Super fint ophold. Vi blev tilbudt at slippe rengøringen mod at gøre noget godt for miljøet og så tilbød de en drinks billet i stedet for. Det sagde vi ja til, men da vi så ville indløse billetten skulle vi stå og diskutere frem og tilbage om hvad vi måtte få fordi baren først åbnede kl 18:00. Det var vi ikke oplyst om, og vi havde planer i Amsterdam alle dage om aftenen, men til sidst fik vi så lov til at få øl og vin to go. Vi måtte ikke drikke det på hotellet, selvom vi lige havde købt bobler til morgenmaden. Værelset var fint, lidt lille men overordnet fint. Der manglede et køleskab. Morgenmaden var ok, men synes der manglede lidt grønt tilbehør. Kun kedelig agurk og smagsløse tomater. Vi var der i 4 dage og det blev hurtigt det samme. Super at morgenmad startede kl 06:00 allerede. Fitness ok. Lidt lille og det ene løbebånd fungerede ikke optimalt. God beliggenhed tæt på tog og gåafstand til byen, men lidt kedeligt område med meget byggeri. Bliver nok bedre når det er færdigbygget. Men ikke så hyggeligt pt. Fint der blev vist champions league finale i baren lørdag aften.

buyer beware: i didn’t see that this hotel (4 min away from Schiphol) DOES NOT have a shuttle. will cost approx E25 -E30 each way. makes it a lot more expensive to stay here.

Hampton inn was great ! Love the ambience! Love the breakfast and the options they give ! Gym is sufficient in size ! Rooms are well kept and the beds sleep great ! Rooms are soundproof! Hotel not far away from airport ! Amsterdam is like 30 mins away ! Staff members are friendly and always willing to help ! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again !

El hotel está bien, a 2 minutos de la estación hoofdrop. (Puedes entrar por la parte trasera). El Personal muy amable, pero no me parecieron las políticas. Te cobran por guardar tu equipaje al hacer el check out. 5 euros por maleta. No te dan habitación antes de las 3 solo si pagas 20 euros. Te dan late check out por 20 euros. A las 11 am te marcan para que dejes el cuarto. Primera vez en mi vida….Creo que podrían ser más flexibles con esas condiciones.

Prima hotel. Netjes en compleet (met shampoo, conditioner en badschuim, body lotion, főhn, tv, kluisje, waterkoker, oploskoffie en thee). Bedden vonden wij redelijk hard, maar da's persoonlijk. Mogelijkheid om het raam 's nachts open te zetten (heerlijk, maar dan hoor je de trein en opstijgende vliegtuigen wel), heerlijk ontbijt met prima DE koffie (echte bonen, echte melk). De trein naar Schiphol/Amsterdam zo ongeveer aan de overkant van de straat. Perfect! En met de auto binnen 10 minuten op P3 bij Schiphol. Voor herhaling vatbaar!! Auto parkeren bij het hotel is niet gratis. Was nu €17,50 per dag.

Close to station. Very poor cleanliness, I even saw cigarette buds in room safety locker. Also they charge to keep the luggage even for few hours which is not the case with other hotels in Amsterdam (as I stayed at least in 15-20 different ones during various trips). Very limited options for breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel and they gave us a room, but when we went to it, it was occupied. And we were told that they don’t have a room for us and we needed to “ confirm “ ( our payment is our confirmation as far as my concern. They send us by tax some 20 minutes away to another hotel to spend the night. That hotel next room were having a loud affair and we had to send the hotel person to ask them to be quiet. The next day a taxi took back to the hotel. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days, and front desk was not tentative to deal with the issue when we asked for towels. The front desk taken a break when there’s a line , and clicking away on the computer when you are talking to them. Many did a good service at the restaurant, but the place lacked consistency in its service.

Pros: Easy walk to train station with frequent trains to Schiphol. Extensive all you can eat breakfast buffet included. Staff at front desk very friendly. Cons: Bed hard as a rock, pillow super mushy. Hair on floor of bathroom, but otherwise the room was very clean. Not very quiet- I could hear my neighbor taking a shower and there was a lot of loud traffic outside at 10:30 at night. Also, I requested a wake up call and no one ever called. All in all, not perfect but I would stay here again just for the convenience and price

Good option for price versus staying in city centre as train station close by for getting to City centre or elsewhere - Hotel staff are pleasant, breakfast was a little hit and miss but always plenty of items - housekeeping was a little more hit and miss as in missed us completely one day and did not clear away dirty dishes another day and left another key card in the slot on the other day. Odd that there was not mattress protector so you can feel the shape of the mattress but the bed was comfy. Personally not a fan of a sliding bathroom door that does not shut properly especially when sharing room with a child - A few comments but good for the price and despite the mentioned items I would stay there again - Uber to airport was only euro 15 on departure and the team kindly kept our bags. Better use a bus to Haarlem if you are planning to visit there it was a fraction of a price of the train. I have stayed in Hamptons elsewhere in the world and this was a little less comfortable and well set up than others.

Förväntade mig mer av ett hotell med namnet Hilton i sig, dock lite besviken över allmänna skicket. Rummen var dock städade och personalen trevlig, bra frukost, men sängen var stenhård.

Hotel was great, rooms were clean, area was a bit noisy but didn’t bother too much. One thing I didn’t seem to enjoy was the AC wasn’t as strong and couldn’t cool the room down quick. Had to open a window to help cool down the room during the day. But over all I enjoyed my stay. Good hotel for a place to sleep at at a decent price.

Fantastic stay. Kenny at breakfast was great and the breakfast itself was plentiful. Five minutes from the train station and 10 from the airport—super convenient. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. The room was a little warm and the temp wouldn’t go down but overall it was great. Would LOVE to return.

Customer interaction was a bit poor. Not as friendly, as compared to other Hilton chain. You can feel that you are treated in a different manner right during check-in (something that can be greatly improved). Breakfast is always a part of the reservation so I don't understand why they make it appear that they are giving you a complimentary one. The support at the bkfast buffet also gives you a cold shoulder when you ask a question e.g. refill, where things are, etc.

The property itself was ok, close to the train. But the staff had issues. I checked in, went to the room and someone was already in that room, so I went back down to desk and they gave me a new room. But for some reason they had my name wrong In Their system and so when I came back the next day from sightseeing and wanted to buy water (which yes, they don’t have any there complimentary) they couldn’t find me in their system. They said they’d figure it out but I was tired so I went back to room and key didn’t work. Had to go back down to desk, get new keys, it’s was a mess. They said their system had gone down when I checked in, but I think the new girl at the desk just messed things up. No mini fridge in the rooms, either.

Bij een late incheck (1.15 uur) (vooraf gemeld) bleek een van de kamers al bezet. We hadden dus een sleutelkaart gekregen van een kamer waar al mensen lagen te slapen. Probleem werd wel opgelost (andere kamer) maar was geen goede start. Jammer dat het ontbijt officieel stopt om 10.00 uur op zondag. Schoonmaakdienst kwam al binnen (wel geklopt maar direct naar binnen gegaan) terwijl wij ons nog aan het omkleden waren (en we hadden dus ook nog niet uitgecheckt). Kwam allemaal een beetje amateuristisch over. Had beter verwacht

In general the hotel is quite reasonable, but I had a very pedant clerk during check in, besides being pedantic he messed nearly eveything and gave us the wrong key. And when we came down again for the right one a collegue pointed out to him he better went us up to see ifeverything was okay. Kudos for his collegue. And please point to some specific girls in the breakfast area out to stop quakking like kakatuas. Very annoying having breakfast with that noise around. And let me make clear that most were very well behaved but management should have serious look at some of the personel. And please clean the flooring in the hall way, it smells horrible. And please do something about the transport between hotel and airport. To be told to get a train at 10pm with 3 suite cases is in my opinion ridiculous. Will not come back.

Hotel surrounded at the front by canal with wildlife and fishes Close to a main road however when windows are closed you cannot hear the traffic. Five minute walk from train and bus station this walk is very pleasant. The whole of the surroundings is clean and tidy. I could not find a play area for children however there is a gym on the first floor. Building work going on across the road however this has no impact on the property breakfast was adequate similar to your Premier Inn however a lack of choice for evening meals and the same choice each night and then by the end of the week, some of the items crossed off so evening meals need improving there is a restaurant pub across the road. Menu is not great no convenient local shops no convenient local restaurants but overall the hotel very clean and the staff very very helpful and pleasant.

Property is very close to Hoofddorp train station and corporate offices. It is literally 5 mins walk from the Hotel. 15 mins walk to town square. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re visiting Amsterdam.

Shuttle area at Schiphol airport still shows "Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Airport", but this hotel no longer offers a shuttle. This would be useful information before booking. Also, this is not really near the airport. It's a train ride away. The inside of the hotel and the staff are very good. Unfortunately, the area surrounding the hotel is currently a noisy construction area. A pile driver rig begins work at 7:30am at the construction site next door, so no need for an alarm clock.

We stayed here as our bus tour started and ended at this hotel. Staff communication could be better - we also had different answers from different staff to our questions. We had the worst nachos ever - the cheese was burnt and the whole plate looked unappetising. It was also expensive for fast food. Breakfasts were good and the staff kept replacing food continually. There is a great local shopping centre with lots of places to eat, etc about 20 minutes walk away, part of which is through a lovely park.

Ive stayed ar Hampton Inns for 30 years. This is one of the best. Their breakfast was the best of any Hampton, anywhere in the world. Tte Inn is close to the train and schipol airport.
