Paola, die Besitzerin ist einfach super nett. Sie hilft mit Tipps und Vorschlägen. Das Haus liegt in der Altstadt und fast alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad sauber. Frühstück reichlich, kann man auswählen was man möchte. Kann es nur empfehlen! Das Hotel ist im vierten Stock mit super Blick. Aufzug ist vorhanden.

The insides were beautifully done, you would never know this from the outside. extremely clean, beds were comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. Shower was fantastic pressure and hot. breakfast was a little trick to figure ordering out but man was it GREAT! They only downside to this was its EXTREMELY hard to find, more direction from hotel would have been great we walked around the blocks suitcase in tow 4 times before figuring it out. The entrance is in a back ally in a sunk in cove with metal green gates. You would never know its a hotel unless you are really payining attention to a tiny wall sign that says naplesuite suits. Even then how do you get in the metal gates? Call them and they can buz you in or i think she also said there is a buzzer out there you can ring#4.

We opted for airport transfer and that was well worth it. The hotel is only 50 meters from Via Toledo. Rafael greeted us street side and brought our luggage to the lift and got is situated in our nice room. Located at the heart of old town Naples, it is right where you want to be. With the holiday, All Saints Day, the city was hopping, it was an amazing experience. Paola and her husband made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our car to take us to our next stop, Sorrento.

This was a wonderful little hotel that allowed us a restful night, There were local pastries upon arrival and a lovely breakfast served to our room the next morning. Direction for parking and for finding the hotel were clear and simple. The hotel is located near the incredible Spagnoli shopping area which was a vibrant spot to people-watch and take in the culture. We also walked along the ocean and marina. It was a lovely overnight.

Fica numa pequena rua e com um grande portão, onde vc se comunica com interfone. Mas não foi difícil achar. O pessoal é bem cordial e direto e tem um bom café da manhã. Recomendo!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the two Juliette balconies that we could view the street from. It was a comfortable and quiet room with lots of space and modern bathroom. Air conditioning was quiet and easy to use. The smart tv and mini fridge with water were well appreciated as well. Breakfast had good choices and Paula arranged for it to come earlier as we had to leave by 8:30. I highly recommend this choice for anyone who wants to stay in the core of Naples as it is close to everything!

Very well located and absolutely spotless. We felt very welcomed and pampered from the very first moment. Breakfast is served in the room and it’s absolutely delicious. We could leave our luggage with them on the last day. This will definitely be our home every time we’re back in Naples from now on.

Bien propre et personnel agréable et serviable, problème, situé derrière une église qui sonne les cloches tous les 1/4 d’heure des 6H du matin et dabs une petite rue mal éclairée derrière la rue principale, peu de place dans la chambre pour prendre le petit déjeuner et obligatoirement dans la chambre , pas de verre dans la salle de bains, situé seulement au 4eme étage, si l’ascenseur tombe en panne c’est la catastrophe toutefois nous attribuons la note de 8/10 pour la localisation, l’amabilité du personnel et la propreté ainsi sue l’état neuf du logement.

Wir erhielten im Vorfeld genaue Informationen, wie die Unterkunft zu finden ist und waren zuerst verunsichert, weil das Gebäude und der Innenhof einen etwas schäbigen Eindruck gemacht haben. Als wir die Unterkunft selbst erreicht haben, waren wir dafür umso positiver überrascht. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Zimmer sehr ordentlich, das Bett super bequem - nur mit 2 Koffern hatten wir ein bisschen wenig Platz, aber für die 2 Tage, die wir in Neapel verbracht haben, völlig ok. Das Frühstück wurde auf einem Tablett ins Zimmer gebracht und man konnte im Vorfeld sein Menü zusammenstellen. Wir bekamen beim Check-in einen Stadtplan und eine kurze Einführung der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Unterkunft ist von der Lage her wirklich sehr gut - Spaccianspoli und die Quartieri Spagnoli liegen innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Altstadt ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Neapel ist laut, hektisch und ein bisschen vernachlässigt - das B&B bietet im Gegensatz dazu eine herrliche Oase der Ruhe, ordentlich und gepflegt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit Freunden und Familie weiterempfehlen!

Fint opphold i en sentral del av Napoli. Romslig og rent. God frokost, levert på rommet etter bestilling. Hyggelig personale. Eneste minus var relativt dårlig støydemping til gang og naborom - men for oss var dette ikke ett problem.

Staff was amazing and made us feel so welcomed. Sent me a bunch of recommandations on different restaurants and activities to do in the area. We loved the breakfast in the morning and were so impressed on the quantity of food! Very safe area of town and they sent us good info to find the hotel which can be a bit confusing at first. Unfortunetely, the AC in room 2 (Nacchere) didn't work at all, only blew warm air so the room was crazy hot being on the 4th floor. We made sure to book rooms with AC visiting Italy in July and August so this was a bit disapointing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NapleSuite! Paolo was extremely kind, personable, and helpful. She offered recommendations on places to go and even called a taxi for us to ensure that we were not overcharged. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The mattress was more comfortable than the one we have at home! We had several choices for breakfast, which was made and brought fresh each morning to our room by Maria. The room appeared to be pretty soundproofed. The area is safe, walkable and centrally located. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice and clean and the a/c worked great. The breakfast was fun to order and was right on time. We appreciated the great location, high ceilings, and pretty view from the little balcony. The hosts were also very responsive and even sent pictures with notes so we would know exactly how to find the hotel. They were warm and welcoming and gave us great service. Thank you!

It was excellent especially for the service. Gaia contacted me before arriving to make sure I had all the info needed to get there. Welcoming and check-in great 👍 Rooms are very clean and modern, quiet with no noise. The room was nice and clean and the a/c worked great. The breakfast was fun to order and was right on time. We appreciated the great location, high ceilings, and pretty view from the little balcony. The hosts were also very responsive and even sent pictures with notes so we would know exactly how to find the hotel. They were warm and welcoming and gave us great service. Thank you!

A fabulous little hotel with the best staff I've ever come across - they couldn't have been more helpful. The in room breakfast every morning, always served with a big smile, was the perfect start to the day. Sara's restaurant recommendations were on point too. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the two Juliette balconies that we could view the street from. It was a comfortable and quiet room with lots of space and modern bathroom. Air conditioning was quiet and easy to use. The smart tv and mini fridge with water were well appreciated as well. Breakfast had good choices and Paula arranged for it to come earlier as we had to leave by 8:30. I highly recommend this choice for anyone who wants to stay in the core of Naples as it is close to everything!

Naples was our first stop in a two week trip in Italy. Sara was extremely helpful! Before we arrived, she helped book a tour of Pompeii & Amalfi coast and arrange airport transfer for us. She met us curbside and was so welcoming! Because our tour left before breakfast, the staff arranged breakfast for us the night before. Sara also gave advice on things to do around town. Location was very convenient for us. The room was comfortable, a tad small for what Americans are used to but it was clean and had everything we needed.

Naplesuite was the best home away from home. It is centrally located, comfortable and so clean. The hosts were the best! They communicated with us prior to our stay. We get breakfast served in our rooms. Upon arrival, they met us outside to make sure we were ok. Both Paola and Raphael gave us great suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Thank you Paola, Raphael and your staff for taking care of us!

This was an outstanding choice and value for our stay in Naples and was in a very convenient location near tourist areas. The room was modern, spacious, and clean. If you book this property be sure to pay very close attention to the arrival instructions from the host, being it is a little tricky to find the first time.

The breakfast was a great way to start each day and Paola provided really helpful information on where to go and what to do in the area. With only 5 rooms coming back felt a little like coming home - no big hotel lobby or lines. The location is walkable to Spanish Quarter, the Centrico Storico (old city) and waterfront. Not to mention transit options. We loved it!

Bien propre et personnel agréable et serviable, problème, situé derrière une église qui sonne les cloches tous les 1/4 d’heure des 6H du matin et dabs une petite rue mal éclairée derrière la rue principale, peu de place dans la chambre pour prendre le petit déjeuner et obligatoirement dans la chambre , pas de verre dans la salle de bains, situé seulement au 4eme étage, si l’ascenseur tombe en panne c’est la catastrophe toutefois nous attribuons la note de 8/10 pour la localisation, l’amabilité du personnel et la propreté ainsi sue l’état neuf du logement.

Flotte, rene rom og frokost levert på rommet hver morgen gav en følelse av luksus. Vi anbefaler Naplesuites på det varmeste.

The insides were beautifully done, you would never know this from the outside. extremely clean, beds were comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. Shower was fantastic pressure and hot. breakfast was a little trick to figure ordering out but man was it GREAT! They only downside to this was its EXTREMELY hard to find, more direction from hotel would have been great we walked around the blocks suitcase in tow 4 times before figuring it out. The entrance is in a back ally in a sunk in cove with metal green gates. You would never know its a hotel unless you are really payining attention to a tiny wall sign that says naplesuite suits. Even then how do you get in the metal gates? Call them and they can buz you in or i think she also said there is a buzzer out there you can ring#4.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NapleSuite! Paolo was extremely kind, personable, and helpful. She offered recommendations on places to go and even called a taxi for us to ensure that we were not overcharged. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The mattress was more comfortable than the one we have at home! We had several choices for breakfast, which was made and brought fresh each morning to our room by Maria. The room appeared to be pretty soundproofed. The area is safe, walkable and centrally located. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful little hotel that allowed us a restful night, There were local pastries upon arrival and a lovely breakfast served to our room the next morning. Direction for parking and for finding the hotel were clear and simple. The hotel is located near the incredible Spagnoli shopping area which was a vibrant spot to people-watch and take in the culture. We also walked along the ocean and marina. It was a lovely overnight.

Overall we are pleased to stay in Napelsuite for a night. We booked this place as it also included breakfast, however, it was very basic - just bare bread with some egg and sweet jams, served in the room, so you end up eating on the bed because there is nowhere else to sit.

We had a great stay at Naplesuite in Naples! Beautiful clean rooms and exceptional service from the front desk, who provided a friendly welcome and great recommendations for our visit. Also, great service from the room attendant who brought breakfast to our room in the morning. We loved the location as well as all the nice areas of interest and restaurants were very walkable. I would highly recommend this small but very nice hotel for anyone visiting Naples!
