I booked this stay specifically for charging an EV while I’m on vacation. The charges were out of order with no discount for this inconvenience. Really makes things challenging to have to charge outside of our overnight stay.

I needed to get onto Wifi for my work, which was very difficult to connect. You must register as an Elite member to log on, but it didn't tell you that. The hot tub jets were broken so you could only sit in the warm water without jets. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was because of the hot tub. I should have received a comp of some sort for not having a working tub or put a notice on their website that it was currently not working.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convenient location and staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast was fantastic. The ladies did a fantastic job. It was surprisingly never too crowded as well. Enjoyed the hot tub and gym had just what we needed. Would love to visit again.

This Holiday Inn was wonderful! From the moment we stepped inside we were struck by the cleanliness of the lobby, the elevators, and most importantly the room! Staff was friendly, answered questions, and made sure our needs were met. Plenty of choices for breakfast. And the best coffee we ever tasted! Awesome job! We will definitely stay here again!

Liked the proximity to a nice park and walking trail! Was also upgraded to a suite which was great. However the thermostat was in one room and the strong, loud AC unit was in the other. I woke up to it multiple times freezing for about 60 seconds until it went off again! Breakfast was decent- standard continental breakfast. The staff didn’t know about allergen information when I asked, which was a little frustrating, and said “you’d know what it’s in more than I would.” Didn’t make me feel great for having a child who is anaphylactic.

Front desk was so rude that we left. I looked for pet friendly hotel and it showed on the list of Expedia but Sebastian was very rude about it and we had to leave. Will definitely NEVER stay on a holiday inn express ever again!

Service was the worst I've seen in my 3 decades of travel. They refused to clean our room during our stay. The hotel was in disrepair (elevator not working, pancake machine out of order, etc.). In my upcoming trips to the area, I'll find other options.

We stayed 3 nights. Each day id tell the frint desk that there was a problem with the toilet running. They sent someone but they did not fix it until the last day. Otherwise it was comfortable

Really loved this place. Super convenient location for going into C springs, Manitou Springs tourism, and going up into the mountains. Breakfast, hot tub / pool, and guest laundry amenities were well kept. Room was cleaned every day. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly too - above and beyond expectations. Staff gave me tips on good fishing spots, and even coached me through changing out a flat tire on my rental car!

Overall, the stay at this Holiday Inn Express was enjoyable, from the breakfast in the morning to the pool and exercise room. The room itself provided ample space for the family, and having a refrigerator was a plus. The location near garden of the gods was convenient. The only negatives relate to the area where the hotel is located. Right across the street was a vacant lot where it appeared a building had been removed, and most of the shops in the area were 'head' shops or liquor stores. We didn't feel unsafe, but the area itself seemed a little run down.

We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express! Our room was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the free breakfast — with coffee, egg and cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls — was delicious. The hotel is really close to the Dillon Mobility Hub, which made it easy to catch the shuttle to the Manitou Incline and downtown Manitou. We’ll definitely stay here again!

I liked the hotel and close it was to historic Manitou Springs. I wanted as impressed with their breakfast. Limited selection for someone who enjoys a variety of fresh fruits. Also eggs were bland.

The location was great and had been remodeled about three years ago. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The new coffee machine that grinds the beans and makes a single cup of coffee is a new addition to the complimentary breakfast!

Hotel was in a quiet & safe location. Bus stop was just outside the hotel. There were enough parking spaces for the vehicles. The only thing was their pancake machine was broken the whole 4 days we were there and their food in the refrigerator like their milk, eggs & yogurt got more scarce as the days went on.

Staff was incredibly helpful and answered all questions. I would say our stay was perfect except the breakfast options didn't seem to rotate too much and one day there was no meat offered. However, we expressed our desire to staff to have bacon on the last day and, much to our satisfaction, the bacon was there the next morning.
