Motel 6 Columbus OH - OSU North

So you overbooked yourself by allowing walk-ins over people who reserved and paid two months in advance and had your lobby door locked, which you shouldn’t have and your customer service front desk agent whoever kept trying to talk over me while trying to figure out why I don’t have my room that I paid for two months in advance either you need to figure your stuff out or find a new front of house staff! NEVER BOOKING WITH MOTEL 6 AGAIN.

Room was dirty and pictures didn’t look like the property

The fridge had some kind of brown substance on the bottom and the freezer had old ice cream that had mold and look like its been in the freezer for a while but other then that the room was okay and the beds where not comfortable but okay. The staff was okay too but I couldn’t understand the staff on what he was talking to me about when I checked in to the room.

I left due to unclean sheet. Requested a refund!

Terrible. Plumbing is awful. Changed rooms 3 times because of toilet. They also will take your deposit and kick you out at anytime they want. Does not matter if you paid. The man who owns it is VERY. His wife has a disrespectful mouth.
