The pool/ fitness center was decent. That being said ,the layout of the hotel was very poor, you had to use a key card to enter the elevator to go to the 3rd floor then down a long ramp that practically took you to the 2nd floor, so i had to pull my luggage up the same ramp when we left.The only ice machine on my floor was way on the other side of the hotel. There was no refrigerator in the room and no continental breakfast, you had to buy it.The front entry doors were regular push in style, not automatic sliders, so when you have large luggage its a pain to get it all in the doors by yourself.They also charged a $50 early check in fee.

This hotel has a pool and is near the airport. If you have kids and are flying in or out of SeaTac this hotel is a great quick nights stay. 13 Coins (restaurant) is down the road, and the rail to Seattle is nearby.

The biggest positive is that the hotel is across the street from the airport. The shuttle service was frustrating. When at the airport's shuttle pick up I had called the hotel to ask which spot to wait at. 30 minutes later still no driver. After a second phone call the driver showed up and we had waited 40minutes. This wouldn't have been as annoying if it wasn't advertised as a coming every 15 minutes. Hotel is a throwback in time to the 70s and 80s which we weren't expecting. We stayed in a room that looked like it was upgraded in the last decade. It did the job during a lay over and needing a cheap place to stay.

Shuttle was very quick. Hotel is super close to the airport. The room was clean but the carpet in the hallway and elevator was filthy. Hallway walls were banged up. Very little in the neighborhood to eat - two gas station mini-marts and a Denny's, which wasn't very clean either. I chose this place because it is in the Best Western family of hotels but it needs renovation and cleaning up.

The floor needed vacuum. The fan in the bathroom was broken and made a really loud noise. The faucet in the bathroom knob was also broken, the water would turn on but it was’nt attached to the counter. The whole place smelt like cigarette smoke. Hot water for the shower was good, Beds were comfortable and it was close to the airport.

My son and I had to get a room at this hotel because we did not want to miss our flight the next day because the pass was going to get terrible weather. We got two separate rooms. They were clean, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel, although it looked older, was nice. The employees there were very nice and very courteous. Even though the airport is right across the street, they have a shuttle service which we did take because it was raining. The driver was very nice! We would definitely stay again!

The room with beds was clean, but the toilet was dirty and the floors were dirty. Also the room heating/cooling unit was broke off the wall were you can see all the way through the top the outside. We were extremely cold due to the air from outside coming in.

Check in and out were easy, which was nice. My room was next to the workers' service room, so I was woken up early and had to listen to knocking and talking earlier than I expected after getting in at 1am. Place worked for sleeping and a shower, but I wouldn't relax there or watch tv. Just doesn't feel nice or clean. Close to the airport? Yes. Would I stay there again? Nope.

The rooms are very much not sound proofed, can hear everything in the hallway. Definitely needs updates throughout , you can tell there is a lot of ware and tear. More expensive, I expected much nicer. But the location is great right next to the link. Front desk Staff was great.

If you need to sleep and shower, than this is all you'll need. Don't expect anything fancy or perfect. Room was clean but very outdated. A/C units are loud, didn't keep room at a comfortable temp during the night. Staff was friendly and nice. Perfect location if you need to ride the 1line train.

Check in was easy and the staff was great. Property is dated and the room wasn't very clean - weird handprints on curtains, carpet was almost slimy, bathroom was cleanish. Lots of traffic and plane noise, and I could hear every step and creak of the bed in the room above me. No microwave, mini fridge or body lotion in the room.

This felt like a typical airport hotel. A few things were off. We were missing a shower curtain which was promptly brought up and installed. The wifi was extremely unreliable. Most of the time the wifi was not available to connect at all. Tricky when trying to submit online forms and information for an international flight.

The bedroom was clean, the bed comfy and the shower acceptable. When I checked out at 3:30 am the receptionist immediately arranged for me to be taken to the terminal by the shuttle - thanks, that was appreciated. The hotel was all it needed to be for my very short visit.

Close to airport. Room was run-down, carpets were filthy. The shower had strands of hair hanging on the shower wall from previous guest. Doesn't seem to make any difference if you use the 'privacy please' because housekeeping barged in as I was about to shower. Not even an apology from front desk. My last nights stay, I woke up to someone upstairs trying to unclog their toilet at 2am. Mine barely flushed. Had the maid barge in as I was about to shower. Not a great experience here.

We would not stay in this very basic hotel again. We arrived at about midnight after a long day of flights, and found it all most unwelcoming, with an unappealing foyer and icky hallways. Unused wall switches in the bedroom had just been painted over. However, the saving grace was the beds which were comfortable and clean. The front desk staff showed a complete lack of interest in their guests and had no apparent problem solving ability. I had just fractured my foot in three places a few days earlier and could not bear weight. The staff member made no attempt to find a wheelchair or to accomodate/help us in ay way. I ended up riding a baggage trolley to our room.

We got to the airport and called the hotel for a shuttle. I explained to the shuttle driver I would be needing a ride for my 3 kids, my wife and I. The driver said he would pick us up in 10 minutes. Upon arriving, he told us that he could not take us all because the shuttle was full. I asked if one of us could sit in the front seat so that we would all fit. He told me we could do that but we would have to leave our luggage at the airport as he didnt have room for all the luggage. That obviously was a non starter for me. I told him he would be leaving my wife, 3 kids and I at the airport to fend for ourselved. He told me he would not come back and get us and to figure it out ourselves. We ubered to the hotel where the driver proceeded to tell me that I am lucky I have kids with me or he would mess me up. He was walking around the lobby swearing and yelling. When I told the general manager about this, he just told me that the driver said this didnt happen. The general manager did not resolve the conflct. If he would go to the security camera footage, he would see that the driver threatened me. We were forced to pay for an uber and also forced to find a hotel 20 minutes away that had vacancy as there was no way we would stay at surestay.Terrible experience

this reservation was prepaid thru hotels.com my stay was 10/1 -10/2. we arrived 11:30 pm and front desk told me i had to pay for room EVEN after showing “ paid “ receipt from hotels.com . Now hotels.com has been trying to get communication from you for weeks mind you and YOU have NOT complied . you need to do the right thing and refund me asap !!!!!!! Erin Chisman

Great location to airport and public transport. Free shuttle service was very helpful, though it is also a 5 minute walk to the airport. Staff was friendly and room was clean and spacious. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a budget friendly stay. Much better than the Red Roof up the street. We've stayed there before as well.

I only needed to stay one day for a cruise. It was very accessible from the airport to walk there. About a 10 min walk. It was right by the train station, around a 5 min walk to head downtown. Very clean and seemed like a safe neighborhood.
