The location was perfect. The corner unit gave amazing views of the beach and ocean. Easy access via either elevator or stairs. We will definitely be back!

Location was right by the beach, has a great beach access with rinse station. Condo was clean and had lots of kitchen amenities. We would definitely return.

This unit was well equipped and clean with a location perfect for our needs. The beach was not overly crowded and we met many nice people from our building. The pool was equipped with plenty of chairs and friendly for all ages, however the hot tub was very small. We all enjoyed our stay.

The condo was equipped with everything we needed to get started with our stay. Great view of the water, easy access to the room and parking lot, and the gated entry to the property and room made it feel very safe. Good quick communication with the host as well

The pictures of the condo do it justice, however upon check in, we were greeted with a very strong moldy/mildew smell. It was so bad that we had to leave the AC running with all the fans on and exit the unit for some time before returning. Upon walking into the property as well, the entry way rug was damp and smelled of mold and mildew, a smell that got worse as you walked into the living room where the rug was also damp. The following day we got an unexpected visit from an insurance adjuster (without being notified by the property management company beforehand) who join entering told us she was there to inspect a large amount of water damage. As soon as I notified the property management company they sent out two maintenance individuals to remove the damp rugs out of the condo and the bottom of each rug had visible mold and mildew growing on it- which then explained the smell. The property would have been really nice if it had been properly cared for after such an incident. I will absolutely not be returning to stay at this condo or the property. For the 3 (out of planned 5 days) that we were there was only one functioning elevator and some residents told us they’d been waiting a while to get it fixed.. it just seems like they’re not customer centric therefore will not have my or my family’s visit again.

My family and I visited Tidewater #109 for our summer vacation, and it was exactly as it appeared on the website. The accommodations were great meeting all of our needs and expectations. Access to the beach was easy. Children loved the pools. This facility is very family oriented, and we will definitely stay again in the future.

Condo was perfect, great access to beach, patio over looking the ocean perfect, would definitely go back. My only negative is one elevator was always out of order our entire stay, sometimes you waited a good 5 minutes

Perfect condo and property! Bed were comfortable and perfect for my family of 6! Pools were nice and clean! Elevators were fast, carts were helpful.

Had some trouble with the door code when we got there, called the number provided and they gave us a new code, floors were dirty, hair in showers and sand on the couches. The location was great though.

Overall my family had a nice trip to Orange Beach, but we would not stay at this condo again due to the cleanliness and routine updates/maintenance needed. We observed mold filling up the inside of one of the bath tub nozzles, an air vent, and on the jets of the spa tub in the master bath. It smelled a bit off when we got in initially so my husband was able to check the ac filter and it was definitely in need of replacement. Also, if we went outside on the balcony barefoot, our feet were coated in a black substance. A toilet was running pretty continuously too. I did bring some of these items to the attention of management while we were there and they did respond quickly and asked if they could come address some of the items while we were there to which we said no as we didn’t want maintenance in and out in our vacation, especially since we had napping age children. Thankfully most of our time was spent at the beach, but I generally felt uncomfortable in the condo due to these things and just made me wonder what else wasn’t regularly kept up.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain liner was not changed out by the cleaners. Had to call. The mattress and bathroom floor tile needs cleaning and renovation. Beach Ball property's customer service is great. They earned the rating.

We recently spent a week at this Tidewater property during the off season and it was the perfect place to getaway and decompress. If you had one or two small kids of course there are bunk beds too. The unit is super clean and nicely decorated had all the amenities you would expect, comfortable furniture and bed, coffee makers, cooking utensils and pans, washer and dryer, etc. And best off all of course was just sitting on the balcony enjoying the breezes and the sunrises and sunsets while reading a book. We will definitely go again.

AC and appliances were good. Dust on bath vent intake had not been cleaned in years. AC intake cover had a caking of dust on it. No linens were provided for sofa sleeper. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was furnished. Patio door would not lock. Batteries in TV remote were low and sporadic. About as average as a beach condo can be since it is over 30 years old....and it shows

We shared this 3 bedroom condo with another couple for 6 weeks and it worked great. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was super convenient. We were located close to activities and restaurants. The building was kept up really well and the beach view and access was perfect! The unit was mostly equipped well for everything we needed for our stay. Our only suggestion…It would have been nice to have a better working vacuum so we could keep the floors cleaner during our long stay. We would highly recommend this condo for families or multiple couples.

It was pretty and clean w a good view. But there's no comfortable seating and the mattress sinks way down in the middle. Wouldn't stay here again unless these things are changed.

This place is very small. The living area is nice size. The bathroom is very tiny. No safety handle to get in and out of shower as the tub is very deep. The bathroom needs updated. The bedroom is tiny. It has a king bed in it. The only way the bedroom and bathroom door will shut is if the bed is shoved against the wall. The king bed is awful. Without even getting in it you can see it sags in the middle. Once in the bed becomes a twin as you roll to the middle unless you hold onto the side of bed. This bed should be replaced as it's very old or cheap. Queen would work much better in here. No way would I have 6 people in here. Dining room only has 4 chairs. Bar stools are very uncomfortable.

The condo was very nice & clean. The only thing I would say we weren’t 100% on was the bed & how it fit in the room. It was very big which we love but for the room size it isn’t exactly ideal. We weren’t able to close the bedroom door at all due to the bed being in the way. Even still it was a great condo.

Nice condo unit. Bed was really comfortable! Nice furnishings, furniture. Couch could stand to be cleaned though. Everything else was in great shape. Great view of the Gulf.

We found the condo very nice, a few things to point out! The queen bed mattress was not very comfortable, the bathroom shower/bath handle/knob was broken. We were able to turn it on anyway!On a positive, the kitchen was pretty stocked with great pots and pans!

Very cute, nice condo. Bit tiny for 4 adults, but 2 adults and 2 kids would fit great. Would rent again for sure!

Location was perfect for us. Directly across from the Shrimp Basket and Sweet Cone ice cream. Condo was plenty for the 2 of us. Nice to have the option of a coffee pot AND a keurig. Fridge is picky on staying cold enough - note on fridge explains more. And the king size bed has a pretty big dip in the middle. Other than that, our 5 day stay was just the reset we needed.

The location was great. There was a roach on the glass door when we arrived, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. The staff were very nice when I called to let them know the dishwasher wouldn't start but we had it loaded and turned on per their instructions. We also had to call before checking in since we arrived 20 minutes early. They were polite but the text they sent me to let me know the unit was ready didn't go through. Nice kitchen & decor, but could use more light. We would stay in this unit again.

Plenty of room for our family of 5. The unit was very clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location of this building is great for the area and the smaller size makes it less crowded on the beach. Great communication with host making for easy check in/out. Be prepared to bring your own trash bags, hand soap, coffee filters, cooking spray, and salt/pepper.

We had a booking hiccup the day of check in but the agent made sure to get us an amazing stay and make things right. We had a great stay in the end. I would book again.

We arrived at our condo to find it occupied by someone who had booked through another option and arrived first. Luckily, the host found us a hotel room on the beach close to the condo we had booked. The hotel was nice and people were very accommodating. Other than the absence of a private bedroom and a kitchen, we made the best of it and had a good time. Note to self - in the future, make extra efforts to personally contact the host multiple times and don't trust automatic messaging.

Exactly what the condo said it offered! Great location we were able to walk to various restaurants and stores! Condo was actually ready HOURS before actual check in time - which was a nice surprise!! Definitely coming back again & staying in this condo 😊

Great stay; dryer didn’t work. I didn’t much mind that, but when I reported it, the property manager indicated that they would assist and then did not, thus 4 stars instead of 5. Great condo, great place.

Beautiful property and easy access to the beach. Friendly staff and very helpful. Close to Sweet Cone Alabama which was super delicious, and not far from Mikee's which had all you can eat crab legs, but go early because after 4:30, the line was out the door. Our family enjoyed everything about Tidewater 301. The only thing that we could have said about improving our stay was the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned in a while and someone's socks were left under the curtain in the master bedroom. All three bedrooms/ bathrooms were a plus though. Loved our Tidewater stay and we will definitely use Tidewater again. Thanks for making our mini vacay GREAT!

Convenient location, easy access to condo and parking. Would recommend earplugs or a noise machine for anyone staying in the front bedroom. Trash chute was right beside room and people throw away trash all hours of the night. Who knew?! Other than that, everything was great!

This condo is awesome and in a great location. Our family of five with two adult sons was able to stay comfortably in this three bedroom condo. I can’t imagine there is a better located condo. Not only is it right on the beach but there is a grocery store within short driving distance and several restaurants nearby. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need.
