Bed was old user not new clean sheets Stairs are crumbling rebar sticking out. Breakfast ok slice toast scramble egg. Noisy bars crummy area really garbage etc No furniture or chairs in room No coffee or fridge in room

Elevator nor working, dirty hotel, in a frug and protitute infested area. Music going on loud 24 hours a day. Cant sleep. No hot water at night. Terrible terribl terrible.24
