The staff were polite and respectful. The overall cleanliness was disappointing and felt quite superficial. While the beds appeared to be made and likely had fresh sheets, the rest of the room did not seem properly cleaned. The bathroom in particular needed much more attention — items were simply topped up rather than the area being thoroughly cleaned, and the tray holding toiletries was visibly dirty. The balcony was unusable, with a cockroach present and bird droppings on the chairs, which made it unpleasant to sit outside. Inside, the kitchen table and surrounding area had not been cleaned, and the floors did not appear to have been hoovered or mopped. Overall, the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete rather than thorough.
