Hotel Regina Montmartre

Hotels.com should be ashamed to have this hotel on their listings! Nothing was as advertised! NO a/c. A dirty fan was on nightstand, so they KNOW a/c doesn’t work! NO INTERNET! (On floors 3-5. )We were on 4th floor. They advertise full internet! Furniture was so old & falling apart. Bathroom was full of black mold. We are not hard to please people, but this was gross. Dirty threadbare carpets. Deadbolt didn’t work. We paid for a 10 night non refundable stay. We left after 1st night & found an apartment. Absolutely horrible! Front desk acts like their English is poor, so they don’t have to help you.

Airco werkte niet in heel het hotel, maar was een probleem dat al langer plaatsvond. Want er stond op de kamer een kleine blazer. Ruit sluit niet goe waardoor er heel wat lawaai van op straat te horen was. Douchedeur sluit niet goed. Met als gevolg dat er overal water lag. En tot slot was het bed precies een steen. De matras was helemaal doorgezakt

For an inexpensive hotel in a good location this was tolerable. The elevator was broken The winding stairway was steep and narrow. The bed was relatively comfortable, but lacked a mattress pad under the sheet. There was a noticeable depression in the floor covered by the very worn, dirty carpet.The private bathroom had a very tiny shower. The staff was nice.

Good location close to Gare du Nord, 15 minute walk. Hotel has no facilities. Just a very small room with tired looking fixtures and fittings. Adequate at best.

The bed was sagging , the elevator failed 3 times , no air conditioning

Accueil normal, ascenseur en panne, chambre petite non au normes de sécurité: clou qui dépasse du mur, portes de douche qui se détâchent, moisissures dans la douche, fils d'électricité qui ressortent des gaines, l'hygiène n'en parlons pas ... Traces sur les murs, intérupteurs sales. La chambre n'est pas insonorisée, la chasse d'eau en panne et bruyante. Le porte serviette, le porte papier WC, la poubelle étaient alambiqués, cassés, tordus. Le seul intérêt de l'hôtel est l'emplacement très proche des salles de spectacle.

PROS: good size room, large bed (at least queen size), great location (close to sacre Coer, places to eat, metro), helpful staff (they booked us a taxi to the airport), 24hr reception, decent wifi. CONS: beautiful reception but our room was very run down. Air con did not work (but they had provided a fan), large bald patch on carpet, water damaged ceiling (and signs of water damage around the hotel in general). All in all though, it was okay for the price and I would stay again.

Personnel très sympathique mais l'hôtel est en décripitude. Pas de wifi, ascenseur en panne, meubles et literie hors d'âge. Mais c'est très propre. Et c'est calme et spacieux pour les chambres donnant derrière

Chambre vétuste, salle de bain remplie de moisissures, sol en moquette très usé. Cet hôtel mérite un gros rafraîchissement, les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité.

Chambre salle, il y’a des restes de nourriture dans le frigo. Tous les murs étaient cloqués et moisissure dans la salle bain. Toilette défectueuse. Poils dans l évier de la salle de bain

Vi kom ind til et rum med mange fluer! Og der lugtede på værelset. Væggene er meget tynde, og man kan hører alt. Vi stod op om natten hvor der løb vand vi kunne se i hjørnet af væggen. Der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. Alt i alt dårligt. Ville aldrig anbefale sådan et hotel til nogen.

Ufattelige hårde puder samt seng. Der var skimmelsvamp i luftet ude på toilettet og malingen skaller af. Generelt var værelset ikke gjort ordentligt rent. Der var pletter på samtlige vægge og kontakter. Værelset lugtede af røg

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean, with staff cleaning room daily. Good location at very base of Long Hill up to Sacre Coure, walkable.

Nous sommes arrivés étrangement, nous avons pu parler français avec le monsieur de l’accueil et nous nous sommes compris. Notre chambre était dans un état épouvantable, peinture qui part dans la salle de bain, moquette complètement moisi, matelas bon à changer, propreté générale qui laisse à désirer… Sèche-cheveux dangereux à l’utilisation. Seulement à la fin du séjour au moment de rendre les clés et d’échanger sur l’expérience vécue. Comme par hasard, le monsieur de l’accueil ne parlait plus français et j’ai dû expliquer en anglais. Évidemment il n’a pas tout compris…. Comme cela est étrange ! Le quartier n’est pas tellement dérangeant, c’est l’hôtel en lui-même qui est peu recommandable

Great area - very poor hotel. No facilities whatsoever. Taps ready to fall off basin and flood bathroom. Shower hook broken. Carpets threadbare. Strong smell of sewage in corridor and bathroom from time to time. Avoid

So much mould in our room due to shower leaks and rotting carpet. Smallest bathroom, could hardly close the door if you were inside. Fantatic location.

毎日清掃とタオル交換をしてくださいました。フロントの方もとても親切でした。

Every night there was too much noise. People were partying. It is a very busy neighbourhood. I appreciated that they let us an early check in. But overall condition was very poor. I guess you get what you pay for but a few facts that were disappointing were - 1. The window was damaged and it seemed it was shot or something. 2. No air conditioner in the room. 3. Elevator was broken for two days. 4. When we were checking out the receptionist made us wait and he went upstairs to check the room I guess to make sure we didn't steal anything. I didn't like that at all. I liked also that it was close to everything but if you are with your family stay away because it is too noisy. Overall I guess it was too expensive of what we got. I wouldn't pay that much for such a hotel. Even though it is considered that it is not expensive for Paris. But I'd pay more to have something better.

Great neighbourhood, but on a VERY busy street. So it's really loud and there's not much you can do for sound dampening. The hotel is really great, but definitely needs some TLC. Things are quite rundown/broken, the bed wasn't very comfortable because the mattress sagged so much for example.

We were created by a quiet but efficient desk manager. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable and modern. The desk was helpful with answering our questions and arranging transportation to the airport at checkout. A good value.

Room is very old and out dated. Floor was uneven.

The conditions of the bed was really a desaster I had a back pain, the mattress was curved in the middle.

Les matelas sont a changer. Un creux au milieu. On a demandé à changer de chambre, la seconde était identique . La troisième chambre le lit était un peu mieux mais sans plus.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. The room that we had was very hot, we had a fan to cool it down, that helped to some extent. Room carpet is worn out, the walls have stains of water damage and there is no shower cabin, just the shower head fixed to the wall; whenever the shower is used, the whole bathroom is getting soaked and the water is seeping into the room (resulting in the floor being molded). Also, noisy area, facing a high traffic street. The breakfast was good though. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Room clean and quiet, plus very conveniently located

Property is very close to Metro. Very nice and helpful staff. Ali and the rest speak English very well. Space is a bit small, but I guess this is the norm in Paris. Definitely recommend this to anyone

Le personnel du soir est très égoïste. Ne fais pas preuve d’empathie.

The room itself, for the price, is reasonable. But not for the faint of heart. It's worth paying a little more for something better. The next morning, when my friend and I were sleeping, someone opened the door (which was locked, of course), but luckily we always leave our bags behind the door to avoid this kind of situation, and they prevented the person from entering our room. When we reported what happened to the receptionist, he arrogantly said that no one had opened the door to the room. When we returned in the afternoon, he said that he had checked the CCTV and that no one had opened our door. In other words, it was the same as saying that my friend and I were either lying or imagining things. There was no apology or anything. It could clearly have been a chambermaid or any other staff member. In short, it was not a good experience.

Très déçue de cet hôtel. Heureusement que cela n’était que pour une seule nuit. Les agents d’accueil ne parlent pas du tout français mais sont gentils et professionnels. Cependant pour les chambres cet hôtel est à fuir. Au delà de la propreté qui laisse à désirer…le lit tenait sur 3 pieds…le quatrième pied était rafistolé avec un morceau de bois…quel inconfort !! En plus de cela la vue donne sur la chambre d’en face et nous avons eu l’impression de partager notre chambre avec tout l’étage, niveau insonorisation nous n’y sommes vraiment pas !! Dommage car l’établissement est très bien situé. (Il fallait bien trouver un point positif).

Friendly staff, great location

The problem is always expectations. I expected a three star hotel. But what I didn't realize is that a terrible run down motel in the United States is equivalent to a three star hotel in Paris. In Paris, things are soo crowded that it takes 30 minutes for Uber to take you somewhere two miles away. This may seem like a central location but it is not. We arrived at night, the place seemed dangerous. Lots of people who looked like they were on drugs or up to no good were loitering around. However, in the morning, no one was around. There were lots of people going for jogs, a nice little park thing in the middle of the street for more jogging, cool cobblestone roads, etc. it was nice compared to the night before. The hotel itself is very run down (in my opinion) but I have nothing to compare it to. The room was small. The stairs on the 3rd floor were missing beams so my daughter could fall through them if not careful. We stayed on the second floor where the beams were not missing but my parents were on floor three. Like two to three blocks down, there are some nice shops and the really nice places start, so that is a plus. The staff there was great. Very nice and helpful.

It was a very small room with only one bed, but the staff was very friendly and we loved our stay.

This hotel is perfectly located for a quick walk to Sacre Coeur and a 2 min walk from Anvers Metro station. The concierge was very friendly and welcoming. There are boutiques nearby, a few boulangeries and several dining options. Our room was a decent size for Paris, the shower door was hanging off it's hinge which was a little concerning but otherwise we had a great stay and we highly recommend Hotel Regina.

Hotellet er i rimelig dårlig stand med slidte møbler og tæpper. Forvent ikke luksus! Sengene er okay, og lagener og håndklæder er fine. Beliggenheden er til gengæld helt i top og meget centralt i Montmartre. Der er ca. 5-10 min. til Sacre Coeur, 5 min. til Moulin Rouge, og der kører Metro lige uden for døren. Hvis du skal spise godt og billigt i nærheden, så gå efter Bouillon Pigalle. Der ligger desuden flere lækre restauranter i nabolaget.

Perfect location. Metro and supermarket very closeby. Tourist attractions closeby. Room is rundown but clean. So perfect is you prefer location over luxury, for a fair price.

Great location

地下鉄駅が徒歩圏内で4箇所使えるなど立地は非常に良いです。 スタッフは言葉が不慣れな私にゆっくりと英語で親切に対応してくれました。

Très bon hôtel avec accueil chaleureux et très sympathique, propre et très proche de plusieurs lieux touristiques, très pratique puisque c'est juste à côté de la station de métro 2 Anvers.

Very convenient for Montmartre and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Metro station is just 2 minutes walk away and Gare du Nord is walkable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a good size and available from early morning. The area is a little noisy at night, but the room was pleasant enough. Could do with a few more storage areas in the room. Ideal for a short sightseeing break in Paris.

Super location in Montmartre. Rooms are a bit old (bathroom could definitely need an upgrade), but really good price. And lovely staff.

Nulla di speciale purtroppo la camera era scadente forse le devono rifare il bagno aveva il lavandino che perdeva, la moquette della stanza molto vecchia, dalla finestra una chiostrina sporca che potevano pulire. La colazione buona ma senza una cameriera che ti assiste se mancava qualcosa

breakfast simple, not cozy but sufficient. Prime location on Montmartre and Sacre Coeur, close to the Anvers metro (M2), therefore close to Gare du Nord station (M2, two stops and then transfer M4 with one stop towards Bangeaux. Hotel promises WiFi but did not work. beds old and a bit sagging. lamp broken, telephone defective. Elevator and stairwell looked old. Had to pay a 50 euro deposit, not clear why and it was not stated anywhere. Was okay for night.

Chambre propre mais très petite . Petit déjeuner lamentable pas de pain frais biscuits sous vide .serviettes de toilettes entreposés dans l espace petit déjeuner. manque de papier toilette dans la chambre. Personnel sympas mais parlant a peine le français.

Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour la proximité avec Montmartre, ce qui doit bien être un des seul point positif. A notre arrivée, le réceptioniste (qui parle très peu français) nous informe que nous devons payer une caution de 50€ qui n'est indiquée nulle part sur le site. Apres avoir payé donc et reçu notre clé, nous decouvrons la chambre. C'est la décéption la plus totale. L'odeur y est louche, la moquette au sol est juste crade, les murs tombent en lambeaux. Bref la chambre n'inspire pas confiance. Et là nous testons le lit : une PLANCHE aucun confort nous n'avons jamais aussi mal dormi de notre vie alors même que nous faisons du camping. Nous avions pris la formule petit déjeuner a 15€. Je vous le déconseil. Certes vous mangerez plus que dans un café et pour moins cher mais je peux vous assurer que ça n'aspirait pas confiance : La salle est dans la cave à côté de la laverie, c'est petit et étroit. Il y a très peu de choix. La machine a jus de fruit et a café étaient toute deux cassé et je me suis retrouvé a boire du café solluble. Sans oublier le jambon qui traine là sans vrai respect de la chaine du froid (si on peut appeler ça jambon d'ailleurs) Il n'empeche que même avec quelque difficulté de communication avec le réceptionniste, il s'est montré sympathique et a toujours essayé qu'on soit le plus a l'aise. A l'heure ou j'écris mon avis les 50€ de caution n'ont pas été débitée. Au final prévoyez quelque dizaine d'euros de plus pour un meilleur hôtel.

Très bon Hôtel. Facile d'accès. Personnel très accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner.

la chambre ainsi que l'hôtel en général mériteraient un rafraichissement (étonnant la douche sans bac ni rideau près des WC. beaucoup de bruit la nuit qui vient de la rue. Le petit-déjeuner un peu léger du pain frais serait apprécié. Cependant, la literie est correcte et la proximité de lieux de concerts(cigale), théâtres, visite (Montmartre) est très appréciable.

vétuste, mal organisé, pas d'eau chaude au 4ème étage, oubli des serviettes de bain, pas de réassort suffisant au petit déjeuner ... Bref, 3 étoiles, je comprend pas.

Alles bestens in Ordnung - auch wenn die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Bad und WC war aber frisch renoviert. Ich sage Dank für den guten Service und das gute Frühstück!

It need of geberal repairs both rooms we used had broken shower doors. Out room had broken drawer in bathroom. My sons room had a dent in bathroom door tgat looked like a punch mark. The reception area lovely as new furniture from photos on web site hopefully they are working around the rooms. Vreakfast got progressively smaller each day first day had cold meat next 2 days none third day no bread. Having paid a low price for Paris I didn't worry too much about breakfast but the danage and cleanliness of stairs poor

Hôtel bien placé, à 5mn à pieds du Moulin Rouge et au pied de Montmartre. Hormis l'emplacement, la chambre est très petite, la salle d'eau exiguë, le matelas du lit est creusé au milieu, le papier toilette de mauvaise qualité et pas en grande quantité, la température de l'eau de la douche varie seule, l'insonorisation est faible, l'approvisionnement du petit déjeuner s'arrête tôt et il faut aller demander au personnel pour du jus d'orange ou de l'eau dans la cafetière. Personnel agréable et arrangeant mais ne parlant pas bien français. Pour résumer, ça fait le taf, mais c'est vraiment pas dingue !
