Beautiful small hotel. The service team is really great. The room was clean and beautiful, it was just a little bit too small. It was great to have an early checkin. The elevator is slow and you can spent some time to wait for it. I’m happy about my stay!

Deux chambres réservées au dernier moment pour cause d'annulation de vol. Une au 6e étage avec petite terrasse (surclassement) et l'autre au 2e. Toutes les deux très confortables et très bien décorées. Le petit déjeuner à 13€ était très bien garni. Tout le personnel était très aimable et aux petits soins. Nous avons même pu réserver la salle de projection privée pour un film en famille. Super souvenir.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Loved the free sweet snacks mid afternoon with coffee and tea. Gym was ok, it was part of a room partitioned off. We made do though. we were told they can make reservations for us at another gym down the road a bit if we wish. I would stay there again.

Excellent stay. Friendly check in. Excellent range of cakes / snacks and beverages available every afternoon. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Close access to 2 metro lines. Room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Good offering of restaurants close by. On site gym and downstairs movie theatre. Would definitely use again.

Room was very clean and freshly remodeled. Although facing the street, no noise in our 5th floor room due to thick windows. Nice view of a park. Best touch was the free refresh of water and juice in the minibar as well as free juice etc. and donuts downstairs in the comfortable lobby area.

The hotel was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having the free mini bar in our room. The hotel did offer a breakfast each morning and it looked good but we choose to find different bakeries/cafes in the mornings. They also offer snacks and beverages each day in the afternoon/evening. We liked being able to grab a quick snack or drink each day. The hotel was in a nice location too! We walked everywhere and didn’t walk more than 30minutes.

Este fue mi tercer y último hotel en Paris, el de mejor calificación y del que esperaba más, sin embargo, me encontré con un “upgrade” a una habitación en el fondo del primer piso detrás de una puerta que parecía de servicio, un cuarto que evidentemente no había sido limpiado correctamente ya que había manchas en la puerta del baño y en otras zonas del cuarto, mismas que fueron atendidas al día siguiente cuando lo reporte en recepción. No recibí mi tour gratis para dos personas que mencionaba la reservación como parte de los beneficios del status que tengo en la app. El hotel tiene buena ubicación y un lobby llamativo, desafortunadamente no ponen el mismo empeño en el cuidado de la habitación.

Brilliant hotel from start to finish. Close to the north and east station. Close to the city centre Close to the metro and bus Friendly staff Great breakfast Free snacks and drinks all day Free mini bar ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA ! We arrived early morning and were given access to our room. Which very often doesnt happen. Front desk staff were very professional and friendly. Lots of staff at breakfast time. Lovely rooms, spotlessly clean. 10 out of 10.

The room was super cute with the setup and everything was very clean and tidy. I’d recommend taking advantage of the breakfast, everything is delicious and a great variety of options. I appreciated the fact the main door was locked at all times, and needed a key card to enter. The hotel is in a great central location and easy to get to the main sites in Paris.

The hotel was clean and light and all the staff were friendly. We booked two single rooms and they were bright and spacious with full size double beds. The hotel is close to two Metro stops, which meant getting around the sights was easy. We particularly liked the free drinks and snacks in the foyer. We would definitely stay here again.

I am unclear if the AC was broken of if they don't use it until the "summer" but the room was quite hot and uncomfortable. The staff brought up a fan which made the stay doable, without the fan I would have checked out immediately. Beware of no Air Conditioning.

The staff was unaccommodating to the issues that arose before the booking and never made any concessions for their mis-communications. ie we were told the breakfast was included when we checked in and it was not. I assumed they were comping it since they didn't communicate with me via email prior to the stay about the price that was $500 more than currently on their site. This hotel is not worth more than $250/night and we paid $375/night. What a racquet!

Brilliant hotel from start to finish. Close to the north and east station. From arrival to departure it has been a pleasure to stay at Sebastopol ❤️. All the staff were so helpful in every situation. The offering of snacks and cool drinks in the afternoon was lovely, with comfortable seating and ambience. The breakfast was also a great option for weary travellers who just need energy to be exploring Paris. Would happily stay here again if I’ve got the opportunity to return to Paris.

I did really like the service of Chady (Sp?) and Ana. Very Friendly. I just did not like my room or the are the hotel is located. The "Bathtub/Shower" was hard to get In and out of with no pull bar for leverage. The room itself is comparable to most 3 star hotels I have stayed and the area around the Hotel is not very nice or convenient to any main attractions.

The Hotel 123 Sebastopol has a lot of good things going for it. The buffet breakfast is well worth the added cost. Nice variety every day. Bathroom was a good size. Fairly big walk in shower. Location is good, between 2 Metro stops and the street right next to Sebastopol (Rue St Denis) has tons of dining and shopping. A bit farther from the Rue Rivoli than I thought it would be but still not too far.
