Easter Kincaple Farmhouse

This property is perfect for a group vacation. Close enough to downtown St Andrews yet far enough for a quiet peaceful vacation. If you are looking for a stress free experience I would highly recommend this property.

Rented for a family 70th, accommodated 14 of us perfectly, with easy access to the beach and golf course to keep all ages happy!

We were a group of 7 adults, three couples and a single. We had more than enough bedrooms and baths to accommodate our group, and plenty of common spaces for visiting. The farmhouse was large, well equipped and comfortable. It is an easy drive to the center of St. Andrews, a lovely town offering a little something for everyone. We highly recommend this property.

Our group of 4 couples loved the house. Very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Only a 5 minute drive to St. Andrews. Will definitely look at staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at Easter Kincaple! So roomy, so comfortable, and so well appointed. Could not recommend this property more for a large group. Beautiful accommodation and such a great location. Felt like we were living on a farm and only 2 miles to town which our ladies walked numerous times via the Fife pathway. Highly recommend!!! Thank you! Explain where the silverware is hidden:)
