The hotel is nice. Clean, safe. Parking was difficult but manageable. I know for a fact the staff stole my chargers I left there but when I called and asked about it after I left they told me they didn’t find them. Overall okay experience.

My mom and I stayed here just for 1 night, however we wish we stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful. We loved how cute and colorful the room and decor were. Davi, who checked us in was very friendly, sweet and accommodating. She showed us the outdoor patio and bar and welcomed us to join the bar later as she also is the bartender :) The hotel is in a great location with lots of parking. The beds were so comfy, the bathroom had a huge shower with strong water and just overall the room was so great. I really wish we were staying there longer! We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come back again.

Stayed in May. Room was very clean, staff was excellent. Management, however, needs some training in communication. Booked a room, was told shuttle would take me anywhere. Not the case, only for the airport. Ok, booked a ride to the airport several days in advance and it was cancelled without any notifications to me at all. Two drivers, neither would be in that day. If I hadn’t called to confirm the shuttle, I would t have known and probably would have missed my flight. Get it to together, communicate, inform your staff of the do’s and dont’s. Staff was great, I don’t blame them for not knowing.

Great rooms great breakfast and bar

Our hotel room was very clean. Everything was in its place and very well stocked with towels and bed linens.

When we checked in our room was not made up and we were told no other rooms were available. The front desk then jumped through some hoops and after moving some people around to found us a new room, but only after we said we were leaving. Our room was then very hot and actually many people were complaining to the front desk about their rooms being very hot The next morning we couldn’t eat breakfast because they simply had no plates. They just didn’t seem prepared to have a full house.

Shower had what looked like mold in the top and curtains had stains someone left a bowl in the sink and didn’t clean it and overall at night sounded like a machine was running all night made it hard to sleep so try and not get room 121

It was an excellent hotel room--large, clean, quiet--and the service was also excellent.

I checked in late, alone with two small children that want to swim with the team mates that also booked at the hotel and get food. We put our bags in the room only taking enough time to put swimsuits on and leave. Once we got back and I had the chance to look at our room it was dirty everywhere. My youngest child is 3 nonverbal/autistic keeping any 3 year old away from touching anything in that room would have been exhausting! My son wants to see and touch everything it was a very touristy for him to be so limited by me and exhausting for me. Hairs everywhere in the bathroom, nail clippings, dirt clumps and bobby pins were in the room, the outside of air vent was covered in dust. And the bedskirt was beyond gross hair, lint, stains & who knows what else - with that I was told by the manager they are changed out quarterly! There was something spilled on the nightstand and side of bed along with the curtains were even being dirty. I was asked to understand they are doing renovations but the condition of our room had absolutely nothing to do with on going renovations. I was advised I would be refunded for the one night stay but it seems that was swept under the rug. I couldn’t be relocated because of the time of my call and it being only one night stay. Would not recommend.

We rented a 2 bedroom suite and a studio. The suite never cooled off below 77 degrees. It was hot and stuffy! The studio had only one tv, and it was broken.

No clock in room

The room’s heating system was malfunctioning, despite the thermostat being set to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. Throughout the night, the temperature never rose above 65 degrees, causing significant sleep disturbances. The low temperature, exacerbated by windchill, made the room feel much colder than it actually was.

Very nice stay. Clean, comfortable room with a great bed and a great shower. Very happy with the accomodations. Breakfast was great.

We traveled for Thanksgiving. We prepare part of the dinner in our hotel room, which is why this hotel was selected. The kitchen was fabulous, access in and out was easy for my 96 year-old mother, and everything was great.

Nice set up, I liked the suites with full kitchen. Was able to cook in my room instead of eating out every night which was a huge plus. Room was clean and spacious.

The staff is very friendly and I had car issues - they helped me get my room even after Expedia canceled my reservation even tho I had spoken to an employee at the hotel. She understood I was having car issues and knew I was getting there late.. I have issues with Expidia canceling my room but that's a different story.

The staff was great freindly, polite, and very accommodating. May the stay very pleasant.

Was not happy that we had booked back in November for a girls trip with 2, 2 bedroom rooms only to check in and they not longer available. Makes for a very upset check in upon arrival and disappointment to our trip. Would not recommend again.

I will NEVER use this place and I will not recommend it I had to stay in a hotel due to some work being done in my home Anyway the work was extended so I needed a couple extra days So I asked if there was availability I was told No so I was looking for another place and this place popped up and said it have rooms So I booked it I called the front desk and was told I could remain in same room and all was well Then the next morning 2 managers knock on the door saying they are not honoring my booking because there was complaints of an odor of weed I was there with my children There was nothing of the such going on in my room The original manager that checked me in was amazing I would give her 5 stars This is a really nice place it’s very accommodating especially for some in my predicament I honestly believe the manager was angry because he told me there was no rooms and I went and found out that there was so they made any excuse they could find

The property was in a convenient spot. It is close to the interstate which made the coming and going easily accessible.

The property was wonderful Anything that was requested was taken care of. We travel with 6 people so towels and pillows are always an extra request they didn’t even hesitate There was a college swim team staying and they managed to keep breakfast stocked with a very large demand
