We had a fantastic stay at the Resident Soho Hotel. Friendly and informative welcoming check in. Wine in the lobby between 6-7 pm. Room was clean, comfortable and had nice amenities such as a small fridge, Krups coffee machine, dishes, silverware, hot water maker, and water filter tap. Very quiet room which was a huge plus. Awesome location close to the Elizabeth Line and Central line at Tottenham station. Tons of places to eat and drink. Lots of activity on Dean Street and Oxford Street. Overall great stay. Will be back again.

The hotel's location is superb and the staff is good. The staff is generally very helpful. The rooms were on the small size but since we were out and about all day long it didn't really matter. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but there are many great optioned just around the corner.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was modern and clean with a small kitchen area we were not expecting. The rooms were very quiet despite being in a busy area of soho. Less than 15 mins from Waterloo and under 10 mins to Palace theatre/Leicester Square area.

The service was impeccable. Linda at the front desk was especially wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The little kitchenette was a great addition. The location is also great. Easy to get wherever we needed. Completely beyond the hotel’s control there was a humming noise outdoors at 3am in the morning and as I am a light sleeper it woke me. It did not affect my husband and daughter. We were very unexpectedly compensated. I would definitely stay here again as overall it was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with plush carpeting throughout. I loved the Kitchenette in the room that had a Nespresso Coffee ☕️ Maker, Teapot 🫖, Brita Filtered Water on Tap as part of the Sink, Plates and Utensils, and Mini Fridge. Though the property does Not any Breakfast Offering, it was easily to buy food at the market around the corner and have our Breakfast in the mornings. Bathroom was very nice and modern with excellent Toiletries. Only drawback was that the Hair Dryer was locked 🔒 down in the closet and could not be used anywhere else. Have not seen any other 4 Star Hotel so afraid of having their Hair Blowers stolen. Another Con was that the Standard Double Rooms are extremely small with only enough room to walk narrowly around the bed. Reminded me of that game where there's only one empty slot and you have to move things around to get where you're going. I did see pictures of larger more expensive rooms that seemed fine. Just be aware, Room 200 is extremely small. But the property has a great location, right in the middle of Soho with dozens of restaurants, bars, and shopping 🛍 at your door step. Front Desk staff was extremely helpful in providing recommendations of restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Especially Pablo, he was exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

First time in London and Resident Soho was the perfect place & location. We were welcomed immediately by a friendly & welcoming reception. They had our room ready and we were able to settle in after a long flight. A nice welcome card was in our room as well, sweet touch. Rooms were compact but very comfortable & efficient - truly we didn't miss the "extra space". It had great amenities bar sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee, built-in filtered water. Loved the location, easy to walk and explore Soho and surrounding neighborhoods. Even though we were in a lively & vibrant location with a lot of pubs & restaurants & people, there was no noise problem at all. Staff was super nice and friendly, always greeting us with smiles & offers to help. A couple of standouts: Diana (sp?) - who provided us with a list of restaurant recommendations Rama - who filled my friend up with delicious candy Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend & return. Great location, it's an easy walk to multiple tube lines and seemingly endless dining options. Close to shopping, museums, and easy access to the rest of central London. Not the largest of rooms, but the bed was comfortable and it was very convenient to have the mini kitchenette. The front desk staff were very helpful and had great recommendations for nearby dining options.

The Residenf was in a cool area - tons of locals milling around the pubs, very close to public transit, and even with the bustle outside, the hotel stayed very quiet. It’s smaller than I expected - no bar or restaurant, the only common area is the lobby with green velvet chairs in the pics. Room was very tight for family of four - not even adequate room for our luggage. I booked a room that said king bed with two twin pullout beds, but the pullout was just one double - pretty small for two full grown teens to share. Not sure I would stay here again, but it was nice and clean and staff was great.

The Resident-SoHo was perfect! Centrally located..the Tube was a 3 minute walk. There are so many restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk. The staff, especially the ones at the front desk deserve the highest praise!! Upon checking in I realized I had lost my passport, which in turn set me into a panic. The gentleman at the front desk calmly, helped me retrace my steps and contacted our driver. He also arranged for the driver to return and deliver my passport!! This gentleman went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure this trip did not end in disaster . At the end of it all he even gave us a bottle of wine! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!

The staff was exemplary. We got in a bit early from travel and stopped by to attempt to drop our luggage off, but they already had a room ready. We needed a restaurant recommendation and they hit the nail on the head for what we had described our interests being. Loved the location, super close to nightlife. This will be on my short list the next time I'm staying in London and looking through hotel options.

We stayed twice. In transit for a cruise and for a brief stay afterwards. We needed distilled water for a C-pap machine. Apparently, no small feat to find it but the staff got it! It was a life saver for our cruise. They gave us plenty of good local restaurant recommendations. On the way back, we got in late and gave a us a complimentary Prosecco and also remembered more distilled water, which we had forgot to ask about for our return .(We had run out). The room was very nice and convenient to the tube. Will stay again!

It was TOO FAST!! Quick 2 nights, definitely will be back. They checked me in very quick since I had a show to get to as soon as I arrived!! I left my luggage with them, when I came back they had put all in my room. Thank you!!

I had the best hotel service of my life at this hotel! The staff are absolutely amazing! Pablo the manager is one the best people in customer service I have ever met. I have travelled the world and never been treated how we were treated here at this hotel. He was fantastic and I hope to come back again and I would never stay anywhere else :) thanks for everything Pablo and your staff :) also location location location!!!

Superb hotel right in the heart of Soho. Walking to Oxford in mere minutes and the Tube and buses were close by. Restaurants all around as well. Will definitely return!

The location is excellent, being close to the Elizabeth Line so we had a direct tube back to LHR. They stored our bags after we checked out which meant we could make the most of our last day.

In the heart of SoHo. Very happening area with a busy pub on the corner. Only downside to our room was we could smell cigarettes and marijuana smoke from people smoking outside our hotel with the windows closed. Quite still given how bustling it was outside.

My wife and I stayed at The Resident Soho for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff helped me to arrange some balloons and champagne to be in our room upon our arrival, and it turned out great! Our room was always spotless after a day out and about in London and we felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend The Resident Soho to anyone looking for a bustling area, with loads to do, and convenience for transportation. If you’re flying into Heathrow, you can hop on the Elizabeth line and will put you within 4 mins (walking) of the hotel. We will definitely be returning on a future trip to London!

Perfect location for west end shows and for shopping. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, we were signposted a few places close by that served very nice food.

Very nice hotel with plush carpeting throughout. I loved the Kitchenette in the room that had a Nespresso Coffee ☕️ Maker, Teapot 🫖, Brita Filtered Water on Tap as part of the Sink, Plates and Utensils, and Mini Fridge. Though the property does Not any Breakfast Offering, it was easily to buy food at the market around the corner and have our Breakfast in the mornings. Bathroom was very nice and modern with excellent Toiletries. Only drawback was that the Hair Dryer was locked 🔒 down in the closet and could not be used anywhere else. Have not seen any other 4 Star Hotel so afraid of having their Hair Blowers stolen. Another Con was that the Standard Double Rooms are extremely small with only enough room to walk narrowly around the bed. Reminded me of that game where there's only one empty slot and you have to move things around to get where you're going. I did see pictures of larger more expensive rooms that seemed fine. Just be aware, Room 200 is extremely small. But the property has a great location, right in the middle of Soho with dozens of restaurants, bars, and shopping 🛍 at your door step. Front Desk staff was extremely helpful in providing recommendations of restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Especially Pablo, he was exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Resident Soho Hotel. Friendly and informative welcoming check in. Wine in the lobby between 6-7 pm. Room was clean, comfortable and had nice amenities such as a small fridge, Krups coffee machine, dishes, silverware, hot water maker, and water filter tap. Very quiet room which was a huge plus. Awesome location close to the Elizabeth Line and Central line at Tottenham station. Tons of places to eat and drink. Lots of activity on Dean Street and Oxford Street. Overall great stay. Will be back again.

The hotel's location is superb and the staff is good. The staff is generally very helpful. The rooms were on the small size but since we were out and about all day long it didn't really matter. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but there are many great optioned just around the corner.

We had a nice stay. The staff were helpful and our room was comfortable with a small kitchen with microwave and a fridge. We had to find restaurants or bars outside the hotel but not a problem in SoHo. Access to the Elizabeth Line was only a 3 minute walk. Most popular sites were less than 30 minutes away on foot. Great location!
