I am giving 5 stars because the property staff were very kind and helpful there was a Lady at the front desk her name was Laura she helped me a lot God bless her !! And about the hotel NO AC I had to open the windows and use the fan even though I felt like a melted cheese ahaha but is a quiet place after 7:pm which is good and easy to take walks BTW you can take a walk to El Zocalo and enjoy the food and some shopping in there. Is just about 10 minutes walking from Hotel Templo Mayor.

The hotel is nothing like the rooftop picture , The hotel itself is in the middle of a one way street where there are hundreds of vendors on the streets. Cars motorcycles , pedestrians all on the street just trying to walk by. Hundreds of people crammed together just trying to scoot by. The hotel is so hidden I couldn’t find it for almost 15 minutes after being dropped off. It’s so small & no Ac anywhere.

Läget var väldigt bra, fint hotel och rum med tanke på de billiga priset. Härlig tak terass med fin utsikt och flera sittplatser. Rummet var bra planerat och fräscht, stämde bra överens med bilderna, badrummet och duschen var bra, dock konstigt badrum och man fick ej kasta toa papper i toaletten. Wifi funkade jätte bra. ACn var bara fläktar som lätt jätte högt. Samt sängarna stenhårda. Men vill du ha ett billigt hotel nära stan, perfekt

Well maintained 3-star in centro historico. No parking, very busy shopping street. No heat, it was cold in December rven with an extra blanket. Excellent staff and security.

Falta de aire está muy calientes las habitaciones y no tiene estacionamiento muy inseguro para salir lo principal falta aire acondicionado

Stayed here for a 15 hour layover from San Francisco to Madrid. Hotel is centrally located in the Zocolo so we were able to walk to many of the historical sights. The terrace was a great place to rewind and enjoy a beer.

We like that our room had 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed and 2 full bathrooms, building has elevator a nice view from the terrace. The only thing is that we felt a little bit hot in the room, it has a plug in fan but make noise so we opened the windows and my family got insects bites we didn’t see any mosquitoes so we don’t know what kind of bugs were inside of the room. Other than that we liked the place, is very close to the Zocalo & Catedral only 3 blocks, restaurants, shops are close too.

Property is clean and is walking distance to everything. I had no issues with my stay.

The hotel is simply not clean. We had to change rooms because of the stains on the bed.

It was clean. I particularly don't like the "maestro limpio or fabuloso" cleaner smell but it was clean.

This hotel is close to all the major sites in the historical centre, a bus line to the airport and many other transport options to further-flung sites such as Frida and Leon. Food is not at the front door but a five- to ten-minute walk away. The area is very busy during the day but quiet at night. The rooms are very clean indeed and the bathrooms are spacious for a three-star hotel. There is plenty of hot water. The beds are comfortable. It is a great choice for a three-star hotel. If you’ve come to Mexico City to sit in a hotel room all day this property is not for you. But if you want to see the sights and your self-esteem doesn’t depend on how many stars your hotel has then this a great choice. I did miss some things that could be reasonably expected. One was a kettle in the room for making my own tea. Another was English-language t.v., although I don’t know how much that might cost this hotel. There are also no laundry facilities despite what it says here, but the Lavanderia Congreso de la Union is a short bus trip or fifteen-minute walk away.

Mucho ruido

Solo éramos dos personas y nos dieron un cuarto para cuatro personas (1 cama matrimonial y una litera) aunque teníamos dos baños muy Agusto. Se sofocaba bastante, el ventilador de techo no ayudaba mucho y el ventilador extra que nos pusieron hacía demasiado ruido. En la tele solo tenía los canales locales y ni se veían. Está cerca del zócalo, accesible, pero afuera hay mucho vago.

Nice small hotel at walking distance from Zocaló. Family room was tight for 3 adults but the 2 bathrooms were a big PLUS. Clean, comfortable beds. But no AC

La cama estaba muy dura, lo cual dificulta el descanso.

Primero dire lo bueno, la ubicacion es buena pues esta a 15 minutos caminando del zocalo, la torre latino y sitios de interes, enfrente a un lado y a los alrededores hay varios museos gratuitos a los que puedes pasar, y enfrente se pone diariamente u tianguis que vende de todo. LO MALO: las habitaciones son en serio pequeñas, en las fotos la habiatacion que yo reserve para 4 personas se mira mas grande y al llegar son mucho mas chicas de lo que se miran en la imagen, la regadera tira el agua para todos lados es complicado bañarse la llave del lavamanos esta por el mismo estilo, la coneccion de wifi es malisima solo en las noches medio agarra bien, y lo que menos me gusto fue el trato del personal de la mañana el de la tarde y noche no tengo queja son muy amables pero la señora de la mañana tuvo muy mal trato. al final lo recomiendo si tienes bajo presupuesto para hospedaje y quieres privacidad lo recomiendo para solos o parejas, pero ya para familias y con niños pequeños no ya que no es comodo para andar con niños. La referencia precio vs calidad es buena pues cumple con la funcion de un hotel 3 estrellas

Éramos dos personas y nos dieron habitación con cama matrimonial y literas, aunque estuvo Agusto tener dos baños. Demasiado sofocado, no nos tocó ventana para que entrara aire, el ventilador de techo no ayuda mucho y el ventilador extra hace demasiado ruido. Ponen botellitas de agua, pero el último día que hicieron la limpieza ya no nos pusieron. El personal es amable, llegamos mucho antes de nuestra entrada y enseguida nos dieron nuestra habitación para descansar del vuelo.

It was a nice hotel, I felt very safe as I am a female traveling alone. The area was very busy during the day but quiet at night. Lots of policemen/women at all times. Only thing I didn’t like was that the bed was super hard and it made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Mattress are hard as rocks. But other than that it was a good place to stay.

El hotel esta bonito, comodo y buena atención, solo que la habitación es pequeña y no hay aire acondicionado, hace mucho calor en la habitación, hay ventilador pero hace mucho ruido.

Its in good walkable historical center But so noisy. 1. The repairman drill 12 midnight. I have to go down and ask him to stop !!!!!!! How is it possible they do their repair in the night as we have to get up early 5 am and try to get some sleep. 2 bad water pipes. When other rooms open their faucet all the other room shake. I think its old building that they are not allowed to renovate. 3. Noisy neighbors. Becuse the wall are so thin and they put beds on the same wall of two different rooms. I wasnt lucky with my room and although i was so tired i have to struggle with noises to fall sleep. But i like the design and staff although dont understand english but they help alot

Una opción buena para un par de días. La pasamos bien a pesar que la habitación estaba hacia la calle, no era muy ruidoso. Las recepcionistas fueron muy amables e incluso pude dejar mi equipaje mientras aún no era check in. La limpieza es diaria, lo cual no era necesario pero no tenía un colgante para la puerta para avisar que no es necesario. Nos volveríamos a quedar ahí!

I adore the staff of this hotel its location and the feeling of safety. It is in the middle of a chaotic market place but at night it becomes a quiet residential place. I’ve stayed in this place every time I came to Mexico and I have recommended it to my friends who came and stayed too.

Everything was good. Staff was really friendly.

The rooms are super old….. not well maintained but I guess is ok for the price you pay! The lady at the front today when we checked out was rude! Will not recommend

The hotel is in a convenient area for walking and public transportation. It is very quiet at night but bustling in the daytime.

Great location right downtown, close to shops and the Zocalo. Do your driving early or late, because the streets fill with cars between around 10am-7pm

The area around the Hotel can be a bit seedy and very loud during the day. It is not too convenient to many CDMX attractions but is 4 blocks from the Zocalo and 2 blocks from the ruins of temple mayor. There no "upscale" restaurants near the hotel. The facility itself was very clean but bareboned, no phone in the room, no shower mat. I would return iff my regular hotel was unavailable. Staff was competent but not friendly.

It was perfect for one night in Mexico. We walked from there to the historic center.

Excellent location, walkable area, very close to El Zócalo. It's a commercial area, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of local businesses and commercial premises. The entrance is a little hidden, it was a little hard to find at the beginning but the staff of the hotel is very friendly and we had no problem with the check in.

Lobby, common areas, and rooms are clean and well maintained. Rooms meet basic needs: clean bedding and bath towels clean and in good condition. Reminder: No hand towel, facecloth, bathmat, facial tissue or coffee maker. Only one outlet in room. The hotel is on a street closed to cars. Although I felt safe during the day, I did not so much after day time. Some locals advised me not to walk the neighborhood east of the hotel at night. I still recommend the hotel if you want to be in the Zona Historica.

No refrigerator, no air conditioning, no breakfast, no towels, matresses sucked, pillows are horrible. Location is very bad. Very rude front desk. Elevator caught my hand and doors wouldn't open.

O hotel está em boas condições, tem um certo charme e um terraço com vista parcial da cidade. Não oferta café da manhã mas vende na recepção café solúvel, água e snacks. O ponto positivo é que durante o dia você pode fazer vários passeios a pé pelo centro histórico, mas a noite as ruas do entorno ficam desertas após o fechamento das lojas. Como chegamos a noite e optamos pelo Metrobus, tivemos que caminhar cerca de 500 m até o hotel e as ruas estavam bem vazias e escuras. Outro ponto negativo do hotel é que não a janela do quarto é virada para o corredor e não há incidência de luz natural. Se você pretende fazer programas diurnos, pode até ser uma boa opção, mas pra quem pretende sair a noite a pé ou de transporte público, talvez seja melhor optar por outro local.

Excellent location, not many places to grab a drink around, but hotel offers alcoholic beverages at the counter. I like the 24hr security, nice , clean and upgrade old building.
