Excellent location and attentive, helpful staff. There was a lot of construction going on in the street in front of hotel at the time of our visit.

Construction work on the street outside meaning we had to walk a block with all of our luggage when taxi dropped us off. Construction work also at the hotel meaning stairs were not useable and elevator was often busy with workers. Construction dust in hallways. Staff very friendly and almost made up for the rest. Various small issues with room. Way overpriced for what it was but I guess that is Paris. 4 stars feels like a stretch.

3泊4日で利用しました。フロントやスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく、こちらの拙い英語でも意図を汲み取ってくれて安心できました。 スタッフの方に聞いていないので分かりませんが、エアコンに暖房が無く10月初旬でしたが部屋が肌寒い感じでした。暖房が分かり易ければ設備も星5にしたいくらいです。 エレベーターは年季が入っているのか止まる時の振動が大きく、日本の古いエレベーターに近い感じでした。 歴史ある街なので、設備面に多少難があっても仕方ないと思いますし個人的には十分許容範囲内でした。 ルーブル美術館や地下鉄駅まで徒歩数分、RER駅も徒歩15分程度の立地で周囲に飲食店やコンビニもあるので利用しやすいのではないでしょうか。

Excellent attention at the front desk! The hotel is very well located. There is some street construction that makes it difficult to access the hotel. I would stay there again!

Es un lugar excelente pero estaban muchas construcciones qué entorpecian el acceso. Fue muy difícil llegar, salir no tanto. El personal muy amable y servicial, limpio y acogedor.

Me dio un poco de claustrofobia el ascensor y pasillos tan estrechos. Nuestra habitación tenia el aire dañado por lo que nos dieron 2 habitaciones por el mismo precio, pero no me gustó tener que separarme de los niños, eso me tenia nerviosa. Las habitaciones excelentes, limpias y muy bonitas

Fantastisk personal både i receptionen samt tjejen som jobbade med frukosten. Frukosten var ganska dyr men god. Rummet var nyrenoverat och fint men lite för trångt tyckte vi. Hissen var alldeles för liten, fick typ klaustrofobi, trappen fungerade inte då de höll på att renovera där.

사진에 비해서 기대에 못미치는 숙소...뷰도 특별할 것이 없고 무엇보다 7층은 엘리베이터가 올라가지 않음에 반드시 유의!! 6층에서 한계단을 짐 들고 올라가고 내려오고 해야한다...낡은 건물은 리노베이션이 필요해 보이며 4성에 어울릴 만한 서비스와 객실상태인지 의문이 든다.

The amenities were good, clean room but view on the air conditioning machines and not at all on the rue richelieu or the palais royal. Also, the super small elevator was broken upon arrival, and still not working when we left.

立地は抜群、ルーブルが徒歩数分の所に位置します。入り口はとても分かりにくく、周辺をあちこち歩いてウロウロしていたら、ホテルの方が外に出てきてくれて声をかけて下さり判明しました。なんなら、テントの模様を目印に探すと良いかもしれません。 料金はオリンピック前の便乗値上がなのか、円安の仕業なのか、3名で1泊6万程でしたがそもそもホテルが古いせいか、夜バスタブにお湯はってくつろごうと思って裸でお湯を出していましてがいつまで経ってもお湯が出ず、寒い中しょうがなく水で頭だけ洗いました。部屋も狭いし2名しか乗れないエレベーターは止まる時にもの凄い衝撃で怖かった。これが今のパリの現状なのか、選んだホテルが悪かったのかは分かりませんが、大分残念でした。受付の方はフレンドリーで一生懸命オモテナシをしてくださったのがせめてもの慰めでした。

A really great hotel - absolute recommendation. Location close to the Louvre - perfect for exploring the city. Room facilities really nice, everything clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet with a great selection and presented with attention to detail. Would love to come back!

This beautiful, quiet hotel is located a short 5 minute walk to the Louvre, with plenty of varied dining options nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a very good size, plenty of room for ourselves and our luggage. Everything was very clean. We loved our stay here.

Waking distance to Lourve museum. Clean hotel. All staffs are nice.

Hotel is located in a good area. Room is very small, you can't even walk. Hotel is very old and on the picture is looks much better that in a real life. When elevator stops, it seems like everything inside is torn off. I believe only one plus it's the location. Hotel did a great photo shop on the web site looks much better. Towels in the room smell old and they have a grey color, not white. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. I understand you come to Paris not to spend time in the hotel, but after making so much walking all day you would like to come to a nice hotel. I do not think it is worse the money you pay.

3泊しました。ルーブル美術館まで徒歩数分と大変便利な立地ながらリーズナブルだと思います。フロントの方も朝食にいたスタッフの方もみなさんフレンドリーで安心して滞在できました。ミニバーのドリンクもありがたかったです。滞在中の清掃も丁寧にやってくださいました。

This is a wonderful hotel and in a great location. Unfortunately, we had to book a different hotel and leave early because the rooms are very fragrant. The room reeks of artificial vanilla air freshener and parfume. They informed us as we were leaving that they spray the rooms with vanilla fragrance during every cleaning. If you're bothered by scents or fragrances, this is not the place for you. However, if the smell won't bother you, this is a great place to stay. The staff are very nice and the property is super cute.The room was also quite spacious for the price and location.

The property was in an excellent location and everything in the hotel was clean and well kept. The front desk staff was excellent and offered many recommendations. The lighting in the rooms could be better, that is my only negative. Would stay there again if I travel back to Paris.

Camera troppo piccola per il prezzo , senz’altro ice e stanza diversa da quella mostrata sul sito . Posizione perfetta , condizioni buone ma scale con moquette da pulire e stanze da cui si sente tutto .

위치는 넘 좋아요~ 루브르 , 튈르리공원 , 한국사람들 좋아하는 카페 키츠네, 사누키야우동 넘 가깝고.. 이틀동안 관광하다 들어와서 쉬기 넘 좋았어요. 호텔방 실내가 살짝 어두웠고 복도에서 쿰쿰한 냄새가 좀 나드라구여.

Lovely hotel in a great central location. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. Great bathroom facilities. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Strong wifi in all areas.

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 시내 한 가운데라서 유명한 곳에 걸어가기에 최적의 호텔입니다. 시내 호텔이라 방은 살짝 좁은 느낌은 있습니다. 난방이 따로 되지는 않아서 않는밤에 추운 느낌이 들었습니다.(4월 중순 숙박) 욕실 배수가 되지 않았는데, 빨리 시정이 되었습니다.

We had 5 nights in the balcony suite, a spacious and comfortable room with lovely views. You do have to negotiate a steep flight of stairs to reach the room which might have been tricky with a large suitcase. Lovely being able to have the balcony doors open to hear the sounds of Paris. The Continental breakfasts were excellent. It is a short walk to the Louvre, Palais Royal, Tuileries, Metro station nearby and many excellent places to eat in the vicinity.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Super clean and spacious (for Louvre area in Paris) room! I just wish there was a bit more light in the room - with everything turned on it’s still very dark. But it’s not really a big deal - overall, it was a great experience!

Great location, comfortable room, and the staff was really nice - until the last day. There were several people who rotated at the front desk. During check in, the very nice woman working that day explained that the key cards were not working very well, so she gave us a real key as backup. As it turned out, the key card did not seem to work, so we used the real key. And we also confirmed that it was okay for us to keep the key with us when going out and about. On our last day, someone who we had not encountered before gave us a lecture on why the key cards do in fact work just fine and said, "you are those people who have been holding onto a key - very naughty". He proceeded to demonstrate that the key card works, and yes it does, if you throw your shoulder into the door. No wonder my wife thought it didn't work, and we had been told to expect problems. He was being rather mock serious so it wasn't like he was actually yelling at us, but I can see why other reviewers have complained about a certain male staff member. He probably thought he was being funny, but it came across as condescending. The other staff, however, were wonderful, and gave us all sorts of ideas for our stay. P.S. while other reviewers have complained about the nightclub across the street, our room faced the street behind the hotel. It was "city noisy" but not terrible. We slept just find with ear plugs.

The staff were outstanding and very supportive when we required directions or advice. The hotel is within walking distance of Gare Du Nord (Eurostar), the Louvre, the Seine, Le Grande Vefour and many other attractions including Notre Dame. Strongly recommend this small hotel with a great location and helpful staff.

Convenient to the Louvres and other attractions. Room was clean and had everything you need, but practical rather than luxurious. Would consider it 3 star not 4. Staff not overly friendly.

Perfect little boutique hotel, only 2 blocks from the Louvre Pyramid. Modern and well maintained, service was top notch, breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris. 5 stars across the board!

I was able to get a bigger room which was really nice. The area is super close to the Louvre (as in 2 small blocks away) and pretty close to the Opera. The breakfast was okay — I would think for the money charged it would be more extensive. That said the location and rooms felt comfortable and central to everything.

The hotel is amazingly situated just a short walk from the Louvre, right next to a square where you could dine for a week and never goto the safe brasserie/reataurant. It also lies a few minutes walk from the big bus tour which takes you around the city and you can hop on and hop off. The hotel is clean and tidy and staff welcome and helpful. Ideal for anyone wanting to spend days out in Paris

This is a great little hotel in a great location. The staff was wonderful and assisted us with travel around the city. The breakfast was nice with hard and soft eggs available as well as pastries fruit meats cheeses breads and Nespresso. The room was small but functional with a small refrigerator, Nespresso machine and a small desk. Bathroom was nice as well.nothing fancy but we loved our stay here.
