Stayed 2 nights

We never received any information on how to get in our room. Left three text messages and never received anything back. We luckily found someone who worked there and they helped us find our rooms and codes for the doors. Also there is no mention that there are no elevators. We had three people over the age of 85. Would be nice for the website to mention that. The only bright spot was the lobby where we could hang out. Over priced and really poorly managed. I would say to everyone, stay away.

Several issues 1. They promised check in info 2 days prior. I contacted them several times and no reply. 3 hours before check in I finally got a text. Not useful as international travellers often don’t have text or internet like my companions. 2. No outlets available in room or bathroom. Only one behind bed so had to move bed to charge phone and for my CPAP. 3. When they say stairs they mean very steep and long flights. My friends stayed on the Ground floor and they could hardly get suitcases in the room it was so small. They had to back into the bathroom as it was too small to turn around. They too hard no available outlets. No bath soap or shampoo provided just hand soap dispenser at the sink. On the positive side, there was luggage storage and coffee maker in the room and a small frig.

I never received an email telling me our room number or codes to get in the hotel or our room. The stairs were terrible to lug up suitcases. Walks are paper thin and can hear everything. The traffic noise was loud. Could not get the TV to speak in English even though I was in settings and selected English. The TV kept shutting off on its own and sound off and on at whim. The bed was uncomfortable. The only light in the bathroom was connected to the loudest exhaust fan. Only one garbage can. The air conditioner blew down on the beds. No place to sit except the bed. View out the window was dismal. All in all just a terrible. Experience for the price.

Very impressed with the automated system which was a quite pleasant experience for us. Thumbs up for your helpful staff too who showed up at the right moment when we were trying to figure out the code to get in. The instructions sent by the email was clear and effective enough for us going through everything we need while staying in the hotel.
