This was the 4th hotel on our 2 week trip and it was our least favourite, but that’s not to say there was anything bad. The decor in the hotel is dark, so the hallways have a creepy feel. The lights were off unless motion activated, which added to the creepiness factor (not enough where I truly felt creeped out, but enough that we both commented on it). Don’t bother paying extra for the breakfast as it’s quite small and there is a bakery on the corner (1 min walk). There a lot of restaurants in the area that are great. The room was small, the toilet cubby was small and only one person could be in the bathroom. When you walk to the corner, there is a great view of the Eiffel Tower so that’s a plus. The metro is also a 5 minute walk away so it’s very convenient. In summary, it was a decent hotel, but I wouldn’t return as there was other Paris options with bigger rooms and lighter decor.

The Eden Hotel is a great little hotel. The room was very comfortable. The toilet is the tiniest I’ve ever seen and not near the bathroom!! Very strange! Shower was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, not extensive but a nice choice of meats and cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and scrambled eggs, pastries etc. Cute little tiny garden area to relax. The location is great, near lots of shops and walkable to nearby large shopping areas.

They do not fill up the shower gel. They do not fill up paper tissues in the bathroom . room is not very clean. Room is tiny. room is very dark. They charge you €50 if you want to check in early for one hour. in the morning at 6 am fire alarm rings off everybody needs to leave the hotel and they don’t even apologise.

Nice hotel and good breakfast. But at my room (603) there was a terrible smell of smoke. Mostly in the morning and late night. Very powerful and not nice. I assume this came from ventilation as this was more in the bathroom than in the sleeping room. Hotel was full so I had to stay in the smoke. My colleagues did not have any problem at their rooms.

Pene rom, virker ganske nyoppusset. Gode senger og puter. Hyggelig, vennlig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Vi valgte uten frokost, fordi det er gode bakerier rett i nærheten. Hotellet ligger i et pent, rolig nabolag som føltes trygt å bevege seg i, også på kvelden. Flere gode nabolagsrestauranter rett ved. Kort vei til metro, og ca. 30 minutters å gå til Eiffeltårnet.

Perfect location to really enjoy local cafés and shopping. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was a plus as June was hot. We could see the Eiffel Tower at night glowing in the distance from a street near our hotel. So beautiful!🙂

My bedsheets were stained, the comforter was dirty and the sheets had a foul odor. Despite my request to have them changed, dirty sheets were put back on my hotel bed causing me discomfort and distress. I was unable to sleep during my last night of the stay. I was asked to change the sheets myself while the hotel staff watched and was provided with sheets that did not match the bed. I showed the manager photos and video of the dirty sheets and comforter. The manager said he would refund 1 night of my hotel costs on December 1. He never did. Instead, he decided to charge me a small fee to clean the room AFTER I left. How insulting and unprofessional. This is not what I paid for nor is the experience Hotel Eden promised. The manager is awful and is going out of his way to refuse the promised refund. I have never experience such poor customer service and dirty accommodations at a boutique hotel of this level. All the manager does is blame shift and stall. Will never visit this hotel again.

I stayed here with my family for three days and its a really clean and good property to stay at. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet was pricey considering the spread but other than it was great experience. Close to the Eiffel Tower and we got to see it sparkle every evening .

Viaggiavo da solo; stanza piccola, con letto matrimoniale, appena sufficiente per una persona; ottima la doccia; pulizie dipendono dall'addetta: ho visto una che nel rifare il letto buttava un cuscino sul pavimento; c'è chi passa lo straccio sul pavimento e chi non lo fa; anche l'orario delle pulizie con un'addetta avvenivano tra le 16,00 e le 17,00, quando ero già rientrato in camera. Zona tranquilla con buon numero di boulangerie, patisserie e supermercati per fare colazione. Al check in l'addetto mi ha chiesto se volevo pagare da subito anche la tassa di soggiorno. Io, sorpreso, ho detto che per me era indifferente ed ho pagato, ma è scorretto chiederlo. Comunque tutto sommato, se ci si accontenta, non pagando molto, può andare bene come hotel.

I absolutely loved this place! First time to Paris and I wanted to stay somewhere close enough to walk anywhere. Very accessible to Metro station and Eiffle tower was only 1.5 miles away. Staff was extremely friendly and rooms were clean and great!!

Paris 15eme is an awesome neighborhood. However this hotel has nothing especially great to offer. It is not bad but not extraordinarily either. The room is very small, A/C not working very well, nothing really stands out. They charge an extra 60euros for early check-in.

The Eden Hotel is a great little hotel. The room was very comfortable. The toilet is the tiniest I’ve ever seen and not near the bathroom!! Very strange! Shower was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, not extensive but a nice choice of meats and cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and scrambled eggs, pastries etc. Cute little tiny garden area to relax. The location is great, near lots of shops and walkable to nearby large shopping areas.

Rooms are relatively large for Paris with large bath and separate toilets Your provide with complementary bottle of water every day, breakfast includes freshly baked baguette eggs beans and mushrooms, fresh croissant and more. Location is great in walking distance from Eiffel Tower- I highly recommend

My daughter and I stayed here, it was very nice and next to the BEST bakery right in the corner. The A/C and water pressure and temperature were terrific. It was nice walking around the area, it is safe day and night and has lots of local restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store all walking distance.

They do not fill up the shower gel. They do not fill up paper tissues in the bathroom . room is not very clean. Room is tiny. room is very dark. They charge you €50 if you want to check in early for one hour. in the morning at 6 am fire alarm rings off everybody needs to leave the hotel and they don’t even apologise.

Hôtel correct, réceptionniste pas très arrangeant, arrivé à l’hôtel à 14h15, mais la remise des clés se fait qu’à 15h00, sinon un supplément de 25€ pour un early Check-inn. Pas très sympa après un long voyage, j’ai du attendre 45min sachant que la chambre était prête ! Les portes se claquent très fort la nuit, dû au ferme porte de la porte qui ferme la porte.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Paris and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—very well connected to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. チェックイン後に部屋へ向かうとスタッフが慌てておいかけてきて、部屋が違っていたとのこと。正しい部屋へ入ると、3人で使うと伝えていた（ツインベッド ソファベッド確約。しかもチェックイン時に再確認された。）にもかかわらず、ソファはベッドになっていないしタオル等のアメニティも2人分しかありませんでした。受付で一人分足りないと伝えるとすぐに準備してもらえました。 スタッフの対応や雰囲気はとてもいいものでした。 部屋もパリのホテルにしては広く清潔。値段も中心地から離れていたためリーズナブル（それでも高いけど）。 ただ、老朽化はしかたないのか、着いた翌日の早朝とその深夜に非常ベルが鳴りました。 宿泊客がパニック状態で部屋の外にでて様子をうかがっていると「エレベーターに問題はありません」とのこと。しかし、その翌日にエレベーターで下に降りようとしたところ、エレベーターに閉じ込められました。階と階の間で扉が半分開いたり閉じたりして、かなり怖い思いをしましたが、下にいたスタッフに「怖かったよ」と伝えるとホテルのスタッフはいつものことのようで笑っていました。 結局滞在中はほぼエレベーターが使えない状態でした。 でも、ヨーロッパってこういうことだよなって思ってます。 立地はスーパーや駅が近く便利でした。中心地から離れていますが、一駅が短いのでそんなに気になりませんでした。

Paris 15eme is an awesome neighborhood. However this hotel has nothing especially great to offer. It is not bad but not extraordinarily either. The room is very small, A/C not working very well, nothing really stands out. They charge an extra 60euros for early check-in.

My bedsheets were stained, the comforter was dirty and the sheets had a foul odor. Despite my request to have them changed, dirty sheets were put back on my hotel bed causing me discomfort and distress. I was unable to sleep during my last night of the stay. I was asked to change the sheets myself while the hotel staff watched and was provided with sheets that did not match the bed. I showed the manager photos and video of the dirty sheets and comforter. The manager said he would refund 1 night of my hotel costs on December 1. He never did. Instead, he decided to charge me a small fee to clean the room AFTER I left. How insulting and unprofessional. This is not what I paid for nor is the experience Hotel Eden promised. The manager is awful and is going out of his way to refuse the promised refund. I have never experience such poor customer service and dirty accommodations at a boutique hotel of this level. All the manager does is blame shift and stall. Will never visit this hotel again.

Perfect location to really enjoy local cafés and shopping. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was a plus as June was hot. We could see the Eiffel Tower at night glowing in the distance from a street near our hotel. So beautiful!🙂

This was the 4th hotel on our 2 week trip and it was our least favourite, but that’s not to say there was anything bad. The decor in the hotel is dark, so the hallways have a creepy feel. The lights were off unless motion activated, which added to the creepiness factor (not enough where I truly felt creeped out, but enough that we both commented on it). Don’t bother paying extra for the breakfast as it’s quite small and there is a bakery on the corner (1 min walk). There a lot of restaurants in the area that are great. The room was small, the toilet cubby was small and only one person could be in the bathroom. When you walk to the corner, there is a great view of the Eiffel Tower so that’s a plus. The metro is also a 5 minute walk away so it’s very convenient. In summary, it was a decent hotel, but I wouldn’t return as there was other Paris options with bigger rooms and lighter decor.

Nice hotel and good breakfast. But at my room (603) there was a terrible smell of smoke. Mostly in the morning and late night. Very powerful and not nice. I assume this came from ventilation as this was more in the bathroom than in the sleeping room. Hotel was full so I had to stay in the smoke. My colleagues did not have any problem at their rooms.

Pene rom, virker ganske nyoppusset. Gode senger og puter. Hyggelig, vennlig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Vi valgte uten frokost, fordi det er gode bakerier rett i nærheten. Hotellet ligger i et pent, rolig nabolag som føltes trygt å bevege seg i, også på kvelden. Flere gode nabolagsrestauranter rett ved. Kort vei til metro, og ca. 30 minutters å gå til Eiffeltårnet.

I stayed here with my family for three days and its a really clean and good property to stay at. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet was pricey considering the spread but other than it was great experience. Close to the Eiffel Tower and we got to see it sparkle every evening .

Io, sorpreso, ho detto che per me era indifferente ed ho pagato, ma è scorretto chiederlo. Comunque tutto sommato, se ci si accontenta, non pagando molto, può andare bene come hotel.

Don’t bother paying extra for the breakfast as it’s quite small and there is a bakery on the corner (1 min walk). There a lot of restaurants in the area that are great. The room was small, the toilet cubby was small and only one person could be in the bathroom. When you walk to the corner, there is a great view of the Eiffel Tower so that’s a plus. The metro is also a 5 minute walk away so it’s very convenient. In summary, it was a decent hotel, but I wouldn’t return as there was other Paris options with bigger rooms and lighter decor.
This was the 4th hotel on our 2 week trip and it was our least favourite, but that’s not to say there was anything bad. The decor in the hotel is dark, so the hallways have a creepy feel. The lights were off unless motion activated, which added to the creepiness factor (not enough where I truly felt creeped out, but enough that we both commented on it).
