The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The outside near the firepits are a wonderful place to have a sip of wine and talk. We will return and recommend the Stable Inn to others.

Great property, cute well appointed room. We stayed here because there was free onsite parking but we arrived back at our room around midnight and was told its first come first serve because sometimes guests have other guests...which is an awful policy. Assign a parking spot per room or something.

So cute! Rooms are clean and themed/decor. Parking is tight and if Inn is booked, not every car has a spot. Street parking is available, however.

gorgeous, quaint, adorable with every amenity you could possibly need. everything worked as it should. smores were delicious, fire pits were lit. Rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained. The snacks and water/tea/coffee available in the tack room was so nice.

Very clean, great condition, tastefully decorated in a modern central coast ranch flavor style. No frills comfort and quiet location. Family friendly staff. Porch benches and outdoor fire pits with Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the evenings. Minimal breakfast but coffee/tea/water available round the clock in the casual sitting room off the lobby. Great value!

Overall, the property is very cute. However, I found the room to be very basic, and had a bit of an odd stench inside, as in not very fresh smelling. The bathroom was so small you had to position your legs towards the bathroom door, because of you sat on the toilet straight, they would hit the wall. The water pressure and temperature fluctuated enough where it was uncomfortable to take a shower, and the showerhead and the shower control were on opposite sides of the shower, which made adjustments difficult. This could be a really nice resort if they put a little bit more thought in planning and money into it. But for $200 a night, not sure I will return.

We have stayed here several times. Staff is always salty. Outdoor space is well thought out for being so small. Breakfast is usually out by 8:30. Rooms are clean.

This is always our first choice when staying in Paso. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, it’s nice to wind down after a long day and sip wine by the fire pits. We love how close it is to town and the fact that they are dog friendly seals the deal!

It was very clean and the accommodations were just right. The continental breakfast was nice, I just wish they would add orange juice or another juice to their breakfast items. I would also like to add that they try and fix the ac noise, it can be quite loud. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Great stay at Stables Inn, the rooms are modern and clean. We love that we can bring our dog with as well. Convenient location with lots of walkable options. Only issue is the Wifi can be quite spotty at times. Staff extremely helpful and nice, will come back.

It was nice but not excellent. Three things were bothersome: the blinds didn’t darken the room sufficiently, the porch light was on all night keeping us away, we couldn’t make any of the channels on the tv wie and there were no instructions how to operate it. The place should Install curtains at the least to keep the porch lights out of the room at night

Nice & clean place. Bathroom & shower very small, but appeared as advertised. 4-stars for this quaint, quiet, friendly place with a laid-back Paso Robles feel. Easy walk (4 blocks) to beautiful city park square - with amazing range of eateries, drink/wine options, eclectic shops. Loved our stay!

Staff is friendly and very helpful . The property and rooms are nice. Our issue was the bed mattress had been destroyed. It was so soft my 120lb wife was sunk in hole a foot below me. Hopefully just something recent and a staff oversight.

Like the other reviews say it’s really cute. The rooms are redone recently but tiny. Super clean. Cute fire pit are but it’s in the middle of the paved parking. This is a tiny motel on a busy street near strip malls. The price for the rooms is fair. They do a nice little continental breakfast with coffee that is great instead of the nasty brown water that most hotel breakfasts serve. The bathrooms are small. The set up of the control on the opposite wall from the shower head makes it have less usable space. Shower head is very nigh for short people. Towels are like everyone says , super thin. Come on hotel you can order nice thick towels at Sam’s club for under 10.00. For the money it’s a good place to stay just don’t expect hotel like stays. The AC and room refrigerator were also very loud.

The staff was distant and disinterested. Despite my having notified them in advance about my service animal, they gave me a standardized form to sign that appeared to be trying to intimidate guests who might bring pets without proper certification. Not at all well-handled. Won't be returning.

Very cute spot to stay, will stay again! Nice rooms with extra touches (cute mini fridge, campfire mugs and wine glasses, complimentary bottled water). The included breakfast area was great (coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, Bundt cake). We enjoyed sitting by the fire at night and for breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is small, downtown paso close to the library and park. The rooms are remodeled, small but cute. The check in was quick. The room was spotless clean. My only complaints was that the bed was hard and there was a bright light outside the window that disturbed my sleep. The breakfast was local Jobella coffee, (yum), tea, yogurt and a cake.

The beds were comfortable, lots of fluffy pillows too! I was impressed that even tho the property sits on a main street you could not hear the traffic in the rooms. Breakfast was perfect, coffee, yogurt and coffee cake. And there was tea available in the evening which was nice to sip by the outdoor fire pits. I especially liked that they have an EV charger so I was able to top off my car before I headed home. It is a short walk to downtown about 3 blocks with lots of shops and restaurants, so very convenient.

This is a small hotel in downtown Paso. While the rooms are small they are set up to allow spots to store your clothes and other items. Breakfast is a good coffee (always important) and bunt cake. Great location and friendly staff.
