You could not get a more convenient location to access the famous attractions at Pisa. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the front desk is always staffed and the bar always open. In the nice weather, breakfast outside is very pleasant. Pisa itself doesn’t have too many other attractions, but Pisa San Rossore train station is a short walk. We found a day trip to Lucca was worthwhile and easily done.

Sin duda lo mejor, si vas a alojarte una sola noche , es la ubicación, al lado de la Torre + Catedral. Es un gran hotel con habitaciones espaciosas y uno de los mejores cuartos de baño y ducha que hemos tenido en todo el viaje. Si vas con coche tienen parking privado bien de precio. Cómo y limpio. Todas las chicas muy agradables. El desayuno un poco justo aunque nos hicieron unos capucinos espectaculares y otro pero es si te toca habitación con vistas a la calle, es una vía muy frecuentada por vehículos y se oyen demasidado, con ruido de los botes de alcantarillas incluidos.

We loved our stay at this place. This is stones throw away from Pisa Tower complex. Few mins walk and you are welcomed by the breathtaking view of the tower and church. The staffs were really nice. The place was very clean. Parking was very imp to us, since we drove from rome. They have ample parking in the compound. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely hotel within a few minutes walk of the main sites in Pisa - literally around the corner. Clean and comfortable with very helpful staff and recommendation of good restaurants away from the tourist trail. No lift unfortunately but we were offered an alternative equivalent room on the ground floor which was excellent.

Lovely staff and great location. Room however was disappointing. TV didn’t work well. Mould in the shower. Marks all over the walls. No spare sockets so had to unplug lamps to charge phones. Air con tempermental. No windows except in bathroom. Patio Doors frosted so no view. Didn’t realise I was staying in an annex building. Lots of mosquitos. Stayed in Italy a week and was fine but between us over 30 bites in one evening including my 4 year old which made her poorly on the flight home.

Was a nice hotel with good character. Few things that let it down. Although the general room was clean there were a few areas that weren’t like the bathroom in places with a Silverfish that we discovered (luckily on the last day). We were staying at the front room and unfortunately could hear people coming and going plus the reception which is just outside the door (although that can’t be helped)

Sehr gute Lage, der schiefe Turm ist quasi um die Ecke. Freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer. Die Holzfenster besitzen keine Dichtung - daher ist das Zimmer nicht leise. Im Bad gab es Schimmelspuren in der Dusche. Das Frühstück mußte man am Vortag bestellen. Wurst, Käse und Ei nur gegen Aufpreis. Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen!

The Presidential Suite was a 2 bedroom at the front of the building on a very noisy street. No elevator so had to lug a huge suitcase up 2 flights of stairs and we're in our mid 60's. Surrounded by a medical learning center behind it so made access from behind on foot impossible unless you went completely around it. Desk gal was very nice but overworked as they had to deal with check-ins, guests and bartend.

Amazing location, but get a taxi if you’re coming from the train station…the streets of Pisa are not made for lugging cases! Room very small, bathroom a decent size. It was fine for us for one night, when we weren’t really there fore the hotel but a quick stopover. but any longer would have been too much of a squeeze.

We had a very very loud room right next to the busy street. Also very stuffy (hot) in the room with limited air circulation. The location of the hotel itself is however excellent- very short walk to the Leaning tower of Pisa. The breakfast buffet the next morning was good.

This was a very nice place to stay while in Pisa. The location was close to the train and the Tower of Pisa. The staff were all so friendly and there was a good selection for breakfast. It was quite hot during our trip and the air conditioner just could not keep the room very cool. The beds and pillows were a bit too firm for me but my husband didn’t mind. The noise from the road died down around 11 pm and then it got quiet. We would stay here again if it were a different time of year without the heat.

Very convenient; 7 minute walk to Tower of Pisa and many, many restaurants. We booked a balcony suite which had two bedrooms; one shared bathroom. Our room was along the Main Street and was quite noisy from passing loud motorcycles and cars. We weren’t able to use the balcony since it was so hot outside and it was in direct sun all day. Everything in the room was very clean. The spare room where the kids slept got super cold but the main room was hot (even though it had its own ac split) so we had to leave the opaque glass slider door open to let the cool air flow in to the main bedroom. We prepaid for breakfast and it was ok; mainly bready sweet pastries and fruit. We arrived about an hour before check in and the room was not quite ready but they had a little bar area so we got a couple of spritzes and sodas while we waited for about 30 minutes. Overall pretty good stay.

Lovely traditional hotel a short walk from the tower. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Our flight was cancelled late and night and thankfully the hotel had rooms available and were able to arrange 2 rooms for us very quickly at 1am. We couldn't have asked for better service - highly recommended.

I’m writing this in the middle of my stay because this place is nothing like what it advertises. Let’s start with the only positive: the building itself is charming, and the location is convenient, right near the Leaning Tower and plenty of restaurants. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. The rooms on the third floor are stiflingly hot — easily over 80°F inside, even when it’s only 64°F outside. There’s no air conditioning, and if you have a baby, this is not just uncomfortable—it’s potentially dangerous. My 10-month-old can’t sleep and is drenched in sweat. To make matters worse, the room is infested with mosquitoes, and my son is now covered in bites. When I asked the front desk for bug spray, they handed me a plug-in device that requires an adapter—yet they don’t supply one. Completely useless. The staff’s attitude has been indifferent at best, dismissive at worst. Between the suffocating heat, the mosquito problem, and the lack of basic amenities or empathy, this place is absolutely not suitable for families or children. Calling this establishment a “hotel” feels borderline deceptive. Save yourself the stress, especially if you’re traveling with a baby or young kids. This is one of the worst “hotels” I’ve ever stayed in, and I couldn’t be more disappointed.

Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasn’t a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination.

The staff at this hotel are the best. They are so friendly, kind, helpful and genuine. We enjoyed the best cappuccinos each morning. Each one had a special message hand decorated in chocolate on the top. The staff organized a shuttle for us to the airport and made some excellent restaurant suggestions. All sites, restaurants and transportation are so close by. There is a choice of two lovely garden areas or an inside area to enjoy your breakfast. The room was beautifully decorated with a chandelier and a fresco on the ceiling. Our two night stay was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely come again.

Lovely small hotel in a quiet area. It's very convenient short walk for the tower, city wall and many other attractions. Room was a really good size, very comfortable bed and we could just see the tower from the room too. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant location for visiting the centre of Pisa (7 minute walk to the Baptistery, Cathedral and Leaning Tower). Plenty of nice street restaurants to choose from. Staff were exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was very fresh and just what we had ordered.

Väldigt fint hotell 5 min från lutande tornet. Busshållplats precis utanför om man ska åka till tågstationen. Vi fick en vindsvåning. Väldigt mysigt men hotellet har ingen hiss. Frukost fick man välja själv utifrån en lista. Varm mat såsom äggröra, bacon kostar extra. Samma om du vill ha ost eller skinka. Ingår marmelad och nutella.

We only stayed a night in Pisa, which was about right. The hotel was a fantastic old building around a 5 minute walk to the tower and cathedral. The check-in was lovely and the room was exactly as we expected. Lovely balcony off the second room. Breakfast, maybe a little disappointing. But every member of staff we spoke to was quite lovely.
