Excessively hot room with no a/c. Spoke to the front desk twice and the manager who told me they would relocate me to a less stiflinglyhit room but it never happened. I gave up asking. The hotel also has very strict policies about having guests visiting and threaten to add an additional 50% to your room charge if the guest goes to your room. With all this I most definitely would not stay there again. And would encourage travellers to read all the other reviews, there is a long history of poor customer service.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room during our stay. The phone in the room doesn’t have a directory to front desk. The staff checks you without telling you where to go, and no wifi information provided.

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay there after all because we arrived too late due to the flight being late. Check-in hours are limited and no after hours check-in seemed available.
