to use the bathroom one person at a time when the shower was in use because the shower doors are clear, with mirrors positioned so no privacy and no doors to keep showers private. There should be a door to close off area for showers versus area for toilet and sink and dressing area.

The rooms were very quiet and clean. The shower was amazing and had excellent water pressure. The bed was VERY comfortable. My one and only complaint is the pillows, but I'm also picky about that so it isn't really a real complaint.

Most of the staff was friendly. The gym there was very nice compared to most hotels. The room was not exactly as advertised, but it was not bad. the bed was very comfortable. The biggest complaint I have is the AC/heating unit was VERY loud. Even when I tried to turn it off the unit still made a ton of noise. I could hear it through my ear plugs and pillows on my head. Over all I would give it a 4 out of 5.

Great hotel Great check in staff Check out staff wasn’t as helpful Doors slamming shut from 430am-7am consistently. They need to put door stoppers to keep the doors from slamming as people come and go. Great hotel other than the loud noise from doors.

The manager Seth was the best Manager/Customer Service Rep you have hired. My husband and I stay at this location often because it is near my mother’s house. So, over the years I’ve met several. Seth was very professional and kind to everyone.

Arrived at 305 pm entered lobby and no receptionist at counter. Waited for about 10 min maybe more along with other guest. Finally somebody came out to check us in. Somebody should be at counter at 3 pm to greet arriving guest for check in when checkin is at 3 pm.

Front desk staff were amazing. We had issues with our flight which was canceled and delayed our arrival, which was not in control of the hotel/staff. However, they worked out to help accommodate us during a very exhausting moment. My attitude wasn't the best after 4 hr flight turned into half day's travel and I was not faulting the property or staff at all. They handled and solved a rough situation for us. We will never forget their hospitality. Thank you!

By far my personal favorite hotel. The staff is incredible and accommodating. Every single one of them. Caitlin, the manager, was also wonderful! The atmosphere is exactly what we needed. Incredibly clean and everything is very organized. They were also very sweet and friendly to our dog as well. A really great place to stay if you need to travel with a canine companion!

This property is in a secluded area which you would think would be safer than right off the highway.. We woke up to our vehicle along with 4-5 other vehicles windows busted out and rummaged through. The staff was not concerned with the fact that their facility and customers had been violated. The room is VERY small. Not made for a long stay. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. Floor of shower and some of the walls had dirt/debris. The floor of the bathroom as well. The cups in the room were dirty, the light switches were filthy. Had grime all over them. You’re paying for contemporary decor more than space and cleanliness or safety. Lighting in the bathroom is great for getting ready, room is equipped with a steamer and nice size tv.
