For my first time visiting Atlanta this hotel was incredibly nice! The staff was welcoming and nice and the vallet service was good. We stayed a week and the only thing I can say I didn't like was the pool is extremely small and is only like 3.5 feet deep, so you can't even really go swimming its more like a sitting pool where only maybe 8 people could fit comfortably. Besides that everything else was great!!

Self parking is way undersized - it is also a public lot and has limited number of pots. Not a welcome scenario after a long day. Elevator smelled like smoke and hallway to room smelled like a combo of smoke and pee. Checkin was fine.

Overall the stay was good: it's a modern hotel, well decorated and in a convenient location. The rooftop bar is amazing! Only 2 issues prevented my stay to be excellent: the mattress in my room (corner high floor) needed to be replaced and the parking is actually $40 for self or $52 valet (wrong info on the platform). I would stay in this hotel again.

I'm thrilled about this hotel! It's my go-to spot for an amazing staycation. The staff is fantastic, making every moment special. And let me tell you about the dining options – there’s a fabulous restaurant right downstairs called Three Arches, plus a stunning rooftop lounge on the 15th floor called Spaceman, where the views are breathtaking! On top of that, you have access to a 24 hr gym and a refreshing pool. It’s a great experience!

Overall highly recommend. Wednesday night was awful as they hosted a party on the 15th floor bar area and there was no parking for guests staying in the hotel. Unacceptable to come back to after a long day of work.

Bedbugs!!!! My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Centric for two nights. The first night was difficult to get some good sleep the air conditioner had the room freezing. When I woke up the next morning I noticed that I had a bump on my leg. I didn’t think to much about it. However the next evening I noticed, I had more bumps on my leg. When I examined the bumps I realized that they were all in a row. This is clear example of bed bugs!!! My children also had bumps on their body too. Stay at the Hyatt Centric at your own risk!!!! Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and well appointed. The tv was huge. The front desk and all the staff were amazing friendly and attentive. I would have guessed they just opened but I hear it’s been around for 3 years. They are doing a good job! @thegajola

I love everything about this hotel. Our room was immaculate. The shower was amazing and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the sheets and comforters were top notch and the 65” tv was a perfect addition to the room. The food was delicious and the rooftop bar was so outrageous. Last but not least, the staff was friendly, helpful, and they treated us like royalty.

Property was in a great location! Our room was very nice however housekeeping missed a few things. There was a bottle of water that had been opened left in the fridge and no hand soap was left in the bathroom to wash our hands with. I would still stay at this hotel again, staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a blood stain in the middle of the bottom bed sheet. Apologized and changed the bedding but it ruined the experience. Whomever made the bed in the first place had to have noticed.

I would stay at this hotel again if I knew that quality control had been performed on each room. Let me start by saying that breakfast at the restaurant was great! However, the TV in the room was hung crooked- very crooked. The foot step in the shower was broken off the wall. There was hair that did not belong to me in the shower.

Hyatt did not disappoint. Flawless service, quick check in, everyone was pleasant and professional. We had a towel handlebar pop out from the wall and someone came in and fixed it all within 15 minutes. Modern and gorgeous decor. Two minute walk from the Lennox Square upscale mall and lots of shopping and restaurants. Three Arches restaurant had delicious food for all dietary needs (Macyn was such a lovely hostess). Beautiful higher floor room with city views, motion sensing lights, couldn’t be happier. Thanks Hyatt team!

My girls and I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt this weekend! The hotel itself was beautiful, but it was truly the staff that made our stay unforgettable. Beautiful property. I just wish the staff were more helpful and friendly. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Room service never came and I called to check on it and was told "it never went through". A hotel staff member took my order over the phone. There was no apology. I wouldn't stay here again, but I will visit the spaceman again.

They charge an amenity fee, but then prioritize people not staying at the hotel to use the amenities. Could not sleep because they were dogs barking in the first room and then the second room a party or just extremely rude people from midnight to two in the morning, nonstop with door slamming And noise in the hall. Definitely a party hotel but not for the people who are staying there. For the people who come to the rooftop bar who are prioritized. Also, we are Platinum with Expedia, which is supposed to allow early check-in and late checkout and the front desk woman added an early checkout fee. That’s just an example of how obnoxious the staff can be. However, luckily the manager removed it and was very nice. Upon checking in at 10pm, after reserving a room a week in a half in advance, I was told there weren’t any clean rooms available. I was told I would have to wait at least 30 minutes. Check out time is at 11 am so why 11 hours later, guests are having to wait 30 minutes to go up to their room. There was more emphasis and accommodations made for the rooftop lounge guests, than there was for the lodging guest. Also, checking out, the gentleman asked if there was anything he could do to make my stay more pleasant. Why are you asking when there were several things you could have done such as comp the parking fee or anything for the inconvenience. Why do I have to ask you to do anything to prevent me contacting cooperate office. If it wasn’t for Anita I would have canceled my stay, disputed the charges, and still contacted cooperate office. There’s no way the Hyatt name can remain the same after my rant.

Next to the Lennox shopping centre, very close to the Marta station, path400 on the doorstep for walking or running. Good gym. Nice breakfast but took a long time to get served. Comfortable beds. Main downside was the helpfulness & friendliness of the staff!

Stayed here as Downtown and Midtown hotels were super expensive with Beyonce concert and All Star MBL game. Very good rooms, great rooftop bar, fitness centre. But long way from attractions of Downtown and Midtown. Taxis non existent. Hotel the other side of huge shopping mall, so walking around tough. We used very convenient mass transit to get Downtown in daylight hours. Nice restaurants in area are walkable but about 20 mins away. Having said that very nice stay

This hotel is a bit off the beaten path compared to the rest of the hotels in this area. Not very walkable to restaurants, and the rooms a bit loud with the freeway just outside. But it has a great gym and pool, rooms were clean and staff were great!
