The property- my room> was all absolutely spotless, modern and light in decor. All staff, in the hotel-restaurant-bar were great and fun to chat with. That included arranging same day laundry service and arranging my taxi for the airport. By far one of the best places I have ever stayed in CDMX!

We had to change rooms because our first room, although having a great view, had a horrible noise problem. It was mostly due to poor insulation. The windows in this hotel do not fully seal. Our next room had the same issue but it wasn’t facing the street so it was quieter and of course now no view. I also asked for tissues 4 times for my girlfriend who didnt feel well and they kept saying they would bring it up and never did. When I told them about this at check out they said they thought I said tshirt. I don’t really believe this though because each time I asked I made the movement for sneezing. Otherwise the hotel is nice and in a good location close to restaurants and transportation.

Also stayed a few years ago- it had not changed much. I think a refresh is in order. Street side is noisy. The lighting is dim. Electrical outlets inconveniently placed on the headboard. Turn-around shower. TV control is strange and Wi-Fi is weak. Very clean. Staff is nice.

Room was a good size and very clean. Good climate control. Quiet for the most part. Breakfast was okay, with a buffet of Mexican cuisine and custom made eggs and pancakes. Would have been nice to have some regular croissants and whole wheat bread.

I rate the property at three star… Some staff was very friendly. Front desk not so much. Housekeeping was amazing and technical support for our TV was also amazing and very prompt. Unfortunately, we did have to call front desk several times to fix our TV.

I was not able to check-in upon arrival because there was an issue between Hotels.com and the hotel. I was informed that payment to the hotel had not been issued, despite having prepaid for the room. The hotel required that I contact Hotels.com to rectify the issue. This took about 45 mins of my time.

Place is very safe and functions well for basic hotel needs. The hotel sits on a very busy street. If you are planning to use the subway it is very conveniently located two blocks from the line 3 station. Two blocks from nice restaurants and bars of Roma. The immediate area is not charming but just a few blocks away from the very nice area of Roma.

Convenient location for metro 3 which lets you explore some key points of interests. Entrance and lobby are very nice, Rooms are not luxurious but spacious. Just be aware that the A/C is loud but it actually helped us as it drowned out the street noises at night ( cars, ambulances as the hotel is next to hospital). Breakfast is the same every day which is a shame but has options for everyone and staff is nice.
