LATROUPE Grand Place

Staff was very helpful and nice. Property is clean. Space was tight for 4 persons but it did the job. Liked the room division although we were four in one room there was privacy nonetheless in the shower and the toilet areas. The mattress and pillows were very confortable and clean, but the top bed of the banker beds had a broken fence which made caused an injury when the person was coming down and it was not easy in general to go up and down so be aware if you're planning to choose that type of bed. Also you could easily get a head hit by the top bed corner if you don't pay extra attention to it. Also expect a relatively long wait time to get the elevator as there is only one serving the building. Price was reasonable and location is at the heart of where you would need to be to visit the city. A downside is the rocky road leading to the place on foot; since the path isn’t paved, it’s better to use a car or public transport to get as close as possible and make it easier with your carry-on.

Llegar desde la estación central de Bruselas no fue difícil, realmente está a 10/15 min de distancia. El centro de bruselas tmb esta muy cerca caminando así que es práctico al movernos. Hay una estación del metro a dos calles de distancia. Las instalaciones en general están muy lindas y bien cuidadas, el lobby tiene muchas mesas para que puedas echar chela sin problema y puedes pedir juegos de mesa para entretenerte. Nuestra habitación estuvo muy cómoda (double room) y encontramos todo lo necesario de limpieza en el baño. Ocasionalmente la calefacción se subía un poco y nos daba calor, pero con el aire acondicionado se equilibraba. La cama es comoda y amplia, y las luces laterales funcionan muy bien. El chromecast no nos funcionó tan bien, pero tampoco afectó nuestra estancia. El desayuno (17 euros) está bien, hay de todo un poco para que puedas comenzar el día. por la noche solo hay pizza en cocina pero puedes pedir uber eats y comerlo en las áreas comunes sin problema. Nosotros pagamos el desayuno de dos días y olvidamos que el segundo nos iriamos muy temprano pero nos hicieron "lunch", el cual fue un poco ligero considerando el precio (un sadwich muy sencillo con jamon, una manzana y agua). El staff fue muy amable todo el tiempo, cada duda fue atendida e incluso hay algunos que hablan español por si te cansas de hablar en ingles, jaja.

And the service was par excellence! They had karaoke night and a concert the two nights I stayed. Special shoutout to Antonio S. who checked me in. He was awesome!

God service og flink betjening. Fine lokaler og perfekt sentral beliggenhet i sentrum. Dessverre ganske lytt på hotellrommet. Fungerer fint til fest og byliv eller om du har et godt sovehjerte, men ikke optimalt dersom en ønsker fred og nattero.

The hostel is very good and the staff was very attentive. I really appreciated the luggage storage service you can choose the locker size you need and pay directly, very convenient. The location is also great, close to the city center and easy to get around. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing very nice with plenty of hot water. A solid option for a stay in Brussels!

The location was great being close to everything in the grand place and the front desk was helpful with information. However, the hotel stunk horribly. The lobby, the elevator, the room, everywhere stunk like diarrhea and cigarette smoke.

Nice staff. Everything looked clean, but the building had a rotten odor. The location was pretty sketchy. Lots of drunk homeless men and panhandling.

Não recomendo esse hotel para quem quer ficar em família, o hotel é bem localizado, mas a região é barulhenta, fica proximo a bares. tivemos um Problema na segunda noite, os hospedes do quarto ao lado estavam bebados e batiam na porta, gritavam dentro do quarto, foi terrível, não conseguimos dormir bem. Alem fo colchão do beliche ser ruim, sem qualidade, estava fundo, e era bem fino, tornando o sono desconfortável, amanhecendo com dor nas costas. Se você está procurando uma estadia de uma noite ok, mas se for ficar mais dias, não recomendo.

Bit noisy outside but otherwise great choice

A pleasant stay at Latroupe. If you can snag it for a good price, then it's definitely worth it. This place actually has a privacy curtain on the bunks, 2 USB charger ports, as well as a regular outlet, with a convenient shelf. If I'm back in town, I'd like to stay here again.

Muy buen servicio, y buenas habitaciones. Los recepcionistas son todos supersimpáticos y resolutivos, si volviera Bruselas me volvería a hospedar.

Una decepción total. Al momento de hacer la reserva me informaron que la habitación en la que iba a dormir tenía 6 camas. Eso no me preocupó en lo más mínimo, de hecho me he quedado en habitaciones así. Horas antes del check in me informan que la habitación es compartida, lo que no iba a aceptar. Exigo la devolución total del importe, dado que no hice el check in. Primera decepción en años de reserva en hoteles.com

Excellent location, not too expensive, very helpful staff.

The hotel overcharged me by $1600 - even though I booked on hotels.com and now I have spent WEEKS trying to get ahold of them and trying to dispute the charges on my card. I can’t get ahold of them at the front desk or the office by email or phone. DONT STAY HERE.

Estádia foi ótima! Pessoal muito solícito e educados, sempre dispostos a nos ajudar!! Quarto era como na descrição, nos atendeu bem! Super bem localizado, possível fazer quase tudo a pé, bairro seguro e perto de vários comércios. Recomendo!

Stort sett veldig hyggelig betjening som likte å slå av prat. Jeg har ikke så mye erfaring med fellesrom, sov i firemannsrom for menn, men det skjedde at kvinnelige gjester dukket opp i døren. Dette gikk stort sett fint. Enkel frokost, ekstremt kaldt lokale på vinteren da det var kaldt ute, jeg vil tro det har med at spiserom, resepsjonsområde og atrium var ett rom. Sikkert bra og svalt på stekende somre Jeg hadde det gøy
