The morning staff was nice the night staff was unprofessional using profanities with younger clients. There was a overwhelming smell of Marijuana in the hotel. The elevator broke and the there were people that was hanging out in the workout room laying down on the treadmill smoking weed. The room had bugs in it. I will never in life recommend or go back there. Everything that is a good price is not good. My family learned a lesson.

This is a long stay Hôtel plus u can stay for 1 night as we did. Free parking, sports bar in the same parking lot. The room was clean, it was quiet and comfortable. I read the reviews before we booked and was a little hesitant to book here but we wanted to be near TPA for our departing flight this morning. Gary was excellent with our check in and explained everything we needed to know!

Unresponsive staff. After complaining about the stairwell smelling of urine from the visiting pets, nothing was done for several days and then only a sweeping with no mopping was completed. The elevator went out every other day. The backdoor was left open afterhours. The attendant came to service room once during my 3 weeks stay and did not clean the tub. I purchased my own cleaning supplies to ensure proper cleaning. The phone to contact the front desk in the lobby did not work. Dog feces were in the walking path of visitors. Dog hair was found in the washer machine making it unusable. I never received my veteran's service discount.

The place wasnt terrible. Its a newer hotel built a few years back. But there is only one elevator for the entire hotel. As you may have guessed, it stopped working.

It’s good for an overnight stay . Close to airport & about 10 mins from a small beach area . It’s an extended stay so no breakfast or pool area . The restaurant right across from it was great !!

The Young lady that works at the front desk, I think her name is Keisha is very pleasant. She is very energetic, and professional, and ensured that our two-day stay went well. Room 417 was very spacious and pretty clean, king sized bed, was not, but that was rectified very quickly with the staff. Laundry on-site, and there is a bonus to sign up, I only had to pay for soap with the bonus added for signing up. Movie theater, Starbucks, and three restaurants are right in the same complex, so the hotel location is very convenient for anyone who doesn't want to drive for food.

I’m not sure if they have certain rooms for certain people but I booked online the first floor is disgusting I never want to stay here again the tub was stopped up and hair everywhere in the bathroom that’s pathetic I was a housekeeper for 15 years they are not cleaning the rooms correctly

If you have the opportunity, pick something else. The elevators smelled like marijuana, the staff was rude beside one woman, and my room was so dirty. I took my shoes off and briefly walked across a small area and the bottoms of my socks were BLACK. My socks were white and I just bought them a week prior. The sink was decently clean, but the shower head and faucet had limescale and calcium buildup. I had to go to the Target 3 minutes away to buy cleaning supplies. Also, I had to unplug my A/C unit because a weird smell was coming from it when it was working. I tried to crack the window, but it wouldn’t open more than 2”.

The sheets, the towels and the floor was pretty dirty, There was a very strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes in our room, the TV wasn't working and when we called reception they said they couldn't do anything, that we had to wait until the next morning. Thank God it was only for one night, but it was terrible!

That's not a hotel, it's a residential community, with people living there as if it were an apartment complex. It's extremely noisy (doors slamming, music, TV, people running) until 4 a.m., when I was finally able to fall asleep. The room smells like cigarette smoke, and the corridors and elevators smell strongly of weed. I do not recommend it, especially if you're traveling with your family.

It was pretty clean and quiet. I wasn’t aware it was an extended stay so the front desk closes at 11 pm. We didn’t arrive until 12:30 am and had to wait for an on call person to come to check us in. When we got to the room, the tv remote didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv until the front desk opened. It is right next to a movie theater and sports bar if you want entertainment.

Worst stay at a hotel I have ever experienced!!!! The lobby closes so u have to call someone to check in.. which too about 15 min for them to show up.Our room was clean but no soap or shampoo in rooms: That would have been nice to know! The walls are paper thin so neighbors were so loud until around 1!! Not sure what was above us but about 130 am our room was shaking loud scraping snd bouncing the ball noisesZz it shook our room.. sounded like construction.. it lasted til 4 am despite my efforts asking hotel for help!! Dont stay here!!!

**DON'T STAY HERE!** There was nothing that I liked about this hotel. No staff upon our arrival at 11:50 pm. Reception closed, and guests waiting (including me), we had to call 1800 to have someone come to the hotel and check us in. Someone who was not on site. It took about 1 hour for someone to show up. The 1st room smelled like smoke, we didn't spend 1 minute in the room, returned to the reception, and the reception was closed again with a shutter and the receptionist was about to leave. Again, horrible experience, no staff, and unsafe in the event of an event at the property.

I arrived late for check-in hotel doors were locked. Counter inaccessible. Called the number posted several times before anyone picked up. when they did, they told me someone should be there shortly. No one called back for 30 or more minutes, then I peeked through the door only to realize someone had now come to the counter. no coffee a the hotel, no iron and ironing board in the room. my experience here wasn't great.

Our experience here at Wood Springs was excellent. The manager at the front desk his name is Gary. He was very very nice to us. He welcomed us in and just helped us out so much, and we truly appreciated it and there was also another young lady at the front desk who helped me out as well and we really appreciate her as well. Everyone was so helpful and that made us feel soooo very welcomed. Their actions showed us That they love to help others and it was just an amazing experience to check in to a hotel and be greeted as if they’ve known us all their lives. God bless each and everyone of them. We will stay at Woodsprings near airport whenever we are in Tampa

This location is terrible. I arrived in late because of a flight delay. After a long day of travel and delays, all I wanted was to get in my bed. This location has no one at the desk overnight. You call a phone number and some man tells you, “I’ll be there in 30-45 minutes”. I will NEVER stay nor recommend a Woodspring Suites again

I stayed for a night here before taking a flight next morning. The location is quite good, next to a cinema and some restaurants. There were limited staff and I had to wait at the reception for a while before a staff came and help me with the check-in. Room is neatly arranged but the bathroom fixtures are not well maintained, the faucets are rusted.

Its in a bad area. Alot of homeless and crackheads. There was a baby roach on the bed and i killed 4 more on the walls. Bathtub was dirty and seem to have a patch over a hole and a broken towel rack.

I loved that Starbucks is in walking distance, Tampa Joe's burger in same parking lot as hotel was delicious. Quiet clean, safe, goodnight sleep!

Definitely did not read the fine print! As I was told a couple times, “this is not a normal hotel” all this room comes with is toilet paper, two towels, and two of the world‘s smallest hotel pillows. no coffee maker, no hairdryer… And asking for an extra towels it was a “ courtesy” to give us 1. Apparently this is the kind of place people stay for extended amounts of time and they bring everything they need. Not a place for a one nighter! Got in way later than planned. And it was “closed “had to call someone that took 25 minutes to get there to check in. Although the room has a full fridge sink, stove, (no coffee maker, even if you brought coffee) The rest is kind of a bare-bones not cozy at all feeling.

The location was great for food, gas, and to the airport. The room was spacious. The only amenity that was offered was a bar of soap. I have stayed in worse rooms that offered a lot more! It was a suite, but they didn't even offer basic amenities. Smoking was not allowed inside the building, but the pot smell was coming in through my door.

Arrived to the hotel at 11:30 PM, the desk in the lobby was closed and we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come and check us in, the hotel’s hallway smelled like mold and sweat, the blinds in the room’s window are too small so it’s had to sleep with so much light and also noises from other guests upstairs. They don’t provide coffee maker machines or coffee supplies, they would charge for it, that’s is the simply the worst part, we are never coming back to this place.

This turned out to be more of a short-term, displaced facility. No amenities, no coffee, no cups of any kind, no hand towels, no breakfast, no ironing, no hair dryer, no housekeeping, etc. People loitering and smoking by doors and in parking lot. Building only a year old but plumbing already corroded effecting shower. Very disappointed in our stay. Would have changed locations if we had not already paid

First time in this property and was very disappointed. The first room they assigned us had broken cabinet damaged door. We were switched to another room and it had stained sheets and we requested sheets to be changed and didn't have staff to take of it. They have a kichennet, but don't forget to bring pans, dishes and utensils because there is non in the room.

There are very limited items in rooms, mattresses are on a Cot like frame- no items in room such as cups, no hairdryers, etc. I needed to speak to someone early in the morning, only to find there is no one at the front desk at night- no one told m e this when I checked in, what if there was an emergency at the hotel who were we to contact? Overall a extremely basic room and no service - not even coffee in the lobby...
