The tv was broken, and some random indian lady barged into the room out of nowhere. Room coneition overall felt like novotel, no privacy, never staying here again

The hotel is good; however, I do not believe it deserves a five-star rating. The towels in the rooms are very thin and rough, which does not meet the expected standard. In addition, the hotel’s Club Millésime does not offer the same benefits found in other Sofitel properties, such as exclusive check-in and check-out, a dedicated lounge, and exclusive breakfast.

Clean room and had a nice view of Burj Khalifa. The interior was well-designed with great furnishings. I particularly loved the swivel chair facing the Burj Khalifa view. Thanks to Ananda and Eric for helping me with my suitcase upon checkout.
