Great location! The hotel is very clean and the rooms comfortable. The staff is friendly and always ready to help . The digital checkin in / guest service experience was a breeze . We were traveling with kids and had a room with 2 double beds a kitchen , living room and balcony . It was very convenient to have a washing machine and dryer at the basement.

Beautiful property and lovely staff. Pretty decent gym that I used 5 out of the 7 days that I was there. They have really nice bikes available for borrowing. A lot of good food/dessert/drinks options within close walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at AR218! Kind, accommodating staff. Spotless room. Comfy bed and pillows. The rooftop terrace was so pleasant. Not to mention great location. We were able to walk to tons of cute cafes, shopping and parks. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located in a charming neighborhood in Mexico City. Clean, safe, quiet, roomy, and with modern amenities, including very well functioning air conditioning, keyless room entry system, workout room, a very nice rooftop patio with lounge furniture. The king bed was super wide (like a California king) and was very comfortable. There is a Starbucks in the entryway with a lovely outdoor patio that is part of the entrance to the hotel, which is open from early until late, which is also a nice touch. 100% would stay here again.

Hotel is in a great area and nice but there were a couple of issues - our room had a patio and the door to the patio did not lock; we needed the business center early in the morning and it was locked - the security guard did not have the key; room was cleaned well some days, not others.

My room doesn't have a working A/C, and they just give me two useless fun. I totally can't sleep at night with 31 C or 90 F, and I'm luck the temperature are not too high when I arrived . So, if you also dislike the high temperature of your room maybe just look for other hotel in Mexico City

The location and hotel itself are nice (the black out curtains don’t work fyi). What makes this a 3 star review is that we they didn't clean our room for 2 days straight. First day we just let it go. Second day I messaged the staff through WhatsApp asking for them to make sure they did housekeeping. They assured me they would between the hours of 3pm-5pm (which felt a little odd cause I’ve never seen housekeeping work that late). When we got back to the hotel at 7pm our room had not been cleaned. When I approached them about this they apologized and said they weren’t aware of the situation (I showed them the messages). Then they said I should keep the door tag that says housekeeping on at all times annd I was like “it’s been on for the better part of 48 hours”. I had to ask for clean towels (ours were still wet) and toilet paper. I just think if you’re charging $200 usd a night and advertise housekeeping it should be done. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager and they assured me I could the following day during check out and that never happened. They gave me late check out as a courtesy (which they charge 400 Mexican pesos, like $23 usd) which is the least they could have done.

We were very happy with our short stay here. The room was incredibly clean and well maintained, large bathroom with huge shower, great towels and robes, comfy bed, A/C, and kitchenette. Room was also very quiet, no street noise. Nice rooftop terrace to hang out. Staff were very helpful and professional. Nice extra to receive a card with local dining options at the door too.

En general es bueno y limpio, aunque definitivamente la limpieza podría ser mejor. La ubicación es exageradamente buena y tiene todo y para todos. Las habitaciones son amplias, equipadas y cómodas.

I had to wait 1 hour to get my room. Check in time was supposed to be 3:00 PM and the room wasn't ready until 4:00 PM due to "operational issues". I sat at the reception for the whole hour without information about the estimated time the room would be ready and I wasn't even offered a drink or the chance to go in to the guest area and wait in terrace. The last 20 minutes of my wait, the front desk was empty because the personnel just left so they didn't have to face my inquiries. My reservation included a complimentary bottle of wine, which I didn't get. The room is much much smaller than it appears in the pictures. My compliments to the photographer. Bathroom is awkward and tiny. No space to put toiletries in the shower so I just had to put them on the floor while bathing. The bathroom sink is ridiculously small, the water splashes on to the floor when you wash your hands. The bathroom door gets in the way of the shower door, and the shower door covers the light switch when it's open. So you have to figure out the right order of movements in order to get a shower with the light on :) The place is nice and new... but I would definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Towels shed a ton of lint, it felt like I needed to shower again. Noise travels very easily from room to room. I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones.

Really enjoyed our stay in Mexico City. The hotel is in a great central location with very nice staff. The room is very spacious and it is always nice to have a small kitchen for breakfast.

Great location, nice street and close to many good cafes. We arrived at 7am, had to wait for a few hours for check-in which was a bit frustrating but eventually got checked-in earlier than usual thanks to the staff. Clean and spacious apartment. Air conditioning has a cooler but no heater (so it gets a bit cold at night). Furniture and appliances are all nice and clean. Building has a poor noise insulation. You hear weird sounds from pipes, flushes, and other apartments.

Solid lodging option in a great location at a good value. Quiet building away from street noise, well appointed, comfortable bed and good climate control. Didn't share any of the same complaints as other reviewers in our unit (#48). I could see how sound could travel within the building as there are no carpets to dampen sound but we never experienced that. Terrific location in the heart of La Condesa with a Starbucks and nice plaza just outside the lobby.

We loved our stay at AR 218! It was probably better than expected. The building and facilities were great and modern. The room was super spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved being able to message the front desk at any time from their site. The only slight issue we found was that the curtains didn't completely shut off the sun in the mornings. I stayed at AR 218 for a birthday trip to Mexico City, and while most of the stay was enjoyable, the way things ended really impacted my overall experience. On a positive note, I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday — that was a lovely touch and definitely made me feel welcomed. The room was comfortable, and for the most part, the stay went smoothly. However, the morning of check-out was extremely stressful and left a bad taste in my mouth. I stepped out briefly to grab coffee, and when I returned, my room had already been locked. I had to go to the front desk and wait for someone to let me back in, which felt a bit aggressive considering I hadn’t even checked out yet. Then, I started getting checkout notices, and right at exactly 11:00 AM, housekeeping showed up at the door. It felt more like I was being pushed out rather than allowed a normal check-out experience. I was still in the room doing a final check to make sure I hadn’t forgotten anything — and ironically, I ended up having to return because I had left clothes in the closet in all the rush. That last morning made me feel anxious, rushed, and honestly a bit disrespected. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and I’ve never been treated that way at check-out. Unfortunately, because of that, I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

The location and hotel itself are nice (the black out curtains don’t work fyi). What makes this a 3 star review is that we they didn't clean our room for 2 days straight. First day we just let it go. Second day I messaged the staff through WhatsApp asking for them to make sure they did housekeeping. They assured me they would between the hours of 3pm-5pm (which felt a little odd cause I’ve never seen housekeeping work that late). When we got back to the hotel at 7pm our room had not been cleaned. When I approached them about this they apologized and said they weren’t aware of the situation (I showed them the messages). Then they said I should keep the door tag that says housekeeping on at all times annd I was like “it’s been on for the better part of 48 hours”. I had to ask for clean towels (ours were still wet) and toilet paper. I just think if you’re charging $200 usd a night and advertise housekeeping it should be done. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager and they assured me I could the following day during check out and that never happened. They gave me late check out as a courtesy (which they charge 400 Mexican pesos, like $23 usd) which is the least they could have done.

Nous sommes venus pour Noël et l’hôtel n’a pas de chauffage dans les chambres. On nous a donné des chauffages d’appoint qui étaient évidemment inadaptés à la taille de la chambre. We had an amazing stay at AR218! Kind, accommodating staff. Spotless room. Comfy bed and pillows. The rooftop terrace was so pleasant. Not to mention great location. We were able to walk to tons of cute cafes, shopping and parks. Highly recommend!

Clean, safe, quiet, roomy, and with modern amenities, including very well functioning air conditioning, keyless room entry system, workout room, a very nice rooftop patio with lounge furniture. The king bed was super wide (like a California king) and was very comfortable. There is a Starbucks in the entryway with a lovely outdoor patio that is part of the entrance to the hotel, which is open from early until late, which is also a nice touch. 100% would stay here again.

This hotel is located in the perfect location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parque Mexico is within a couple of blocks within the hotel and I would walk to it almost every night. Very walkable neighborhood and lots of cute coffee cafes. This property did not disappoint its VERY clean, I had no issues with my stay.

The hotel was lovely, in a very beautiful neighborhood. We walked to fantastic restaurants every night. The room was large, nicely furnished, and well maintained. We had a small kitchen which was also nice. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location, with tons of super cute coffee shops and restaurants easily walkable (several within a block or 2). We loved the room, had plenty of space, a good shower, clean. This hotel is in a great neighborhood with lots of close dining options. The room layout was comfortable and different with a full glass wall giving it a bright and open feel. The staff was always helpful. I loved that there was free laundry. The only request I would have is better bathroom lighting or a makeup mirror. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was the absolute best for our stay in Mexico City. Not only was it a safe & quiet area, but it was also close to restaurants that were within walking distance. The front staff was so helpful, they let us drop our luggage off early and kept it safe until check-in. Them having security 24 hours a day was also great for peace of mind. It also never hurts to have a Starbucks connected! Will definitely be staying here again!

Miquel and Diana were wonderful. I would like to express my sincere thanks to both of them and the other people at the front desk. The hotel or accommodation is a place where you could stay for long-term if you want it’s fully equipped. It was comfortable. The pillows were great. The beds were comfortable, clean lots of room there was a small living like a little living room area and closet. Space with a cooking area. It was perfect. I would like to have had more trash cans in the room and maybe more water available but other than that, it was really great and Miquel and Diana really went out of their way to help us so I wanted to say a big giant thank you to them.
