The Hotel is in the middle of Le Marais, however my room was really quiet. Check in/out was easy, staff very friendly. When the room was ready my backpack was already there. They are probably only classified as a two star hotel because there is no lift and the breakfast area is relatively small. If you don’t mind walking stairs it’s perfect

Disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Our room didn’t feel very clean, there were hairs in the bathroom as we arrived. Moreover, the room was boiling hot though the radiator was off. I asked reception what could be done aside from opening the window (which gave onto a patio where people smoked, so the cigarette smell would enter our bedroom directly several times in an evening/night). The receptionist said they turned the AC on for us (AC/temperature control is controlled by reception, so if you want to change anything you have to make the trek downstairs). The receptionist said they’d set the AC on the lowest temperature but it didn’t do anything and we still had to sleep with the window open that night. The only positive thing about this place is its location. Very central, lots of shops and food places around. Aside from that and the price, I wouldn’t recommend. I would pay more money for a cleaner and more accommodating place next time.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been at. It’s old and tired. No elevator. Rooms so tiny you have to reverse to get inside. I feel rioped off paying €170 for one night. I pray to all the old and new Gods that this isn’t the “€170 standard” in Paris. Positive: Nice location and the staff were nice to deal with.

Loved our stay here. Soooo convenient and in the heart of an by incredibly charming neighborhood. Less than a block from the Hotel de Ville Metro station. Free espresso and tea drinks 24 hours a day. Large room with separate bedroom for 2nd bed, felt like a small apartment. Staff even gave me masking tape to fix my sandal that fell apart, which lasted the entire day! Would definitely stay again and recommend D’win to others! Only note of caution: there is no elevator that I know of, so I don’t recommend it if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

24 hours without internet was annoying and unacceptable. Could not check in for flight or access weather info. Steps were fun. Staff great! Coffee fabulous. Room good. Hot water; strong pressure. Breakfast good.

Basic place, really well located. Most staff spoke english well enough to help us manage a few details during our stay and all were willing and helpful to make it happen. One desk agent helped me get the AC adjusted down from 25 to 21 degrees, another gave directions to a currency exchange, and another helped me print my cruise boarding pass and luggage tags (would have been a huge hassle for me if he was unable to make it happen, but he did it easily). I know these aren’t huge asks typically but its a small euro hotel with not a lot of staff so finding help when no one else was there to supervise was a relief for an American family stumbling thru using spotty cell service google translate on tmobile in paris for everything.

Location is fabulous, just a few steps from Hotel de Ville metro. No elevator so you have to carry your bags and go up after an exhausting day. Shower is really small and old. However, the rooms do have air conditioning which was a dealbreaker for me. I would recommend the hotel if you don't mind the stairs and small shower.

There are no elevators. Had to carry several heavy bags up 55 uneven stairs that were covered with painters' cloth. Breakfast supplies were not kept stocked—very cramped eating area. The hotel room was clean and centrally located.

Great location - closer to Metro. No elevator so had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. Staff were very friendly. Beds comfy and bathroom large, but shower cubical was small. I kept touching the shower curtain :(. Overall great 2 night stay.

I am 160 cm tall and weight 55 kg but the bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways on the toilet. The shower stall was so tiny that I kept hitting my elbow on the water control turning it off or moving it to the wrong temperature. The shower curtain smelled like old urine and mold, and didn’t even reach to the floor. The carpeting was in the worst condition that I’ve ever seen in any hotel. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and thank goodness they had air conditioning. It was walkable to Notre Dame Cathedral. I would not stay here again though especially given the high price.

Excellent location, friendly staff, but rooms in need of some upkeep. 2 of the 3 lights in the room were not working, the third partially operable. Refrigerator didn’t work. Carpet deeply stained, saggy mattress, kettle and coffee in room but no spoons or stirrer. Reported issues on Friday, and checked out Monday and although staff was trying their best, it was checkout on Monday and nothing was fixed.

The carpet in the room was old and warn and I did not like to walk on it without shoes on. The room was also significantly smaller and of poor quality with missing light bulb from bedside light. Not great.

Our 1st night we noticed an awful sewer smell inside of our room & hardly slept at all, it was miserable. We notified the front desk immediately and the only time that someone inspected the room was when my 14 year old daughter was there by herself doing homework. Obviously she has been taught not to let anyone but us into the room. Although I asked several times, nobody came to fix the issue and it was never resolved. The smell in the room was awful and we could not sleep. I mentioned this to the manager and was offered a free breakfast or 10% a future stay. I found that to be inadequate and offensive and went to a different hotel.

Overall the room was ok. Carpet needs to be replaced bad. Smallest shower I’ve ever used. When asked if I could get an extra pillow and another towel they were hesitant. Was told they would see. After some checking on the computer they decided they had an extra towel. Room was musty and shower had mold. Location was the best part of hotel.

Got a very small room in the attic, anyone larger than average would have been struggling to fit in there, especially in the bathroom. Clean and tidy but not super fresh. Ok if you just need somewhere to sleep and the location was very good. If your're planning to spend any amount of time in the hotel I would recommend something else though.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at D'Win. We didn't eat breakfast there, so I can't comment on that. The rooms were small, but perfect for our needs. The location was perfect. Notre Dame and the Louvre, for example, were within walking distance. I would've given D'Win a 5, but they didn't reply to any of my messages leading up to my trip. Customer service was great at the hotel, but I was really disappointed that no one responded to my communication via Expedia and also the hotel's own pre-check-in form. Would I stay here again? 100%

The hotel is in a great central location, 3 minutes from the nearest metro which is perfect as a base for exploring the city. We had a triple room which was basic but spacious and totally adecuate for a short trip. Beds were comfy. Our room faced the street so there was some street noise in the evening (saturday night) but overall quite peaceful given its in the middle of a buzzing area.

The location is wonderful and the room we stayed in (112) was in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The tiny shower was not comfortable, but a reasonable compromise for a low cost room. The service was excellent and I'd definitely stay there again.

Le réceptionniste m’a donné une chambre qui ne m’était pas destiné , à 1h du matin, j’entends quelqu’un qui veut rentrer dans ma chambre , j’ai crié très fort, 5 mn après le réceptionniste est monté pour me dire que je devais changer de chambre À 1H DU MATIN !!! Great location next to the Centre de Pompidou and a 10 min walk to the Notre Dame. There’s a metro station just a stones throw away if you need it too. Friendly staff and they were very accommodating storing our baggage when we needed it. Would definitely recommend

Very close to the metro system which was a big bonus for me. Lots of dining and shopping nearby, very good area. Front desk let me check in early after arriving on a morning flight which was wonderful. Rooms were in good shape, all we needed was a place to stay at night and this one was perfect for us.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at D'Win. We didn't eat breakfast there, so I can't comment on that. The rooms were small, but perfect for our needs. The location was perfect. Notre Dame and the Louvre, for example, were within walking distance. I would've given D'Win a 5, but they didn't reply to any of my messages leading up to my trip. Customer service was great at the hotel, but I was really disappointed that no one responded to my communication via Expedia and also the hotel's own pre-check-in form. Would I stay here again? 100%

Our 1st night we noticed an awful sewer smell inside of our room & hardly slept at all, it was miserable. We notified the front desk immediately and the only time that someone inspected the room was when my 14 year old daughter was there by herself doing homework. Obviously she has been taught not to let anyone but us into the room. Although I asked several times, nobody came to fix the issue and it was never resolved. The smell in the room was awful and we could not sleep. I mentioned this to the manager and was offered a free breakfast or 10% a future stay. I found that to be inadequate and offensive and went to a different hotel.

Basic place, really well located. Most staff spoke english well enough to help us manage a few details during our stay and all were willing and helpful to make it happen. One desk agent helped me get the AC adjusted down from 25 to 21 degrees, another gave directions to a currency exchange, and another helped me print my cruise boarding pass and luggage tags (would have been a huge hassle for me if he was unable to make it happen, but he did it easily). I know these aren’t huge asks typically but its a small euro hotel with not a lot of staff so finding help when no one else was there to supervise was a relief for an American family stumbling thru using spotty cell service google translate on tmobile in paris for everything.

The hotel D'Win by far has the best location which was a highlight for us. It is so convenient to restaurants and shopping and that allowed us to have more time to explore the area. The staff was so kind and helpful. They have a breakfast area for quick coffee, tea, pastry, etc. We will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

Loved our stay here. Soooo convenient and in the heart of an by incredibly charming neighborhood. Less than a block from the Hotel de Ville Metro station. Free espresso and tea drinks 24 hours a day. Large room with separate bedroom for 2nd bed, felt like a small apartment. Staff even gave me masking tape to fix my sandal that fell apart, which lasted the entire day! Would definitely stay again and recommend D’win to others! Only note of caution: there is no elevator that I know of, so I don’t recommend it if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Great location right next to the metro and lots of restaurants within walking distance. It has air-conditioning, which was wonderful during our summer stay. We would gladly stay there again, but be aware that the bathroom is ceiling is very low and hard for taller guests and if you get rooms on higher floors there are many steps to climb!

I thought the hotel was decent for the price. I knew going into it I wasn’t booking for ambiance, I was booking for location. I was in the center of everything so it was perfect. We used the hotel room for sleeping only, and there was air conditioning and it was quiet.

The hotel is in a great central location, 3 minutes from the nearest metro which is perfect as a base for exploring the city. We had a triple room which was basic but spacious and totally adecuate for a short trip. Beds were comfy. Our room faced the street so there was some street noise in the evening (saturday night) but overall quite peaceful given its in the middle of a buzzing area.

Hotellet ligger bra till. Nära Les Halles och tåget RER-B som ansluter till flygplatsen CDG. Nära Notre Dame och mycket annat i Paris. Livligt men inte stökigt i detta "regnbågs-distrikt". Rummet var helt OK, men det var lågt tak. Hårda men sköna sängar. AC på rummet fungerade. Dusch utan större defekter, förutom att det blir blött på golvet. Frukost (kostar 11 euro extra per person) är inte prisvärd. Juice, mjölk, kaffe/te, bröd och pålägg utan någon större kvalitet och kärlek. Trapporna är spännande. Alla trappsteg är sneda så man måste gå försiktigt. Det finns nog inte någon hiss. Vi bodde på tredje våningen.

Friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location. There is no lift so carrying suitcases up and down the stairs can be a challenge, but it isn't too bad as you only have to carry them twice. The room had everything you could need, and breakfast was lovely

Everything was great. The reception was very helpful and the breakfast had good selection and was fresh. Just a min or 2 walk from the Hotel de Ville metro to take you where ever you needed to go. Will definitely recommend.

Alojamiento muy bien comunicado, con parada de metro al lado y muy cerca del ayuntamiento, notredame etc. Habitaciones de buen tamaño , ducha algo pequeña. se agradece la maquina de cafe gratuita y patio en zona de recepcion.

Området var rigtig godt og livligt, meget centralt, og tæt på metro. Vi gik dog til de fleste seværdigheder. Hotellet afviger meget fra billederne, og værelset virkede slidt, dog meget stort (familieværelse). Der er mange trapper, 78 trin vil vores værelse. Morgenmaden købte vi kun den første morgen, den er lidt kedelig og dyr.
