Nice property with beautiful views and mostly pleasant staff. We didn't get to use our spa credit because there were no appointments available at the spa while we were there. That was disappointing since we picked the place because we wanted to get massages. Restaurant was good but service was extremely slow. Robert was great at the pool and pool bar.

Wow! This is a great resort!! Nice view of Thunder Mountain with trail close by. Convenient location, plenty of parking. Pisa Lisa ( delicious! ) right across the street. Safeway grocery store across from resort. Beautiful grounds, quiet rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Pool and poolside bar/food service. Extras like luxe rafts for pool, yard games, ping pong table outside, hammocks, multiple fire pits. Also multiple places to walk around or sit and relax. Spa, restaurant onsite. Great value for the money!!

This was a nice place to stay! We really liked that there were 2 hot tubs on the property. And the fire pits were a nice touch too. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the property was close to the hiking trails we wantd to go on.

Just a very nice resort property, conveniently located along 89A in Sedona. Grove king room was spacious. Pool, hot tub are very nicely maintained. Breakfast at Rascal was first rate.

Beautiful property in a great location, easily accessible to hikes and downtown. Parking was simple, the grounds were pretty to walk around at in the evenings. We spent time at the pool which could get a bit crowded but seemed that everyone always had a seat. The service at the pool bar and the restaurant were great. This place has a lot to offer.

We absolutely loved this property! It has great amenities and a great location. We stayed here on a girls' trip, and it was perfect. It is a beautiful property with fire pits, an on-site restaurant, and many activities included (meditation, yoga, stargazing, etc.). The room was lovely, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. The central location was just 20 minutes from Verde Valley wine country and an easy drive to all the other things Sedona has to offer.

I had a 4 night stay this month and loved the property. I did note that renovations are needed and the care to rooms has been neglected. One example is the shower the grout between the tiles was filthy clearly it has been a really long time since someone paid attention. Also hard water stains all around the glass shower doors, the room was not vacuumed with service and linen was stained. That said the staff was very nice, helpful it was esp convenient to have a restaurant on the premises and stores within walking distance. The location was ideal for my trip, but it is surrounded by busy day to day life so if you looking for more secluded or in nature this stay is not for you. Thank you

Beautiful, clean, great service, updated rooms. They offer free extra’s from a refillable water bottle, to a star gazing party, live music at the bar, which is then moved outdoors. Attached restaurant had a great breakfast, with very fast service (especially for peak season and Sunday morning. Our single only complaint were the pillows. Just not fluffy enough or supportive. We both woke with sore necks and head aches.We will stay here again!

Our room was in the least desirable part of the property- located in a small area of the hotel directly on the parking lot and noisy road. In my opinion that was because we booked on Expedia. While the overall property is nice,our location felt inferior. Service was so so. Not once in our 4 night stay was the room vacuumed, the hand soap was not replaced and the sheets were never changed. We enjoyed the view sitting out back by the fire pits and could see how the experience would have been different if our room was back there with the majority of the rooms. Overall, just not on par with what we’ve come to expect for this price.

Ok so the staff were amazing, very eager to help and go the extra mile. Everything was close to this location. Furthers drive for us was about 20mins. The building (spa) we stayed in was filthy. Floors were dirty and the stairs, they were straight up nasty. Looked as tho they hadn’t been cleaned in a couple weeks. The bed was was so uncomfortably hard I couldn’t sleep on it. We would come back to this location and give them another chance just because the staff.

I got one of the basic rooms and my experience was very different from what is portrayed in the official hotel pictures. The hotel sits on a busy street in the middle of Sedona, next to a strip mall. The door of my room opened onto a depressing motel-style courtyard, and my window showed a view of the next building. The hotel restaurant overlooks the parking lot. To be fair, the majestic views shown in the official pictures do exist, IF you get a room in the back of the hotel and restrict your gaze to 30 degrees of the horizon. But the hotel is not a remote nature hideaway, no matter what room you get. Also, be aware that the hotel allows no cancellations once you book, so be sure where your room is located in the complex before you book. The spa service was just okay, not great.

Stayed here three nights, room was nice and decorated well. The mini split AC unit had a tick tick tick sound every time the fan ran so that made it a little annoying and the elevator next to my room was stuck in a constant dialing sound. At first, I was told it was normal and then I was told, they were waiting on part. The poolside guy was great and attentive and cheerful, but the front desk people were a bit offputting. Spa massage 80 minutes… Super expensive, but the girl was in a hurry in her movements and it was disappointing. In the spa itself, there were several areas that needed wiping down as far as dust buildup both in the women’s bathroom area and in the waiting area. I did not like the spa

This was a great resort to stay at. We had an awesome view of the red rocks, the pool and fireplaces were great, and the on site restaurant didn’t disappoint. We did have a couple issues with our room, as the fireplace didn’t stay on for more than a few minutes and our air conditioner leaked on our floor one night. Otherwise, I would book again.

My friend and I had a great stay at Wilde. We particularly enjoyed our lounge time by the pool and the friendly pool and bar staff. It was great service. The rooms and beds were very comfortable with plenty of space. It’s in close proximity to all the popular hikes and bonus they had a free charging station for our EV.

The property was absolutely fabulous with well landscaped grounds, a nice fire pit area, and even a labyrinth. Our room had a view of the red rock Mountains. It was so peaceful. The rooms are very clean and the robes to die for. I would definitely come back and stay.

I called the property to get an explanation of the charges on my credit card after we checked out. I paid the full amount weeks ago when I booked the room, so not sure why they changed without any communication with me. The desk clerk on the phone told me someone would contact me via call or email within 24/48 hours. We stayed in a King Grove view room in the second floor. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had some mishaps with some of the staff. The bartender at the pool bar was pretty aggressive and obnoxious. Also, when we called the front desk about extra blankets before bed in our first night it took over an hour and an extra call to get them delivered. But overall it was a wonderful relaxing stay. We enjoyed it and will recommend it to others.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this resort. We were treated to complimentary drinks upon arrival and continued to have friendly interactions with each staff member that we met. It was a great home base, as it was close to many hikes and attractions in Sedona, and it was festively decorated for the holiday season. The room was spacious, warm, and comfortable. We enjoyed most of the amenities, including the pool and hot tub, Scrabble in one of the lobbies, free drinks during a social event, and a morning yoga class. The restaurant next door, Rascal, served delicious food. The spa, while pricey, was a nice place to unwind after long days spent hiking. I left my two-hour body treatment feeling incredibly relaxed and moisturized. I would stay at this resort again!

We really loved our stay here. The staff are exceptional, from housekeeping, to the spa, to the restaurant, to the front desk. Our room was so cozy. And the breakfast at Rascal was sooo good! I got the lemon ricotta pancakes two mornings in a row. We got a couples massage at the end of our stay, and it was divine. It’s hard for me to relax, but I felt amazing afterward. It did get a little noisy the last night we were there, but the front desk staff was so quick to get on it, and we were able to enjoy a quiet night. If you want to eat dinner at Rascal, though, be sure to make a reservation.

This room was booked to celebrate a birthday and engagement. We had paid $107 for an early (2 pm) we arrived at 2:30 no room ready. Regular check in is 4 pm. We did not get a room until 4:35. We had 5 pm reservations at Mariposa a very high end restaurant. We had 10 mins to get into our room shower and change or we would have missed our reservation. Having already paid over $600 for the room and another $107 for an early check in. This experience was to say the least incredibly disappointing.

I know the industry continues to struggle for quality staff post-Covid, if they've lost it, they ought to price themselves back into a lower service tier. I would stay there again - unless I could find a comparable property without a quality service upcharge.

The staff is first rate. They were so kind to me after arriving alone - in the middle of the night - to find that the 3rd party site I had booked through had cancelled my reservation. They found me a room, and helped me get rebooked as cheaply as possible. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and room, great amenities, the restaurant was superb, great location close to everything - be aware however that it is located on a busy road so there is some traffic noise when outside but very quiet in the rooms and they do a good job masking road noise. The property is ok, but on a busy road with limited views (unless you like a Safeway store). The rooms are decent, but not worth the price point. It’s essentially a refurbished Holiday Inn from the 60’s. The pool/spa looked nice but we did not use them. So, the stay was ok, but not great.

This property was located right off of the main highway going through Sedona. This made it very easy to get to Safeway next door for anything we needed, and many local restaurants were a short walk or quick drive away. The property appeared larger in the listing photos, but the smaller size made it easy to navigate. All of the grounds are meticulously maintained! The rooms are nice, and the views past the back parking lot are incredible.

Such a great deal and location! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Sedona. Nice resort, staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a text when our room was ready for check in 2 hours before the normal check-in time! Loved the gas fireplace in our room, amenities on property, and views of Thunder Mountain. Very conveniently located to a grocery store for snacks and short drive to restaurants and hikes in town. Breakfast at the restaurant there (Rascal) was yummy before heading out for the day.

It was fine but for $600/night you’d expect bottled water in your room to make coffee with or coffee available in the lobby. Left there at 7 am. No coffee to be found. Was told by front desk to go across the stretto the starbuck’s at Safeway.
