Peach Tree Inn & Suites

We stayed in a suite on the back of the property. There was a BBQ pit, picnic table, & chairs on the small patio. Many deer observed early morning & evening. Perfect for relaxing!

Was very clean. I bring plug ins along with me .. glad I did , the room was clean , yet there was an old building smell to it. The pool had bugs in it. Hot tub was out of order. . We were only needing the room for one night, so it met our every need with a clean shower and clean bed with clean linens. Was within 15 minutes to the ranch we were there to see. Thank you Peach tree inn for your accommodations.

There are some duplex cabins immediately behind the office but others around the back of the property. We stayed in the back. It had a gorgeous, private area with lots of trees, yard, bbq pits, fire pits, tables and chairs. Was very quiet and comfortable. We were surprised when we entered our room to find a full kitchen, separate dining and living areas, snd even a welcoming bottle of wine on the table.

Clean rooms everyday. Quiet place. Full kitchen was nice to have. A great place to stay. A lot to do in the area! My room was in the back near the creek.

We enjoyed our stay, the king size bed room was big and had a sofa bed if needed. The court yard was a nice place to sit and relax in at the end of a great day shopping and listening to live music. This is a very walkable location to Main Street. As an older motel, it has covered parking for most rooms which is great if a random hail storm pops up.

The room was in a small house and the guest laundry was just next door. It was great because we were on a motorcycle and it was so convenient. The location was great and it was very comfortable. The only very small issue was that we could have used a bigger bar of soap or a second bar It barely made it through our showers and we didn’t have anything to wash our hands.it is just a minor thing but it was over 100 degrees and looking forward to a good shower. The desk crew were great. We appreciated the cookies and chocolate covered pretzels

The only issues we had was the pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. There is no seating for the continental breakfast. And the serving area small. So you are on top of each other when trying to get your food. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. While an older place our accommodations were larger than expected. Despite the other issues it was a nice stay.

This hotel was so clean and cozy. Beautiful place to sit outside on deck and watch the deer and hear the birds. Property is very beautiful and well maintained. The room was super clean and cute. I Recommend this cute place.

Very clean and charming room. Really spacious. Decorated to make you feel at home. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Office had a variety of interesting crafts. Would highly recommend.

This is an older style motel. VERY clean. Very spacious. Price was very good as well.

Room was clean, sheets on bed had stains. Breakfast was store bought muffins, no hot breakfast. Coffee was colored water. We have a 10 lb dog, it was 20 extra a night. I know it cost 75 to a 100 a night at other places, This is why we stayed here.

Clean, quiet, good price

Basic accomidations. Clean, quiet, nostalgic, affordable. Nice pool and hot tub, grounds well kept. Room anemities were surely lacking. Small antique tea cups provided for morning coffee. Miss matched and chipped wine glasses. No lighting controls, on / off only, and very bright. Large room bare of furnishings, no closet nor drawer space for clothing. Living out of your suitecase here. Expected more, got less.

I had a higher expectation because of the reviews. It’s a small property in a good location, but not well maintained. Our room wasn’t particularly clean, but Air Conditioner did not work well in the beds are not very comfortable.

The staff called early in the evening to verify our arrival time as they don't have a 24/7 front desk. They have carports to park in if your vechile fits and cute front sitting areas. The room was more spacious than we expected and the bathroom was vert nice. Plenty of room and the area was very quiet.

Walkable to main street area, overall it was nice. No frills place. Ask to stay further back to avoid street noise.

The room was amazing, very charming with the antiques. Very clean love that my room was so large with the kitchen and living room area. Was a little noisy because I was close to the street and there was construction going on right across the street, but other than that I will definitely come back to stay again when I come to Fredericksburg.

Clean room, comfortable bed, COLD AC, and the max shower pressure! Even though it is an older motel, everything was well cared for and in excellent condition. Only improvement would be updated furniture and some drawer space. Excellent location and best price for where it is at to Main St. Would definitely come back.

Quiet, internet was very slow or didn't work sometimes. The Expedia info stated the room would accomodate 6, which is not true

We got a 2 room suite. The bed was comfortable. The place is a bit dated an needs repair. Had to sit sideways on the toilet as it was too close to the sink.

We stayed in a suite this time. It was roomy and met our needs perfectly. We could walk to Main street for shopping and dinner. It was quiet and relaxing. The room has a porch with chairs for chilling.

AC did not reach the back of the room where the bed was. Room was very hot. Sign on the wall said we couldn’t turn ac down so we were left to sleep in uncomfortable conditions.

Based on the cost and level of friendliness, this is a 5 star stay. The bed might creek and you could run out of hot water if you run it too long, but you will not regret your stay. Lovely people!

The front desk could have been nicer. There could have been more towels or storage for towels. The walls are super thin. Great location!

This is a great little place to stay in Fredericksburg. The location is fantastic - very walkable to Main St and the sights. The lady who checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable; the lady at the desk in the morning was friendly but couldn’t recommend any sites or museums which is kind of a requirement if you work at the front desk. Luckily there was an amazing Visitors Center in town and their staff helped us out.

I have made reservations for two nights and I sent a message to the property letting him know we were traveling late and it would be well after midnight before we got there never got a response to the message but went ahead and went to the property. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying due to short staff the office was closed until 8:00 a.m. but for assistance call this number. I called the number several times never got an answer and it had a voicemail that has not been set up so I sent them a message still no response sat in the parking lot for an hour in the middle of the night then finally decided to just go somewhere else we were tired and wanted to get some sleep. I called Expedia told them the situation and asked for a refund. The lady at Expedia talked to the hotel manager who said that they would only refund one night because the first night was a no-show! How is it a no-show on my end when I sat there trying to reach the hotel staff and was unsuccessful and had to pay out of pocket for another room! On top of that when we got to the property we weren't even sure if it was still operating because the property looked abandoned. The only good thing that came out of this experience was the wonderful hotel we ended up staying at. Very disappointed in the customer service for this place and Will never make reservations for this hotel again

Clean, reasonably priced and great staff.

The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate our family, we had reserved two rooms and not only did they place us next to each other fir convenience but they upgraded our room to suites for no additional charge! Rooms were clean and cozy! There were picnic tables, grills and additional outdoor seating with plenty of place for family to gather and little ones to play. We were only in town one night but would definitely come back for a longer stay next time!

Everything was wonderful! My room was clean and the pool was very nice! The front desk clerks were both very helpful and kind! I got a complimentary bottle of wine and a room upgrade for it was my birthday! I even a second night because it was so nice and relaxing! It really was magical at The Peachtree Inn! I will definitely be staying there again when i go to fredericksburg! 💛

The house we stayed in was excellent. Very clean with plenty of room, closet space, towels, etc. Large washer and dryer, if needed, every room came with a covered parking space for your vehicle! Where else do you get that? Large yard area for your service dog or pet. Inn is located close to Main Street. Will definitely stay here again!

BEST place to stay in Fredericksburg!! Less than a 5 min walk from Main Street dining and shopping venues and Admiral Nimitz Museum. Super comfortable room, quiet, safe, amazing private parking space.

The room was vintage and very spacious. It was clean and super close to all the restaurants and shops in the main street of Fredericksburg.

We stay here all the time as our halfway point when traveling and absolutely love this place. The beds are always so comfy. The staff is amazing and kind and we love the cats lol. Super peaceful and located right by all the downtown action.

The cleanliness was superb and the room setup was really nice with a large shower. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. There was not much to choose from.

Tremendous value compared to other area options. Motel has a vintage ambiance. Attractive, spacious room with all the amenities and comfortable bed. My room had a carport. Some rooms have kitchens. Houses with full kitchen also available. Friendly staff. Just short walk to restaurants and shopping area. Short drive to Enchanted Rock and scenic drives through hill country. Continental breakfast one of best I've had with lots of options and premium pastries from local bakery. I'll be returning in the spring for bluebonnet season.

I had requested a quiet room, but the first room assigned was on the corner of the highway and another street. Fortunately the receptionist changed the room, which was quieter and clean. However, there wasn't a real breakfast, or a place sit and eat, just a coffee bar with pastries and cereal which had to be taken back to the room to eat. Also thought the room was very basic, and was probably built many years ago.

Breakfast? NOT! What they did have was awful (blamed COVID! for lack of a decent breakfast). They did put out the worse grade cereal from WalMart they could buy - no cheerios, no raisin bran, no fruit, no juice. Then they put a note on the office door for days saying they were short staffed so no room service available. I told the front desk that it was unacceptable - so they managed to clean the room. This is definitely not a "9 " category stay. Wish I had gone to a real hotel - Inn on Barons Creek was just across the street!! Truly disappointing for the price paid.
