This Hotel it’s very small, but it is so comfortable and the staff members are so sweet and so nice. The pool is clean. It’s very affordable. I recommend this place 10 out of 10. I loved it.

Albeit it’s a budget hotel, I expected a little more like more channels in the cable TV. Also, when I was about to leave at 3:30 AM, the lights in my floor was completely off, making it a little difficult to go down the stairs with my luaage and bags. I give the management the benefit of the doubt, though, as the bathroom, the bed, and the floor was clean, the shower was refreshing everytime I used it, and the AC distributed cold, fresh air when I needed it. They deserve a four out of five stars and only hits was lack of more TV channels and the outside lights being off when I needed them for check out.

We have been staying at this property for years. After the first owner passed away, things have changed. They upgraded the rooms, which is nice, but the beds are still hard as a rock and hurt your back. The rooms need to have a deep clean every so often…there are dead bugs and animals in the lights. The Wi-Fi barely works and constantly kicks you off. We ordered breakfast in the morning and the bacon came out raw. We asked them to recook it. The eggs and potatoes were good, but the sausage was weird. The bread was good. The cleaning staff is nice and the security guard helpful, but we had a issue with the owner over the payment. Expedia said it was $130 for our stay, but my husband paid more than that. When we asked the owner about it he got defensive and said his employee wouldn't do that. I asked for a receipt, but he didn’t have one. Then the employee who took the money came to us later that day to explain. He showed my husband a bill he had never seen and told us not to write a bad review. The pool was dirty when we arrived. I had to clean out the filter and skim it because of the bees in it. It’s not a family friendly place, it’s more appropriate for single older men. We will not stay there again. With the price rising, you can find an Airbnb in the area.

I loved my time at Casa Coco. The owner is wonderful and his staff is super helpful. Perfect location only a block from the beach, affordable and large rooms with AC, hot water, and the wifi is strong, which is difficult to find in the DR. Highly recommend.

The only thing was that the television and cable network in my room 2 was not functioning well. Even when I was told it was fixed, only few spanish channels were functioning becuse they did not subcribe to any important or English channel. So, it made staying the room boring at times. I hope they will improve on this. Apart from this, the hotel is a nice, clean and fine place. It is just 2-4 minutes walk to the beach. I will lodge there next time.

Not your regular expensive or popular good looking hotel . But if you want a low budget-quiet-cool hotel, this is it. Checked in after midnight . Staff made sure i settle before the infinite paper work which they brought to the room after I settled in (NOTE: I COMMUNICATED WITH THEM THROUGH WHATSAPP BEFORE ARRIVAL)
