Excellent accueil parking sécurisé gratuit appartement à cestacieux lit ferme mais confortable fenêtre fermée correctement équipé salle de bain pratique avec des serviettes de toilette de qualité petit déjeuner très bien avec du choix pour 9,50 €. Un ventilateur est disponible dans la chambre car il n'y a pas de climatisation. Certaines chambres sont bien au calme

This was a convenient over night stay as we explored the city of Reims on our way to Paris . The room was spacious and perfect for our family of three. It was great to have a fridge for the night and a kitchen. Communication was great. No problem with parking (we did not book in advance). Staff were really welcoming and we were given pastries for our onward journey - which was amazing as lots of places were closed on a Sunday morning. Shame there isn’t really a communal area with a bar, but we were aware in advance so took food and drink with us. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel breakfast was good and staff were friendly. The stairs were in need of a good clean. Kitchen needs to have a kettle. There was a coffee machine but it was not really useable for heating water for tea or other hot drinks. It did have a hob but again it was a bit of a pain to heat a pan of water for tea. Otherwise it was a comfortable room.

Séjour agréable, je trouve cependant qu’il y a des choses à revoir sur la propreté, taches noires sur les draps ainsi que sur le haut des rideaux. L’intérieur des toilettes est marron , pleine de tartre pourtant avec du produit tel que de l’acide chlorhydrique on arrive à les nettoyer….

Would not recommend. The room was damp, so we had to sleep with the window open, not good. The bathroom was a disaster, the water overflouted from the tub/shower and just stayed on the floor and went to the walls. Clearly has issues with humidity. Service although was good. Nice breakfast.

Nous y avons très bien dormi: le lit etait confortable et la chambre très calme. Accueil chaleureux et equipe à l ecoute! Notre chambre aurait besoin d un vrai rafraîchissement : plinthe moisie et décollée près de la baignoire, interrupteur qui ne fonctionnait pas, rideau occultant arraché...Heureusement le volet roulant a permis d etre bien dans le noir! Le vrai souci c est le montant bloqué en debit sur ma carte: j ai payé en arrivant à l hotel vendredi soir dernier une partie en chèques vacances et une partie en CB, sauf que le debit de la réservation a été enregistré et il est bloqué pendant 6 jours ouvrés! Nous sommes une semaine apres, et je ne peux toujours pas utiliser les 84€ de mon compte...

The double studio was roomy and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was brand new and well equipped, the fridge freezer was useful for our food and ice packs. The big walk in shower was a big space. An Uber to the Cathedral in Reims was €12.

The family room for four people includes a double bed and a fold out bed but the space is large.

Worst hotel experience hands down. Booked the hotel 24-36 hrs prior. Did not realized that I had to call the hotel at least 24 hrs in advanced if I was going to be arriving after 9 pm. Arrived around midnight just to realized there were no receptionist available and numbers posted were no help. Called two different numbers with the hopes of getting a hold of the reception and nothing. There were no hotels available in the area since they were booked up. Had to sleep with my wife and two young children’s inside our car in a parking lot. Lack of communication from the hotel….not a single person available to answer the phone after 10pm, no email / message from the hotel when I made the reservation. I recommend avoiding this hotel if you plan on arriving after 9pm.

The male receptionist was so lovely and friendly. Very welcoming. The hotel room was nice clean and very affordable. We only stayed a night but it was perfect. It had a small kitchen area so we could make our own food. Cannot fault this place. Would defo book with them again.

It is conveniently located in the suburbs of Reims. Easy to park. Very close to a shopping mall. It has everything you need to do a little cooking. It was not spotless but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking had a weird activity by night

Really convenient location , not too far from the tunnel so good for a break. Easy access of the motorway, but not to close to he noisy. Good food options close by. Reims is also a lovely town to explore

This was a convenient over night stay as we explored the city of Reims on our way to Paris . The room was spacious and perfect for our family of three. It was great to have a fridge for the night and a kitchen. Communication was great. No problem with parking (we did not book in advance). Staff were really welcoming and we were given pastries for our onward journey - which was amazing as lots of places were closed on a Sunday morning. Shame there isn’t really a communal area with a bar, but we were aware in advance so took food and drink with us. Would definitely stay again.

Appart très convenable, literie confortable. Le bémol pour nous est la salle du petit déjeuner , il est difficile de circuler pour aller se servir lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde . L'accès au buffet est pénible, on frôle les personnes assises juste devant celui-ci ,la promiscuité est désagréable.

Perfect place to stay along the way. Very clean, good lay out of apartment. The sleeping couch was made upon arrival. Comfy beds, very firm mattresses. Great breakfast. Would stay here again.

This is an excellent budget accommodation with a small kitchen. There was no coffee machine and not even a tea bag. It was a great stop over for what we paid.
