Room not ready until 6:30 pm. Had to wait in lobby for 30 minutes. Decorations were tacky. Noisy guests - we were woken up at 4 am because other guests banging on room next door. Banging lasted 10 minutes.

The hotel gave me a room that did not lock. The door closed but wouldnt lock when I had to leave. Communicating with them was a nightmare as they didnt respond for hours. Eventually they replied "its broken, we dont have time to fix it". Its completely unsafe and unreasonable for a hotel to sell a room that theres no way to lock. And then say they dont have time to fix it then when the issue is brought up. This was a huge safety concern, both physically and for keeping items secure when leaving the room. And they did not seem to care. There were also some stains in the room and it didnt look like it was cleaned well. They made it so it was unable to ve stayed in. Very bad experience.

We booked this hotel when our flight was canceled at 11pm. It was on expedia, so I assumed it was a full hotel. However we got a cab to the hotel, and it turns out there was no one at the desk at that time. So we had to call the manager (which took 10 minutes to figure out), who had to get out of bed and travel to the site, which took 10 minutes. Then the room still needed to be made, which took another 10 minutes. So waiting an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the night with 3 tired grumpy kids was not ideal. Once we did get into bed, it was very clean and comfortable and I slept well, however getting to that point was a bit of a hassle.

The manager was very nice & helpful - the room was comfortable & clean - best location - they gave us lovely room & also guide us to places to see as we stayed for a short period of time -
