We had a great time here. Super clean rooms. Only not getting a five based on jacuzzi not working second day and the size(fits about 5 people max). Would definitely recommend for cleanliness and close proximity to village

A good place to stay since it is close to the gondola. Also, you can walk to restaurants. The property has an outdoor jacuzzi. Parking was fine. The room was fairly big, had 2 queen bed, refrigerator, micro, coffee-maker, TV. The electrical plugs on the wall didn't work very well, the button kept turning off, had to hold it for brewing coffee or take the pot to an other outlet.The shower curtain could use a cleaning.

Very queiet,clean and affordable as resort properties go. Easy walk to village, access to shuttles to ski area, friendly staff. Older but well maintained units. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were large, clean, quiet, beds were comfortable, with a nice kitchen area. I would have given them a full “10” rating, except we had a problem with the television. A previous guest had changed everything on the system to “Amazon”, and we could not get to the regular TV channels. The employees and maintenance people tried, but it was too complicated. They were going to have to wait for an ET person to fix it. Sure wish other guests would put things BACK to “regular TV” before they leave! But we would have no problem staying there the next time we come through. My husband LOVED the SPA! Since it was off season, he had the whole spa to himself!

The room needs a detailed clean. LOTS of dust everywhere including above the fan and in the bathroom where you hang the towels on the rack. There is a strip there covered in dust that touches my towel. Also I am not sure why but Housekeeping never entered my room once to make the beds, empty the trashcans and swap the towels out. When I approached Housekeeping very politely to ask for more towels NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH. I don't speak Spanish. SO never got more towels. Also the entrance to the hotel off the main road is very poorly lit up. Makes it very hard to see the sign for the hotel. The hotel sign also needs to be BIGGER for that entrance. The room was absolutely gross. The room smelled like smoke covered by chemicals. The carpet was so incredibly dirty. Probably has not been updated since the place was built. The bathroom was also gross. Basically everything was dirty and dingy. The heater in the room was definitely original. Kept the room warm but was so old it was most likely dangerous. Just stay somewhere else! You’ll be so sorry if you stay at this place.

Check staff were helpful making recommendations for us. Location was great walking distance to the gondola and restaurants. Room was cold. There was a heater only in the bedroom. Room was not cleaned up from previous people (slipper I the closet, trash under spaces). Bed had waves in it horribly uncomfortable.

This place is very rundown. The window blinds were broken, the bathroom had mold spots, the tiny hot tub was just plain gross. I found a used q-tip on the floor and a blood spot on my comforter, which I traded out at the office. Mattresses were old and squishy, and walls were so thin we could hear all our neighbor's convos. If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash for a night, it's fine. But I wouldn't spend any longer than that here.

Bathroom shower curtains were terribly stinky since it hadn’t been washed for a while. I had to request change of it. Body wash bottle was empty on day 1 so had to request a refill. Housekeeping basic minimum such as change of towel or emptying of trash was requested in the morning and receptionist was complaining even though I did not request a full housekeeping. There is no place to wait for my taxi inside after check out time which is 11am. Receptionist told me she had to lock the office at 11:30 am as she had to leave and so I had to drag my luggage to a coffee shop which is not even nearby. Lack of general convenience or coffee shops around within immediate walking distance

Hosts were very friendly and informative, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Had all the amenities I needed. Well equipped kitchenette. Quiet and safe, walking distance to restaurants. Stayed prior to a week long backpacking trip, will stay again!

Very nice place for the budget conscious traveler. I stayed two nights during the week and got it for a great price. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and spacious. I stayed in the simplest room, but it had a little table and two chairs; great to eat your takeouts. There’s a desk/dresser with plenty of space for your stuff, and even a recliner. I really appreciated the little “kitchen” corner with a sink (dishwashing soap and paper towel provided), a microwave and a mini fridge w/a separate freezer. There is also a coffee maker, plenty of coffee packages, hot cocoa power, and tea bags. Overall, I really enjoyed my short stay.

The unit, 305, had an awful smell, poorly masked by cleaning chemicals. The door had a major draft, letting cold air in. The hot water never really got hot. The bathroom sink leaked to the floor. The heater in the room had the temperature setting dial broken, unable to adjust the temperature. Overall, just a terrible experience. Only saving grace is the location. The place was dirty. Found clumps of hair on the carpet, probably not vacuumed in between guests.

The location is great and so is the value for a place to stay in Mammoth Lakes. The room was clean and overall wonderful. My only dislike was the comfort of the bed. It was stiff and hard to sleep on if you are a side sleeper. Other than that it was a wonder stay.

The room was very cozy w/ plenty of space for two. It was a studio style min-cabin/room w/ a queen bed (per the listing). There was a sofa bed and extra blankets for another person. There was a small microwave, a large mini-fridge w/ a separate freezer door and a 4 cup coffee maker w/ condiments. There mugs and glasses (2 each), a 27” wall mounted TV and the WiFi worked great. I would stay here again. The common jacuzzi was great after a day on the slopes.

We liked the regular sized refrigerator that has a big enough freezer to keep our food cold. The room is big, but the floor is sloped. The kitchenette is helpful even without a stove. The shower head is high and the shower is small, so we can't avoid getting our hair wet. In fact, the water get on my face. Heater wasn't working, so it was little chilly at night. We could have call the office. We will stay there again because the price is reasonable.

Close to town and ski areas. A little unsafe turning left into property coming from town as there is no separate lane to make that left turn and the property is a little hard to spot initially. Clean rooms but the walls are a little hollow, can easily here conversations from people fronm the next room.

This property was a good place to stay for us on our fishing trip to Mammoth. It could have used some air conditioning on the warm nights, but the fan at the open window helps. The staff was friendly, but not present very much. When we checked in the girl simply pointed us to the wall with the envelopes and her names on them with no greeting.

The woman at front desk refused to let me store my luggage and it was 4 hours before check in and freezing weather and I had no car or anywhere to store my luggage until checkin and she did not care. I literally went to a different hotel and told them story and they allowed me to store my ski bag despite not staying there. Do NOT stay here if you want to ski or arrive before check in and need to store luggage. I have been traveling for over 50 years and never experienced that issue.
