We love this place. Love the the breakfast!! Elevator needs cleaning/fixing. But other than that, such a blessing!

Wonderful stay! Check-in was friendly and professional. We were thrilled to discover they have a ChargePoint spot. The seasonal decor was pleasing and all the common areas are in excellent shape. The shower is large. The bed was firm. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had: egg white frittata, bacon, French toast sticks, waffles, fruit, muffins, etc. Plenty of staff are in-hand to refresh supplies and keep the dining area clean. A very well-managed property.

Disappointed because the pools was closed and my grandson was looking forward to swimming 😕

Super clean hotel in a convenient location. Safe onsite (free!) parking, walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The parking was very easy. The pool was fantastic! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was helpful all the way around from beginning to end!

This property has an amazing view and it's right next to the river and boardwalk. There are several great restaurant options within walking distance and the hotel is within a mile to my job site so it is and will continue to be my favorite choice when in town. They have an amazing breakfast. I love the gym, pool, and hot tub! And the staff has always been helpful, friendly, professional. I truly cannot give this place a high enough rating. If there's a better place to stay in Owensboro, I challenge you to prove it to me! 😁

One night stay on an Saturday, Elevator malfunction, and ice machine closed down other than that very good experience

Only had one elevator working and it was very busy.. I stay in many hotels for work and family time, this hotel didn’t have any usb ports in any of the lamp or plugs.. a simple fix would be update the alarm clock to have some.. also the computer chair leather was pretty worn out too. This hotel is supposed to be one of the nicest in Owensboro think it’s time for some updates

I got 2 bed bug bites, and Sharon the manager said I got it somewhere else, terrible The hot tub was not working that morning prior to leaving

We were very disappointed in our stay and had several issues. The elevators were dirty and very slow. I killed several ants on the bathroom floor (we never had food in our room). The worst part about our stay was the fact that we could hear the people in the room next door (through the special adjoining door). They were being extremely loud and we could here every single word. It kept my young children up at night for nearly two hours. I don’t think there was sufficient padding between the adjoining doors. This issue needs to be fixed!

Nothing special about this property other than it’s in a great location on the river. Our room smelled like old stale cigarettes despite a sign indicating the floor was “smoke free.” Bed was fairly comfortable. Easy check in and ample parking.

Gorgeously decorated for the holidays! Cleaner than any hotel ive stayed in in years.

Hotel and staff were great. Very friendly staff! Great breakfast! Only complaint is the pillows. If you like sleeping on a brick you'll feel right at home. We'll definitely bring our own pillows if we stay here again.

WiFi was unusable. I am a business traveller so after one stay where I cannot work I don’t come back. They should know better.

There was a band playing directly under my window.

My room 314 needs a new bed... I always stay in Hampton Inns as they are clean safe and comfortable I was glad I had a two queen bed room as I had to get up and move to the other bed as the first one had a dip in the middle... :(

There is no Hilton Diamond benefits offered here as far as the room upgrade, nor was any Diamond benefits offered or explained during check in. Also, the walls were thin, as we could here the man in the room next to us snoring ALL NIGHT LONG. Literally all night long. Great location however, and the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

excellent location next to Bluegrass HOF and along riverwalk. loved the large room, extra chair, and great view of river. didn't like noisy buzzing refrigerator or the noise we could hear from neighbors and in hallways.

The property & room were both clean & very modern, nice overall property. The WIFI on the 7th floor is not good at all, in fact it didn't work to a level that you could work on your laptop at all.

Room was super spacious. Huge tub. Very nice and clean. View was wonderful!

Other than the front desk staff not being super friendly, the stay was great and super convenient to the park and dinner options.

Front desk was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The check in was poor. Staff friendly until they found out we had a pet and they were totally the opposite. I paid the $75 pet fee. Upon entering the room the tv and refrigerator were unplugged. Very difficult to get behind the furniture to plug them in. Were provided with 3 sets of towels for 4 people

They took care of everything we needed. Our fridge was not working in our room and they can right away to replace the unit. Most places would not have done anything to fix the problem. Great service

Two complaints One - I called three times because the toilet in my room had backed up. Front desk actually apologized that no one came the first time and she says she entered a ticket and promised someone would be there 8am. No one ever came. I had to use the lobby bathroom and my room was on 7th Floor. Two - the Lure restaurant. I had a great evening with my friends. I return the next day solo to get a meal. I was seated and brought water and then never saw anyone again. There were a group of staff at the podium for a moment, I'm ready to order, no one comes over. A moment later there is no one to be found. After 15 minutes, checked by the time on my phone, I got up to leave. I swear I really wanted to spill my glass of water on the table and the floor, very much like a dog peeing the carpet to show my displeasure but good graces got the best of me. I walked next door to the holiday inn which had a burger joint inside. There i was served like a king and left the waitress a $20 tip on a $15 burger because I was genuinely impressed by her attitude and attentiveness especially in light of the rude behavior I was subjected to at the Lure. Hopefully this was a one time thing. As I said I had previous good experience at the Lure, but Thursday, June 6th circa 2pm I received unforgivably rude treatment.

The riverfront location is beautiful, but I mostly want to mention how wonderful Precious, the front desk clerk was. She was so kind and friendly, which was so welcome after a very long drive. Appreciate her and her helpfulness!

This is our second stay in the Hampton Inn in Owensboro. Again it was very clean, the parking was easy in and out and the staff, especially Precious, made us feel welcome.

Front desk staff was excellent! Precious went above and beyond to help!

Although very busy for the weekend with numerous guests, the staff continued to work as hard as they did to make sure we have everything we needed, including a slightly later check out. Outstanding service, and great amenities and awesome comfortable accommodations.

I had the best experience and it was all because of a receptionist named Precious! She was amazing!!! She went beyond the call of duty!!!

Property on the river and located between Bluegrass Museum & Convention Center

Great location on the river next to all downtown Owensboro has to offer. Good pool and workout facilities. Really good breakfast options, and just a few blocks from Smother’s park. We had a blast and always stay here when we’re in town.

One of Hiltons's nicest Hampton Inns I've ever stayed at. Very nice property with a riverside walkway and right next to the Bluegrass HOF. The breakfast was good and well staffed. Room was clean and comfy. An overall lovely Hampton Inn.

The Ohio River and waterwalk view from my room was spectacular. The on-site Lure restaurant is top notch!

The bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant was convenient, but pricey.

Absolutely beautiful property with well maintained safety standards during snow and ice. Gorgeous view of the river. Good breakfast, beautiful lobby, and very good restaurant.
