Foi razoável. A rua em frente estava interditada. O hotel deveria ter mandado email informando (eles mandaram email para fazer o check in antecipado). No anúncio dizia estacionamento disponível. NÃO TINHA NEM DO HOTEL E NEM BEM PRÓXIMO. Ao telefone a funcionária sequer liberou nossa passagem pra essa rua, para que deixássemos as malas e depois parar o carro. Conclusão: andamos pelas ruas, inclusive ponte, com 2 malas cada um. Chegando no hotel, para entrar no elevador, tinha muito cheiro de mofo. O box extremamente apertado. O quarto idem

It was a cute place bnear a lot of things to do. However they are undergoing renovations so it was quite noisy during work hours and a couple small things were not finished or need to be fixed in my room. Also they seem to have painted over a lot of the charming wallprints in the photos so I hope they add that back in! The bed was very very comfortable and it was perfect size wise for solo travelers!

Buona posizione, vicino a notre dame e Louvre. Strada tranquilla con tutti i servizi nei dintorni. Hotel piccolo, stanze piccole ma piacevoli per brevi periodi, bagno ristrutturato. Agosto 25 sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione alla reception e alla sala colazione che si deve fare in una boulangerie vicino dalle 8 di mattina e il menù è obbligato ....avrei voluto saperlo e avere la possibilità di decidere se accettare o no. Comunque, in generale, è un hotel carino in particolare per la posizione.

We had room 36 it was quite large for Paris hotel rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the big plus is that they have a smart Tv so we were able to watch a movie before bed. The view from our room was magnificent and check in and check out was a breeze. The staff is 10/10 very helpful. Unfortunately, because of the reception area and dining area renovations the entrance of the hotel looks terrible. They still offer breakfast you just get it from a Boulangerie across the street. The location is top notch if you want to walk around and see Notre Dame. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I would likely stay here again, the only thing that would have made it perfect is if there was AC, however, they do give you two fans. Side note: they do not have shampoo, conditioner or any bathroom products, this is normal at the hotels in Paris. I am a spoiled Canadian who expected there to be the basics but alas I was incorrect.

The rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby and public areas are shabby and need a thorough cleaning, and the the lift is unreliable. With a little more investment in the appearance of the public areas, this could be a very good hotel.

Amazing hotel, the renovations were still happening when we were staying there, but it was coming together and I can only imagine how awesome it looks now. The rooms were super modern, and clean with great big windows to the street which would fill up with light every morning which was awesome. The bed and the washroom was super clean as well. The staff were super polite, friendly and helpful. There was a young lady at the reception most days and she was super kind and always ready to help. Also she spoke perfect English, which even made it better. The room was huge too, compared to the other hotels that I have stayed at in Paris. Considering the location and room conditions during the high season they offered the best pricing and experience possible. Can’t wait to see what the hotel will look like when the renovations are fully done.

Châtelet is in the centre of Paris, right next to Seine river. The hotel is clean, safe, the room a good size for the price. We got a last-minute deal that was incredible so no complaints here. Location is the best and my giant window in my room was beautiful.

The good: I can’t overstate enough how much the staff were lovely, kind, and helpful; the property was very conveniently located near the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the RER and metro; sheets and towels were clean; the tea provided in the room was fantastic! The “Meh”: not all rooms are created equal. My booking had two rooms on different floors. The room on the second floor felt smaller and had a very tight shower that would be unusable for plus size individuals. In addition, there were no light blocking curtains, which was frustrating for one person in our group. US visitors should note that there is no air conditioning - opening windows is an option, but even heavy sleepers may be bothered by sirens, construction, etc. The bad: the carpet throughout is in dire need of replacement with visible staining, my room on the fourth floor appeared to have an ant infestation - I would not recommend leaving any food on the counter.

Great location with easy to most attraction. Stuff are very nice and helpful. For an example, at last day (I was stayed for 6 days) I wanted to visit the Museum Orsay but it was hard to get tickets. Two stuff tried everything eventually found tickets for me. Room was clean and when you open windows you can enjoy nice sunshine. It also very safe because stuff is always around in 24hours.

We stayed there for 7 days. The staff was friendly and very courteous, the breakfast was correct for a continental breakfast and every morning we were welcomed by friendly people. Our room was partially renovated bathroom was very nice, room was standard size, but carpet was very diry and stained. We never walked bare foot. We were facing the street and there was 2 bars just beside hotel and it was very noisy till late evening. As there is no air conditionning we opened the window and was getting worse. So not to be upset all days we decided to joint people at the bar… This is an hotel that need to be remodeled, but if you want an hotel that offer best location at fair price this is the place. We took bus only for Eiffel tower. All other Landmarks were within walking distance from Hotel. Of course If i decide to go there again I will call before to make sure room will be cleaner.

I would never stay here again simply because the shower was TINY. Its made for a skinny child. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway and rooms next to you. And it has the smallest elevator on earth. It literally holds two people or one person and luggage. My bed was uncomfortable and had two FLAT pillows. But staff was polite and its a decent location

The folks at Reception were excellent, including the one who prepared my wife a simple meal after we arrived much later than expected (at night) with which she had to take meds. Great location. Room was basic but had everything we needed - except the WiFi, which was difficult and slow. Again, the staff was very accommodating.

Beliggenheden er god og et lille fint boutique hotel med venligt personale. Værelserne er uden air con og den slags, men pæne og rene. Der er lidt lydt både fra selve hotellet og med trafik fra gaden, så hvis man er særligt overfølsom for lyde, skal man lige gøre sine overvejelser. For andre kan lydene sætte rammerne for den rette stemning.

La ubicación es inmejorable, el personal de recepción, siempre atentos disponibles y gentiles, habitaciones, bastante espaciosas para ser París Sin lugar, a dudas, volveré a reservar este hotel

Carpet every where and dirty toilet seats.We ask the front desk to have it cleaned up and they said they would send someone. They never came. The receptionist rebudle was that they have a manager that check after the cleaning staff and it was impossible tthat it would be dirty... eventhough we had pictures. Which means that the cleaning staff incompetent, the manager is incompetent and the receptionist is incompetent in addition to be rude and calling its customers liars! It's a shame

Our stay was excellent. The staff were amazing and spoke excellent English, which made everything so much easier for us. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring Paris with Châtelet–Les Halles so close. We also really appreciated being able to check in early after a long flight. We would happily stay here again.

Nice room in a very central and convenient location. Desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Everything was going great, but I could not ignore that a very expensive bag of Swiss chocolate disappeared after our first day. I informed reception, who asked what the value what the value was .. We didn't request reimbursement or anything, but let them know It left a bitter taste. It was still a good stay and I would return, being more conscious of what we leave in the room.

Great service, nice people, clean room, great location. The only problem is that it is right near the quai and above the subway, so the building was shaking all night, making it harder to sleep. Otherwise, lovely.

Châtelet is in the centre of Paris, right next to Seine river. The hotel is clean, safe, the room a good size for the price. We got a last-minute deal that was incredible so no complaints here. Location is the best and my giant window in my room was beautiful.

The hotel is in a great location. It is very close to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and several metro stations. Very walkable and surrounded by cafes and shops. The room was nice, but a little bit dirty. There are lots of stairs but they do have a small elevator.

This hotel has one of the best locations. It is central to most sites in Paris. There is a metro station right outside the front door of the hotel. There are lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. There is a noisy bar right outside which could get loud late at night. The staff are super friendly. The room itself is kind of tiny and old but that's what you get in Europe. I loved this hotel and will absolutely consider staying there again.

Buona posizione, vicino a notre dame e Louvre. Strada tranquilla con tutti i servizi nei dintorni. Hotel piccolo, stanze piccole ma piacevoli per brevi periodi, bagno ristrutturato. Agosto 25 sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione alla reception e alla sala colazione che si deve fare in una boulangerie vicino dalle 8 di mattina e il menù è obbligato ....avrei voluto saperlo e avere la possibilità di decidere se accettare o no. Comunque, in generale, è un hotel carino in particolare per la posizione.

We had room 36 it was quite large for Paris hotel rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the big plus is that they have a smart Tv so we were able to watch a movie before bed. The view from our room was magnificent and check in and check out was a breeze. The staff is 10/10 very helpful. Unfortunately, because of the reception area and dining area renovations the entrance of the hotel looks terrible. They still offer breakfast you just get it from a Boulangerie across the street. The location is top notch if you want to walk around and see Notre Dame. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I would likely stay here again, the only thing that would have made it perfect is if there was AC, however, they do give you two fans. Side note: they do not have shampoo, conditioner or any bathroom products, this is normal at the hotels in Paris. I am a spoiled Canadian who expected there to be the basics but alas I was incorrect.

Awesome location, reasonable price. Desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Only “complaint” was that we were there during a heat wave and there was no AC. A fan helped keep it tolerable. Lively neighborhood - lots of street noise till midnight or so - easily addressed with earplugs.

Just a block to the Seine and and bridge to Ile de Cite, close to Metro, bus and train lines (including the Airport Train). The folks at the desk were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was simple but tasty. The room was clean and comfortable but was short on furnishings. Not really a problem since we were just sleeping there. We used the single desk chair as a luggage rack for the second bag as we were living out of the suitcases due to the limited closet with 3 hangers,. The bathroom was "cozy" and it looked like some shelves and towel bars had been been removed, leaving it challenging to keep personal item in there. Overall it was a good value and an authentic Paris experience.

I was initially unsure when I arrived as the room was very small and was only provided a small flat pillow. However the rain persisted and in the late evening the room was warm and comfortable. The noise from the bar downstairs eventually ended at about 11, 12 ish. The staff were lovely and the position fantastic as we were visiting Notre Dame in the morning. Breakfast was cosy coffee deliciousand in the end a good memory has developed
