Things were okay except that the hot water in the shower ran out fairly quickly. (Room 402 about 8:30pm). Also, the parking is a bit tight considering a few big trucks are permitted to park near the rooms.

The customer service was terrible and they were supposed to provide a shuttle to the casino , which did not happen . I was told they would call me. Which didn’t happen either.

Had to walk across 2 parking lots and half way down from office to get ice huge rain puddle taking up 4 parking spaces and especially bad where handicap parking spots located all were not fit to use because of standing water and muck in them Will not be booking again thought Wyndham name meant first class but sadly mistaken

Breakfast was great, although the neverending poker games on the TV got old pretty fast. Actually, there was a NYC local news station one day; that was little better. The Wifi signal wasn't very stable, although I've endured worse. Despite the cleanliness and overall good condition, I did see baby roaches a few times and an adult once. The bathroom door was roughly cut to size, leaving the top and bottom unsealed. Having the Travelodge check-in at the Days Inn lobby was a little confusing when I first arrived, though. The geographic separation of the buildings with other businesses in between was also odd. Wonderful service whenever I had to deal with an employee, though. Zero complaints about the people working there. I even got great service one time I shouldn't have.

Staff was nice, decent breakfast. The room is worn, With dings and chips in all the furniture. The worst thing is the floor; it was absolutely filthy. I made the mistake of walking, barefoot for a few minutes, and my feet were nasty. I’m mopped the entire floor myself using their towels, and the towels were pretty much brown and black when I was done. It was one of the cheapest rooms in town, so I guess you get what you pay for..

The room was dirty blankets sheets was dirty hair what dog hair all over the room on the floors and the heater hair and pubic hair all in the tub had to clean everything before I brought my family take my advice spend the extra $10 and stay over in Days Inn do not stay in Travelodge

This hotel was so dirty, you could visibly see the dust on the tables and there was toilet paper used in the toilet bowl. Carpet had visible mud and it smelled so bad. We left and went to another hotel. I would like to have a refund!!

Our first room wreaked like cigars and cigarettes even though it’s supposed to be a non smoking facility. The room was filthy and towels were stained. Second room again was filthy and smelled like cigarettes. Third room smelled better but was still extremely dirty. Each room looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in weeks. Showers were dirty and didn’t drain properly. You could hear every sound from outside the hotel room. The seal on the doors were so worn that bugs kept getting in.

We walked in our room and it looked like nobody had ever cleaned the floor! I had to clean the room with Clorox wipes when I got there. Sink wasn’t cleaned, toilet has mold that you can clearly see under the lip, I even cleaned the doors because they were so dirty. Beds were completely uncomfortable. The breakfast was good though. That’s my positive of this stay. Stay at the casino across the street instead of this place.

The room was very dirty, hair on the floor in bathroom, I have photos, we had to Clorox wipe all surfaces before touching anything. Everything felt greasy. Couldn't walk barefoot on the floor it was so dirty. Toilet didn't flush every time. Toilet was constantly running.

The staff was fine and the breakfast was good. However, our room was filthy. Smears of something on the bathroom door. The toilet had dried urine on the seat and the entire bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The shower didn’t drain so you stood in ankle-deep water. The floor of the room appeared to not have been swept in a long time. Would definitely not stay here again.

This was the worst stay I have ever had overnight. The room was dirty from the front door to the bathroom. I asked for a no smoking room, I smelt smoke at the front door. The room was not a smoke free room! The walls were stained in numerous areas. The bathroom wall had bowel movement smeared on the wall. Mildew in the bathroom shower. Trash was under the bed on the floor. Bedspreads and sheets were not clean. I slept on the top of the bedspread with my own blanket. I just cannot express how filthy the room was. I would NEVER reserve a room there again. I have a son and grandkids that live in the area and now when I visit I am definitely going to have to find a new hotel/motel to stay at. The receptionist at the front desk didn’t even ask for my ID to confirm that I reserved the room. If you would like to talk to me, I can give you some more details.

The photos are a bit deceiving. They show the place is clean, but when I got there (it had just been cleaned) there was dirt in several spots on the floor. Shower looked gross. Weird stain on the ceiling (possibly mold?) and walls. There were bugs crawling all over (I lost track of how many I killed). The sheets and towels were always damp (as if unable to dry). And then I requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled a little like smoke in the room. Perhaps it was a mix of the dampness and another room that was a smoking one. Either way, I’ll definitely not be staying here again.

The room was small and relatively clean. There were cigarette burns on the tub and the bed was not anchored so it moved. The service was excellent and the breakfast was okay. This was my second time staying here for two days. This room was better and there are cameras everywhere for safety.

Great location for casino and shopping. Breakfast wasn't good. Had to change rooms 3 times in the very beginning but our room was fine in the end. The only things that didn't work well were bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and shower drain backed up and was slow to let water out. Only stayed 2 nights for new years.

I was not able to get a the smoking room that I paid for and reserved -the smoking rooms cost more, so I was slightly annoyed by this, but the guy at the front desk was so hospitable that it totally made up for it. My only complaint was that the beds are super rickety as if the frames of the bed need to be tightened.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at this location. Staff was phenomenal! So friendly and welcoming. Honestly, above and beyond hospitality. Breakfast was great. Our room was clean and nicer than expected for a budget friendly hotel. Unfortunately, the walls were paper thin. We could hear our neighbors talking as if they were in our room. Luckily, everyone quieted down around the time we we went to bed. Overall, great stay and would stay again.

Room recently remodeled but workmanship was shoddy. Alarm clock did not work. As with most places today, only 1 bath towel provided per person.

The staff were extremely friendly during my visit here. They continuously made sure that I had everything that I need. During my stay, I saw a staff member give another guest a ride as I was walking into the lobby. The staff member immediately stopped what they were doing to make sure i had what i needed before continuing providing the service to another guest. The staff here really care about their guest. The only reason I didn’t give this place a perfect rating was because of the smell of cigarettes in the room. But the customer service definitely made up for it.

This was a great place to stay for the evening. Friendly front desk. Assistance with a room key not working properly (even offered a late check out for the inconvenience). Very comfortable and clean bed. Excellent breakfast selections! I would definitely stay here again!

We checked out the room & we unable to stay in it. The room reeked of smoke & was pretty dinged up. It was not from one guest sneaking a smoke! The staff was very helpful to accommodate a cancellation on the spot! They offered another room, but we didn't want to continue looking at rooms which appeared would be the same!

Hotel is in a great location. The lady at the front desk (Teena) was really nice and even drives a shuttle to get people around safely. Only complaint was the floors weren’t clean and there was cob webs in every corner, but the bed was clean and was comfy and that’s the most important - TV was really nice too. We didn’t get breakfast, but the breakfast area looked pretty big and looked like it would have all kinds of options for breakfast. I would stay there again
