Rooms basic, shower and sink in room, no bedside tables? And plugs away from the bed side, breakfast continental only, coffee and tea available free all day, convenient to town and public transport. Restaurants and bars close by. No charge to leave bags prior to booking but a charge to leave them on the last day!! Lift was not working properly when we were there. They have a WhatsApp chat but nobody replies

Nice place to stay. Had to wait at checkin as they had a glitch in new system. Also, very noisy outside our window from a local nightclub. You also had to pay for parking in a local lot.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The lift from the ground floor didn't work and had to be used from the first floor, requiring the use of a flight of stairs. The hotel was next to a popular bar 'Filthy McNastie's' and the loud beat of music permeated the even-number side of the hotel despite two sets of double glazing on the windows. This music started at lunchtime and ran on until at least 1.30am.

This is a budget hotel, and if you're not expecting 5* hotel for 2* prices then you'll be happy! No, it's not the Ritz, but it was clean and comfortable and perfect to shower and sleep in for our 3 night stay. Bedding and towels were clean, and room serviced every day. Beds were comfy and showers functional! I went with my Mum, but we had no major issues with the shower being in the actual room, just avert your eyes 😅 the rooms are basic, bed, loo, sink, shower and TV, but was all we needed. Let's face it, your in the room to wash and sleep! I liked the fact you could only access the room floors with a scan of your room key (either to get the lift, or to get in via the stairs) it made a very central location feel safe. The hotel was in a perfect position, very central and we enjoyed not having to stagger far home from the pub! Free tea & coffee in reception 24/7 and always someone there if you need any help. Staff were friendly and helpful. 👍

Property was in a convenient area with lots of restaurants in close proximity. Hotel itself is decent/sufficient but not top quality. Bathroom door is a 1/4” thick melamine panel. The shower is right next to the bed (shower and sink in the main room). While the door is mostly frosted, the mirror at the end of the bed gives everyone in the room a straight view into the shower; may or may not be an issue depending on if/who you’re sharing a room with. The lobby and breakfast area were nice and the staff were friendly. Apparently the NCP app for parking doesn’t work as its supposed to so you get your ticket in the lot like normal and then swap it with the hotel staff for a discounted one.

Conveniently pretty central, pubs and food nearby, it’s a lively establishment and is in the cheaper bracket of hotel. You can get Pizza and booze tilllate, there’s a pool table, they even had bouncers.Rooms are efficient. It’s a bed and a shower, akin to an Ibis Budget. Oh and there is loads of parking on the Ringo App.

Great location, the room was basic, small but that wouldn't be a problem. It hadn't been cleaned well, there were tufts of other people's hair and they wouldn't come in and rearrange the room between one day.

Bed is comfy enough but the hotel and room just don’t feel that you can relax at all. Can’t understand the concept of having a separate toilet and shower cubicle. The window is drafty and you can hear clearly the noises from outside.

There is a night club right next to the hotel. Seems fun, but it’s quite loud. The window is double paned to block out the noise, but that didn’t help entirely.

Pretty basic. Rooms dont have anywhere to store your clothes and are very small. The shower is part of the main room as is the sink. The shower was dirty, my daughter (top bunk) had stains and boodily fluids on thr wall. The car park opposite is reasonable buy the parked vehicles outside it had all been broken into. The staff were rude and abrupt when we visited the bar for soft drinks (£2.20) for a can of fanta! Its surrounded by bars and there was a strong smell of weed. We had 2 rooms and were relieved we were only staying 1 night.

The property was very basic, hanging space but not a wardrobe. No refreshments in room (no kettle). Staff were very helpful. New carpets were being fitted. Just a room for sleeping. The bar was a little expensive compared to some of the surrounding bars.

It was good as it was near the Ulster Hall and Nando’s. I did think the room was a bit small and there isn’t a proper bathroom as the shower is just in the bedroom and the toilet was in a cubicle with a thin door with no lock on the door. The breakfast was really good as you can pick what you want.

The room was clean but extremely basic. Sink and shower is in the same room so no privacy. No coffee maker, kettle. Very basic and might be ok for a cheap overnight but we will not stay here again

We requested a quiet room away from the noisy nightclubs as I noticed some reviews saying it was loud. They listened and placed us at the back of the hotel so there was no noise at all! The room was small basic but clean and comfy enough. It was in an excellent location, you can walk practically everywhere in Belfast, it’s great! We walked to the Titanic Museum, the Crumlins prison and the SSE arena. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around. The Points bar right opposite had live Irish music and it was brilliant! The breakfast had a good selection for continental.. fruit, ham, cheese, pastries, yogurt, cereals, muffins, bread etc and also a coffee machine and fresh juice. I’d definitely stay here again.

I'd just like to thank the young lady on the front desk who very kindly went out of her way to arrange an early check-in for me. This helped me immeasurably - I was able to attend a wedding that afternoon without having to worry about nipping back to the hotel between the ceremony and the reception. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived but it was repaired the day we mentioned it. The shower had a broken shower head holder which I fixed myself with sellotape. We had an accessible room which was good but the underneath of the shower chair was pretty filthy. Didnt notice it til the day we left so no complaint was made. The staff were lovely and sorted out everything we asked for more or less straight away. Its a budget hotel and on the whole we were happy. We would stay there again.

I had travelled to get to Belfast for several hours and arrived at the hotel for 12pm. The room was ready but was told if I wanted the key it would be an extra £10 charge. As a guest who has visited that hotel on numerous occasions I found that terrible. No extra work was involved the room was ready so out of principle I waited until 3pm. The shower in the room was not great the top holder was broke so could only use the shower by holding it in my hand. Did I ask for £10 because of this poor facility ….. No but I am expected to pay £10 to get a key to my room when it is already ready.

No complaints. I'd read that part of the hotel is next to a very noisy night-club, so I contacted them a few days in advance and asked for a room away from it. That request was noted and i had no issues with noise from outside. I did, though, have to endure a fighting couple in the next room whose squabble seemed to be turning physical at one point. When I called the duty manager, she reacted very quickly and knocked on the room door - which settled the problem straight away! Given that my first night was a Saturday and when I arrived the hotel had several stag and hen groups getting ready to go out, it was astonishing that I wasn't woken up by them coming back. But no, either it was quiet all night or I slept better than I normally do. I don't know if this was luck or if the hotel has very dedicated door staff on all night... The room was very clean, the shower worked fine - and the hand soap and shower-gel were much appreciated. Finally, the desk staff were friendly and efficient. I'd come back!

Hotel central to everything. Located in botanic quarter. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Didnt spend time in the room, used to shower and sleep. Nice welcoming sfaff on reception. Let us store our bags until room was ready at 15.00. Didnt have breakfasts onsite too much variety in the city.

Stayed here for four days. Room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did not eat in the hotel but there are plenty of takeaways, restaurants and pubs nearby. Filthy McNasty's pub is right next door to the hotel and The Points pub (which has great live music) is across the road. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Great Victoria Street Station and the Europa Bus Centre

Staff are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well organised with the town centre nearby. There's a noisy pub next door and a broken manhole cover directly outside that makes an awful noise on the very busy street that detracts from the overall rating.

Hotel is located in an excellent location. We were able to walk to most sights. Our room was small but sufficient to our needs. Noise from the Saturday night crowd was very minimal. Room was pricy but that’s the UK. Breakfast was good.

Very basic hotel, more like a hostel. Rooms very cramped, barely walking space around the bed, shower and basin in room, toilet separate. Common areas carpets stained, quite expensive for a basic basic service. Breakfast a very minimal continental breakfast for €8.

A very much so budget hotel. Definitely on the over priced side for what you get. Very little options at breakfast, plus awful music in the background. They seemed to be price gouging aswell considering they hiked up the price of a room on the day of a concert, even though it was only a Wednesday. Otherwise staff are super friendly, the place is clean and location is good.

Only reason why i marked this done is because they woke me up at 8am in the morning vacuuming outside my room.Did report this to reception,but was told the carpet needed cleaning.Overall ot was value for money.If you have come to Belfast to chill and maybe sleep in then probably not ideal for you
